I ran into an issue with not having secondary drain pans where the coils are in our attic, after getting multiple quotes from other reputable larger companies. The price range from $3800-$1600. I followed the rule of them to get a third quote and contacted Joel At HVAC connection. I seen online that they had excellent reviews, so I reached out to Joel the owner and set up a time for him to come and take a look and give me a quote. Joel showed up on time. Did a thorough look at what needed to be done and gave an honest, fair quote. Not only that the work was done in a fast time frame and Joel and his crew were very professional. I really appreciate the time and honesty that Joel and his crew took at doing a great job on the repair work plus giving me a great reasonable price. I will continue to use HVAC connection and recommend them to any and all friends, co workers, and family.

These guys were amazing they did exactly what they said they would do they were under budget they came exactly when they said they would come they answered my questions quickly and easily and I feel like they're a great company. In fact they answered several questions more than once and we're not impatient at all. Everything I ask they listen to even when I was a little frustrated they listened they helped me out and they took care of me.
if you work with them I feel like you will have a great opportunity to work with a good plumbing company. They're always complications but I can tell you that these guys I think are top of the list and would help you all along the way making sure you got exactly what you needed properly and that the repairs will be done properly.

Both Colton, who works in the office, and Egor, the heating technician, were delightful to work with. My heater stopped working during winter and together they worked to get me the earliest possible appointment. They were kind, professional, compassionate and provided excellent service. We contacted our home warranty company for help when our shower valve stopped working. It was assigned to Air Squad Plumbing and Heating to look into the problem. We received a call from Felipe, the plumber before our appointment. After checking the problem, he said he would order the parts and was out within minutes.

At first, I thought Felipe was just eyeballing the problem when he arrived at our house. It turned out you don't need to spend too much time analyzing a problem if you excel at your job. Felipe was a great plumber. Within a minute, he understood the problem and explained what he would do and what to expect next.

It took a while for the parts to arrive. Felipe arrived on time and worked on the problem immediately. He was very knowledgeable and knew exactly what to do. He fixed the problem quickly and efficiently. Felipe also gave us some tips on maintaining our plumbing in the future. We were very satisfied with his work. I highly recommend Felipe for any plumbing needs. He is a professional and reliable technician. He was also very friendly and polite.

The day that my case was assigned to Air Squad I received a call to schedule a visit. The tech came out the same day to check the plumbing leak from my dishwasher to my garbage disposal. He quickly diagnosed the problem, repaired what he could that day. Then advised me that he needed to order an additional part and that they would be in touch as soon as they were able to get it. They actually called me the very next day, but I missed the call. They left me a voicemail as well as a text. As soon as I responded to them the very next available appointment was scheduled for me. The tech came out completed the repair, and on his way out said to me "don't hesitate to call us if you have any problems". That made my day! The customer service was greatly appreciated, timely and professional. I am completely satisfied with Air Squad and will recommend them to others.

The plumber arrived on time, quickly resolved my issue and was very professional and friendly.

My old faucet was terrible, and very Loose! I was scheduled for 4-7PM, they called me around 4ish, which was great! The gentleman called, and then arrived within 10 minutes. Once he cane in, he got right to work! I eventually received a new faucet. Talk about being happy! Ironically, the gentleman, and Airb Squad has installed other plumbing items, so it was good.

I placed a service Request through my home warranty company and Igor and Alexis came out. They arrived before the scheduled service window and called 30mins out. They were here for less than 30 minutes and found the root of the problem was a bad compressor. Igor was so nice and changed the compressor out right away no problems and I have all my AC working again. I’d highly recommend air squad for any of your AC needs.

Cole the technician and his helper that I unfortunately forgot his name, was very polite and professional. Were very efficient in the replacement of our water heater. Any questions I had were answered with professional knowledge. Probably one of the best repair situations I’ve had.

This company was sent out to clear a drain. They told the home warranty company the clearout wasn't there. They fought us. We bought a wrench and what do you know it opened in less then a minute. They lie and as others have attested the dont do anything just declare and walk away. Photo for proof.

Quick response, knowledgeable employees. Just a suggestion, source parts locally before you tell customers they have to wait on parts to be ordered to get their items repaired.

Air Squad was sent out to render a second opinion by our home warranty company. The home warranty company accepted their opinion & authorized the repair. The technician (Joe) who did the plumbing repair was absolutely fantastic. He called when he was on the way, (about 10 minutes out). He was friendly, informative & did an absolutely wonderful job. I would recommend this company without any doubts what so ever.

Wow! What great service. Our plumbing issue was fixed quickly and professionally. James was awesome and even called to offer to arrive earlier than expected as he was ahead of schedule. I will use them again and when possible request them through my home warranty service.

Gary was wonderful and knows his stuff. His diagnosis was on point after my home AC and Heating has been down for 7 months. With just one visit, Gary diagnosed the issue and once parts were ordered and received, my system was back up within a day. Process too 3 days and all went smooth. I called my Home Warranty to have a tuneup on my HVAC system with the purchase of my home. The technician, Alexis was friendly, delivered excellent service, and very considerate while I was conducting meetings during the service.
