They were quick and really professional. They were supposed to come and just do a quick tune up. The tech was informative but he didn't want to service my AC due to how the last company (Alfa appliances) left my AC unit (see photo). They didn't want to chance breaking my unit because of how the wires and everything was placed and adviced me to go through my warranty company to take a look at my AC units. We tried to pay him for coming by and he didn't want to take my money. I appreciate the honesty, professionalism, and advice.

Had to replace 28 year old A/C. The sales rep, Michael was very informative and broke down exactly what to expect with the replacement. When Edgar and Enrique came out to install it, they were very professional, positive, and courteous. Their product knowledge was excellent and had the new A/C installed in under 4 hours. With the new York unit, I can keep my house at 74 instead of 70. Very happy.

Service as prompt and very thorough. Great interaction with Jeremiah. He was very and conscientious that we only know the basics when it comes to our AC so he took extra effort to walk us through what we need to look out for, how to properly execute and how often we should do these best practices to keep out AC in tip top shape. After his assessment of the unit, he carefully laid out our AC Situation. The quote was a little bit on the pricier side but we definitely wanted it to be handled by professionals. Other than that, it was all smooth sailing with Semper -Fi. Definitely considering getting their maintenance package next.

Started off as a 5 star experience. Quick to schedule and do an estimate on replacing A/C ducting. Work started the next day. Unfortunately, the installers caused damage to the ceiling around a bathroom vent which would require drywall work and touchup paint. Texted my contact who said they’d take care of it. Many texts and weeks later and nothing but silence. A pretty simple fix that would have taken me less time to handle than I put into all of the follow up but when a company says they will do something, I believe in holding them to it. At this point though, time to leave a review and take care of it myself. Company is very supportive of veterans but you appear to be on your own if they damage anything that they don’t fix on the spot.

Edit: Changed from 2 stars to 3. I want to give credit to Semper Fi for reaching out to me immediately after posting this review and being responsive in scheduling and completing the repair. Not ideal that it took going this route after a month of back and forth but the A/C work and the repair were great outside the communication challenges. Which was hopefully a one off.

Great service from start to finish. The team was amazing to work and all veterans, which is another plus working with Semper Fi. They walked me through everything and within a day after inspection they were at the house doing the install. I’m extremely happy with the results.

As always Semper Fi just keeps providing excellent services. We've bought 2 HVAC from them, excellent price. And we continue with maintenance services with them, and feel confident knowing they provide honest services. Their techs are always professional and knowledgeable, and present well too. We don't hesitate referring them to friends and neighbors.

Semper Fi did an inspection and evaluation of our HVAC system. The technician was very friendly and knowledgeable. I would recommend Semper Fi. It looks like I’ll need to replace soon!!

Semper Fi Heating & Cooling recently installed a new two-ton air conditioning unit and pancake air handler in my condominium and they did an excellent job!

Scheduling an appointment for the initial quote was a breeze. Chris came out and assessed the condition of my HVAC system. He took the time to explain how the system works and explained the pros and cons of repairing the system before we delved into the process of pricing out a new system. We came to an agreement on a fantastic price with great financing that day.

The next day, Caleb, Taz, and Britt were at my condo and swiftly began installing both the indoor and outdoor units, and repairing a piece of my duct work that had come disconnected. There was an issue with the low-voltage wiring, as I live in a building that was built in the 1970s, but the techs saw the issue through until the end and called for help to get the job finished (Angel, Anthony, and Abel).

By the end of that day, my condo was blowing colder air than I’d felt it blow in years!

Inspired Construction called me the next morning to schedule the drywall repair, and they were prompt and also did an excellent job reconstructing my bathroom ceiling and attic door.

Overall, a great experience and I can’t recommend this company enough!

So, we had all of our ductwork replaced in our house. It was a really big job, Semper Fi is amazing. They put plastic and rugs down and were very conscientious about their work. It was done quickly and less than a day. love Semper Fee!!!

Semprefi Heating and Cooling exceeded my expectations. The salesperson clearly explained the entire process with visuals, which really helped. The team arrived on time, worked efficiently, and left me with two great new A/C units, clean cool air, and new thermostats. When I heard a noise the next day, they responded immediately and fixed it. They’re even coming back to repaint and finish up. I’m very pleased with their service—and I have a year to decide how I want to pay. Excellent experience all around.

Semper Fi came out and checked my old AC system. They showed me all the issues with photos and simple explanations. We had been looking into getting a new AC system. They quoted us and it was the best quote we had received. They worked hard to find a system that would fit into the small space my old system was in. All the techs were respectful and from what I can tell they did great work. They were informative and showed me the progress they were making. We are happy with the service you all provided!

I called Semper Fi because I needed a whole new heating and air conditioning system.They came out same day to do a free estimate. The representative that came told me what I needed and explained everything in a way I could understand. I decided to have them do the job. They set me up with an install for the next day. The installers came at the time I was scheduled for. They were very professional and pleasant to work with. Their personalities were awesome. They did the complete install and was done in about 4 1/2 - 5 hours. They cleaned everything up and hauled all the old equipment away. This whole experience went smoothly. They had good price and they give a discount for Veterans and First responders which I could use. I would recommend anyone who has heating and air conditioning needs to call them.

We have had their USA maintenance coverage for years and feel they are the best choice for reliable, courteous and responsive service. Their technicians are always super friendly and helpful. We will be having our ducts cleaned and our ductwork sealed for any leaks next. We look forward to being serviced by their partners with the same quality of service and work.

If I could put more stars beyond the five I'd do so. No one has paid me to write this. I am a very satisfied customer who, from the first phone call to the person who answered the Semper Fi's phone to the technician, Kenneth, who spent more than a considerable amount of time at my residence. Ken was very knowledgeable, a good listener and extremely patient. The next day, the two A/C unit installers arrived early and on-time. From start to finish and the new A/C unit was blowing cold air, took three hours. The two installers, Reyes and Fernando were totally into their job of installing. At no time did they stop to rest. They too, were friendly and knowledgeable.

Oh, and the price......extremely competitive. Semper Fi doesn't just advertise to get business, they earn it through customers like myself.

Last Friday I had the chance to experience Semper-Fi’s excellent service once again. I had scheduled a plumbing appointment to flush my hot water heater and I also had a scheduled Fall maintenance check up on the new A/C unit that I had purchased from Semper-Fi last March.
Both appointments went off exactly as promised/scheduled with three wonderful young men giving me excellent service.
Traysin Neff and his buddy Anthony were first and they were even a little early. Yeah! Didn’t take them long to give my hot water a good flush thus helping me to keep it in tip top condition. They were great to make a suggestion about something I could do to help prolong its life, but without high pressure sales tactics. Thank you, as I know what I can and can’t afford and I don’t appreciate it when techs use high pressure sales tactics.
Next came Eric Brown my A/C tech to give my new unit its fall maintenance check up. He also did such a careful job and couldn’t have been nicer. He went through everything and also made a couple of suggestions that will help elongate the best performance for my new unit. He did his best to get me a good price for the yearly maintenance plan and I really appreciated that. This is what good service should always look like and I’m so pleased with this company and the way they do business. I especially love that they are a veteran owned company and that many of their employees are veterans. Thank you all for your service then and now. These are good people.

Great Company always on time. Semper Fi 🤙🏽🤙🏽🌴🌴🇺🇸🇺🇸 My personal experience for a garage like mine that is 612 square feet with 12 feet ceilings would be a 3 ton split system for faster recovery of temperature from when the garage door is open and a hot vehicle comes in to be parked. The 1.5 ton takes hours to recover at the desired temperature. I love my new 3 ton unit my wife always says it’s cold in the garage. Semper Fi 🤙🏽🤙🏽🌴🌴🍍🍍🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸 I also had A1 Garage seal my garage door to keep the warm air and dust out.

I was really impressed with how professional and courteous your team was for the install. There was also no pressure with the quote I received and we discussed all options. From consultation and quote to install in less than 24 hours. It’s pretty amazing considering all the people that need HVAC work and installation during the summer in Las Vegas. Very upset and disappointed about my decision to go with Semper Fi to replace the a/c at my condo. Had been promised a one day install - didn’t happen. The install was scheduled for a Saturday and the crew showed up without essential parts. They got one part delivered from the warehouse and were able to begin the installation but wanted to push it till Monday right away. Later during the installation they realized they needed to get another part but the warehouse closes at 12 on saturdays. The install had to be postponed until Monday anyways. My husband had to take time off from work to be there for them again. The trash wasn’t picked up on the install day although there was a text confirming trash pick up. My neighbors called Semper Fi, I had to call Semper Fi office. The Vegas office is not open 24/7 and they are closed on Sundays but the information at the website clearly says “open 24/7”. There was also a little dent on the a/c cover. The cover itself isn’t esthetically pleasing and isn’t flush with the ceiling. There are obvious gaps that don’t look pretty. Some silicon is required to cover the imperfections. We have to take care of this by ourselves now.

Somehow we did receive a call from the manager on Sunday about the trash and the trash got picked up on Sunday morning. The team did complete the install on Monday morning as well, fixing the dent on the cover. Technically the job is done but it was stressful and I would recommend to avoid using Semper Fi. I know I won’t use them again.

The installer (who's name is can't recall because I am horrible with names so I apologize) did a very good job. The work was clean, efficient, and the new tankless water heater and filters look like great quality! The cost to rip out the old system and replace it with brand new equipment was reasonable and worth every cent.

My AC was broken and I was shopping around looking for their review and I choose Semper Fi for good customer service I go with them, start from the office excellent customer service the service technical and installers are professional came on time and replace my all AC system price is a little more but I picked 15.2 seer2 they had good discount and payment plan and repaired my damaged ceiling. The service was outstanding they were so professional. Would recommend to everyone. Thank you so much Semper Fi
