David was the one who came out to my house and provided an exceptional A/C tune-up service. He effectively explained the repairs and A/C conditions in a way that was easy for me to understand. Additionally, the service was quite affordable, making the whole experience even better. I would recommend this company and David! Thank you guys again for the peace of mind!

Luis did an excellent job diagnosing my AC. Him and his team really made me feel comfortable even though it was really late at night. I thank God for their service towards me and my mom and even their concern for my dog. Jimmie did an excellent job explaining everything also and was very patient and understanding with us during the process.

I recently had the pleasure of working with Zach from Ice Heating & Cooling, and I couldn't be more impressed. An update:

We’re still quite happy with Ice Heating. We had a great experience with their installation of our new units and they regularly call to schedule our included Spring and Fall service. The technician that usually comes for that is Zach and we highly recommend asking for him. He’s very careful, thorough and always cheerful.

Ice Heating & Cooling truly deserves the high ratings! We decided to use them to replace both of our 30+ year old heating & cooling systems based on the excellent reviews and we’re so glad we did. They were very professional and did what they said they would do and on the promised schedule. Their bid included an upgraded filtration system as well as an ultraviolet air purification system both of which are really a plus. The installers were very courteous, careful and cleaned up after themselves. There were a number of technicians, but a special thanks to Thomas and Kole. Albert was the lead technician and our company rep/sales was Bryan. All very knowledgeable and just easy to work with. Bryan said that they strive to be the best and they succeeded with us. We highly recommend them for all of your heating & cooling needs.

I cannot say enough good things about Nate from ICE Heating Cooling and Plumbing. Today, with the temps topping 110° our AC decided to quit. I saw the ICE AC company van at a neighbor’s house. I flagged Nate down and within an hour, he showed up with a professional, friendly demeanor that instantly put us at ease.

Not only did he diagnose and fix the problem quickly, but he also took the time to explain what went wrong and gave us tips on how to avoid similar issues in the future. His expertise and dedication to providing top-notch service were evident from the moment he arrived.

In a place like Vegas, where a functioning air conditioner is essential, having someone as reliable and skilled as Nate is invaluable. We are incredibly grateful for his swift response and exceptional service. John showed up on time and was extremely polite. After figuring out what needed to be done he got right to work replacing my water heater. A couple hours in he said he has to run to Home Depot for some unexpected parts and additional repairs. Naturally I thought, this is going to be more than we discussed. Well, it wasn’t. The price he quoted me was the price I paid. The install is perfect and the water heater is strapped with earthquake straps. Ice heating, air and plumbing and John are A+. I highly recommend them for any repairs or replacements

Luis, Aharon & Diego did my A/C system replacement. They did a really good job. They arrived right on time as per their schedule and finished the whole replacement job on time too. The quality of their work is up there, it’s evident how skilled they are. Still waiting for them to finish repairing my ceiling but coordination and scheduling with their office went smoothly so no complaints about that.

Ruben Dominguez was incredibly knowledgeable. He took the time to explain everything I could possibly need or want to know about my water heater situation and I loved that. The initial call was for a maintenance service on my water heater and Ruben informed me that a 10 year old unit could potentially run risks if he performed the service. He genuinely gave me an out for the whole visit but I wanted to know about my options with them and so he spent the time and really took care of me. I plan on using them for all my plumbing needs moving forward and would highly recommend if you’re looking for a smart, straight shooter that is patient. We have been customers of ICE for about a decade and have always been absolutely floored by how amazing they’ve always treated us. They have never tried to upsell us and have provided multiple options when it comes to repairs. We replaced our entire HVAC system just over a year ago with them and start to finish it was a great process.

Today we noticed that our downstairs unit was not keeping up with the heat, and they were able to schedule Zachary Dennis to come out within a couple of hours. Zack was courteous and thorough, and listened to me while I was explaining the issues I was noticing and from that, immediately went outside and diagnosed our issue. He quickly replaced the faulty part and rechecked our whole system. He was very personable, and we are happy to have him continue to visit our home to service our system. Thank you Zack for being a great ambassador for this wonderful company!

Phillip is always friendly and helpful. He provides good, honest advice and a trustworthy service. He always explains what is happening so you understand your boiler more. Work is always done efficiently and he is easy to communicate with. Overall excellent service.

Aharon Rodriguez did a great installation. He bumped into unexpected issues in my attic and kept at it with no complaints. I am also a person that asks lots of question and he remained patient with me and answered all my questions. Happy Customer

REVIEW UPDATE: I am impressed. It's easy to give a 5 star review the week after you get a shiny new HVAC system. Ours was a big job, new duct work, 3 large package units and 3 splits. It works great! But what works better is the service after the sale. Things happen, and what matters is that ICE was there promptly to take care of it. Checking up with us for annual maintenance, making suggestions, taking care of problems (for us the sensors keep coming up missing). It's been a year+ with ICE and we are thrilled with the hardware, and impressed with the service.

Truly Excellent Company. We were given an honest appraisal with various options for us to consider, Once we had given the go-ahead, the booking of the appointment was relatively quick. The technicians are awesome. They were clean and tidy and kept us informed at all stages. I was very happy with the package and pleased with the outcome.

We joined the ICE Heating and Cooling membership program when they cleaned our ducts over a year ago. I have received excellent customer service with every interaction! First, it’s very convenient to communicate with them via text!! Each person has been kind, professional, and accommodating.
Also, when I was confused and unsure about services we received, I was delighted to find that they keep very thorough, detailed records of each technician’s visit. It was great to have documentation available to refer back to.
Most importantly, I am extremely impressed by the manner in which they addressed my concerns. Sometimes, mistakes happen or things are missed - we are human. What matters most is how they are handled. As soon as the manager, Brian, became aware that part of the job wasn’t completed to their standard, he took responsibility and wanted to make it right. The technician who came out after that, Zach, was awesome. He was very patient with my questions, did very good work, and I felt very comfortable having him in our home.

It's been 1 year since they installed our air-conditioning units. We had a quote from 3 contractors including Costco. The salesperson/manager was professional and not pushy at all. The people that did the work were all professional. However, during the routine service, they suggest Duct replacement that cost us arm and leg. Our mistake on our end was not getting a quote from other companies. Not that I don't trust them, it is still better to get another company to take a second look and get another quote in my opinion. Maybe that could potentially save us some money. Lesson learned, get a second opinion always.

Had company coming to town and was concerned about replacing my a/c and heating at this time. Amazing experience with Semper Fi. Great service, on time and work completed in their timeframe window. Techs were very helpful and polite. Absolutely satisfied 100 percent.

Excellent service. A knowledgeable representative came to my home the day I called them. He examined my system and showed me what the problem was. I elected to order a new system and it was flawlessly installed the next day. I highly recommend Semper Fi.

Simper Fi Heating and Cooling popped up in an ad of FB. Being retired military we always try to support military owned businesses. They went above and beyond. They got back to us within 15 min of inquiry, scheduled just 2 days later, were on time, did thorough investigation, showed us the actual data as to what needed to be fixed. Our unit is 10 years old and I know it’s gonna be expensive to replace. But I just needed new batteries and new start assists on both units. Simple, easy and affordable. My technician was Jeremiah was polite, efficient and quick. They’re my new tune up company going forward.
