Air Squad came out through our home warranty after our AC was leaking into our ceiling. Gary came on time and was able to quickly identify the problem and fix it. He was finished within about 20-30min! No leaks now and AC working great.

We had a very positive experience with Mark over at AirSquad, especially with all the trouble our new unit gave him. He replaced our water heater unit and even moved appointments to troubleshoot the new gas valves. Mark was not only efficient but also patient and friendly, taking the time to explain the process when I had questions and setting clear expectations. We couldn’t have asked for better service! Highly recommend Mark for your next service.

Joe was the technician assigned to install a new water heater. I appreciated Joe's attention to detail and his willingness to review and test to options to identify what the issue was. You don't find this kind of service very often. Thank you Joe!

Alexis came out today to do our annual maintenance check for our heating system. He was very professional. Explain what he did and also, took pictures of our system as it is in our attic. It is a very tight area but he was fantastic. Thank you Alexis for upbeat personality.

Leaving a review since they took $665 (+$110 travel fee) for absolutely nothing. Called to have a chat with Victor (who is very nice I have to say) but it did not lead to any resolution.

A technician was sent through ORHP for a large leak dripping from the ceiling. He replaced some parts on the AC which I had to pay $665 out of pocket for. The price is huge, but so is the leak, so I had no choice but to pay. The day after, the leak continues.
Recalled the technician, who now says that the leak couldn't possibly come from the AC as it is way too much water. Okay... But shouldn't he have said that BEFORE making me pay for expensive parts that weren't needed then?

The technician blindly replaced parts to earn his money and then realized it was 100% useless. I called them hoping they would agree to a refund, I even suggested a partial refund to be nice and in good terms, and didn't raise my voice a single time, but no, they keep it all because they can. Also the exact same company came 3 months prior and didn't mention this need to replace parts at all, which is an excuse anyway).

They'll reply saying they did their job, etc, etc... but no. The AC at the time was working just fine, yet I got robbed of $785 and there is nothing I can do.

Air Squad is a phenomenal company to work with. In the last two years, I have used them to replace two 31 year-old HVAC units. Their work is outstanding. Naturally, my air conditioning units went out during the heat of the summer. Even though it was the busiest time of year, Air Squad responded quickly and took care of the problems.

Before my units went out, Air Squad took care of any other problems I had with my HVAC system. They are honest, fair, reputable, and stand behind their work. I highly recommend them.

We are very happy with the service we received from Air Squad. They got back to us within a few minutes of our service request being placed and had us on their schedule in two days. Their technician, Mark, was great. He called to let us know when he was on the way and arrived well within the time window we were given. He was friendly and knowledgeable. He fixed our toilet quickly and answered all of our questions regarding the repair.

Technician Dan, came to my house today and perfectly fixed everything I requested. There was a leak in the pipe under the kitchen sink, and he neatly repaired it by connecting a new pipe to the main pipe. He also fixed two other things flawlessly. I was very pleased with Technician Dan's clean and efficient work. He seems like a skilled and experienced technician. Thank you!

I scheduled a routine cleaning/check up on my HVAC. Jason was my technician and he was great! Very friendly, respectful, knowledgeable and helpful. An added bonus is that he was very understanding of my less than well behaved pups. I am so happy to have found Ice Heating and cooling because now I have scheduled maintenance and I don’t need to worrry about putting it on my to-do list, as they will just call and schedule it each season.

I love that I now have found a trustworthy and helpful business for my heat/AC and tankless water heater service. I appreciate all the other reviews that talked so highly of this company because that is why I called them and I am very happy that I did.

I called Ice heating and cooling to provide maintenance on my tankless water heater. Sam was the plumber who came out and he was wonderful! He finished up the previous job early so he was able to start my job earlier than scheduled, which was great! Sam was very pleasant to talk to and explained what he was doing. He was happy to answer all my questions, which I really appreciate. Highly recommend!

Jesse, Jimmy, and Caio did a wonderful job of explaining what went wrong with my old unit and how the new unit would eventually save us money! The installation went without a problem and they actually fixed what the previous installers didn’t do right! These guys are very knowledgeable and a great asset to ICE.

I signed up for their maintenance program in the hopes that it would guarantee routine maintenance, but each time I attempted to schedule an appointment, customer support either ignored my calls or abruptly canceled. They are amiable at first, but once they have your money, you won't be able to get proper service.

Tyler Dale did an excellent job doing a maintenance check and flush on my home water heater system. Courteous and professional customer service by this outstanding technician is definitely appreciated.

I called ICE because my ac unit broke down. They came right away. The unfortunate news is that I needed a new unit. The technician, Jimmy, showed me the issue via a video on his phone of my particular unit. He made sure I was comfortable and understood everything that was going to happen. They gave me a great price on a new unit and installed it that day. Everyone is very friendly and informative. I got a follow-up visit from another tech, Jason Lobo. Jason was super nice and made sure my unit was working properly. He also showed me on video what was going on with my particular unit. I would suggest ICE’s prompt, friendly, and quality service to anyone looking for a great HVAC company!

Zach arrived within 4 hours of our call. He carefully explained the problem and offered various solutions. He had the replacement part in his truck and fixed the unit while carefully keeping our house clean. Would use again! He was very trustworthy.

Like I said from my previous review, I had a Tankless water heater that needed repairs. After my experience with Mr. Jessie, I decided to go with the same company with the no expectations just to see how consistent the technicians are. Here comes Mr. Ruben. He is a consummate professional plumber. He is awesome as Mr. Jessie. He explained everything that needs to be done to have an efficient working Tankless water heater. He is meticulous and an attention to detail guy! He installed the part that needed to be replaced. Job done! Nice and Clean!! Thank you Mr. Ruben!!!
