I been customer of Semper Fi for about year. I have several of there service like maintenance programs to maintain my AC. Just recently, my AC went out and they came immediately to my house to fix it. Their price are also very reasonable. The technician are very friendly and extremely knowledgeable. I highly recommend Semper Fi heating and cooling.

A technician had been out a few months ago for a routine maintenance of our HVAC system. There was a part that needed ordering…it was on back order..
So took a bit. System was still working…finally the part came in and an appointment was made for installation. Abel arrived on time, was very professional and efficient. System is working great !
Note : We had Semper Fi when we lived in Mesa, AZ. They installed a complete new system in our house there. Highly recommend the company !!!

The technician that provided the regular maintenance on my HVAC system was very kind and informative. I appreciated that he wore protective coverings over his shoes whet he entered my house. It was great that the inspection and basic service was free. The quote for a new HVAC system for two units was more expensive than I anticipated and that could be because I’ve never had to replace them before.

Cole came by and was great! He was transparent from start to finish! He took pictures of everything I needed to see and explained in detail the purpose why it was broken. Amazing service setting up an appointment, they really mean same day service! I was able to get everything done right away! Thanks Cole and SemperFi!

This is the third time I've used Semper Fi for services at our house, and all of the technicians have been capable, efficient, and very knowledgeable. I will use them again, if necessary. My only concern is the plumber on the last visit left the gate open on the side of the house and that could have not gone well if our dogs were to escape. Still, very good service.

Had my hot water heater flushed and serviced by Jose Gonzales, and he was quick, honest and very helpful. Explaining every step of the way with pictures of my water heater. Very good.

The Tech arrived on time, explained to him where everything was and he started doing my semiannual maintenance. After he completed checking everything, he advised things to keep an eye on and explained in detail things I could do to prevent or prolong any future issues. He was direct and courteous with his answers. An overall great experience.

The service that I got completed by Semper Fi Heating and Cooling was having my Water Heater and Water Softner! Donny was the plumber that answered the call! Upon arriving and going over with me the problem, quick action was taken to rectify it. His professionalism and attention to detail was amazing! Really glad that Semper Fi added this service to there portfolio. I will forever be a repeat customer due to the plain and simple fact that they CARE and don’t cut corners like others I’ve encountered.

The prices were reasonable, the product was top quality and the warranty they offer is unmatched by others.

Updated review. Semper Fi has continued to stand behind their work. They came out to do an inspection of my system that they installed last year. This was a courtesy maintenance check to ensure the warranty is good and my system stays efficient. I continue to appreciate them.

I had Semper Fi Heating and Cooling come out for a routine water heater flush, and I couldn’t be happier with the service. My technician, Nick Johnson, was professional, knowledgeable, and courteous throughout the entire visit. While he was here, he also checked the anode rod and recommended a replacement. I’m really glad he did—it’s not something most people think about (like me), and it could have caused bigger issues down the line. Nick explained everything clearly and got the job done efficiently. My water heater is running better than ever. I highly recommend Semper Fi Heating and Cooling for honest, high-quality work.

Had a great experience with Semper Fi. The technician, Chris, was extremely polite and informative. He explained what he would be doing the day of the visit, took pictures of my unit and then went over my options for the repair that needs to be done and the cost. They Do not over charge for parts and labor like some other "big box" companies do. Chris was even kind of enough to change my A/C filter and carry in a large box of dog food that had been delivered that day that I couldn't lift. Will be a repeat customer after my experience.

Mohamed was great with explaining everything he was going to do. We had a surge protector installed to prevent a power failure to mess up my HVAC system. Upon speaking with him about my bad allergies, I agreed to have a Remo-Halo System installed. He did what he needed on my system. Within 12 hours I felt the difference in my allergies and my system is now helping me to clean and filter out bacteria, viruses, odors,and mold along with allergens and dust. My home smells as fresh as a hospital. I’m very grateful for his knowledge. Thanks Semper Fi!!!

Semper Fi came out to check on my AC. I’ve been using them for about two years now. They are always kind, professional, knowledgeable and thorough. I highly recommend. My husband was in the navy. Even though he has passed, they still give me the military discount.

I initially called to just have my water heater flushed as I could hear gurgling from the sedement in it but turns out my water heater was in worse shape then I was thinking. The technician that came out was very knowledgeable and got my water heater working properly and safely. As for the price, I don’t know if it was reasonable or not. Would I recommend Semper Fi, yes because of how knowledgeable they are.

Scheduling was quick and easy. Carlos came out on time, and was very friendly and knowledgeable. He listened to my concerns and said he thought it was not a big issue but wanted to check it out. He checked everything, made some recommendations about some future upgrades, fixed my issues (it was exactly what he thought it was) and found another issue that he quickly fixed for me. Overall, a great experience and I will recommend Semper Fi to anyone who asks. Oh - and they give a discount to us military veterans!

Office called to confirm appointment the day before and tech reached out to advise closer time frame. He changed filters and did a through inspection. We have purchased 2 units (different houses) from Semper FI and would recommend them. In fact, we have to our son, who also bought a replacement unit. Good company to work with.

Semper Fi took care of us as first time home buyers. Their tech, Ariel, came out and was extremely informative about what was going on with the old unit and helped us get the best rate on a new one. He never made us feel pressured or rushed. The following day, the installation was quick and easy. The gentlemen had great customer service and continued to provide information as they went.

Throughout my experience, I felt confident, informed and reassured. Semper Fi will definitely come up at family gatherings as one of the best purchases, after our home of course.

Semper Fi did an excellent job and quickly responded to my call. As a military retiree and current cancer patient my body doesn't maintain body temperature as it should. They identified the problem and made the repairs needed. Technicians were well trained, courteous and efficient. Will recommend them to others.

After a stellar experience with Semper Fi at our primary home, we had them service another water-sourced heat pump HVAC system at one of our rental units. Our tech Chris delivered awesome value, quoting us just $29 to clear our condensation line as a preventative measure, and provided great tips like watching the coil pan for rust. We chatted about Project Farm air filter reviews, and it was cool that our tech followed the same YouTube channel. Chris was also respectful of our tenant's time showing up as scheduled with a courtesy call when he was on the way, plus dressed professionally smelling like fresh-scent laundry. Done right. A+
