I had ICE scheduled to do regular maintenance on my tankless water heater in the barber shop.Sam was the tech and was awesome. He communicated exactly what he was gonna do before starting and how it would impact us.
While waiting for the system cleaning to run, he found an issue with my dryer vent and knocked that out. Sam is a first class professional and definitely stood out from other companies I’ve used in the past. Great Job!

Outstanding service by Zach! Zach, the AC tech was thorough and meticulous in inspecting and fine-tuning our unit. He addressed every detail with expertise, ensuring peak performance and energy efficiency. The blower starter needed attention and we chose to have it replaced.

My unit is 20 years old, I wanted to last a little longer and felt that maintenance could help but did not wanted to be sold a new one, I called Ice, Junior came out and did an amazing job, very knowledgeable, took his time, my units are looking new, he cleaned all the rocks around it, repaired some loose wires, and did a full inspection with a report. Units are working great! I highly recommend Ice and Junior for your Ac maintenance.

A/C has been broken for about a year now and the Tech came out was super friendly and professional cut us a good deal to come out same day just 30 minutes later to install new package unit and even fixed some ducting issues we had with our other unit for free. 100% reccomend this company to anyone looking for quality a/c or plumbing work

Everyone from the service techs (Jesse, Caio,Jesus and Diego) to the sales rep (Jimmie) and the whole scheduling team were very friendly and professional. We really felt like they truly wanted to get us the best product and service for a fair price. I would definitely go with them for our future HVAC needs

We highly recommend ICE. We got bids from four businesses and chose ICE to install a new HVAC system and water heater. Their representative Bryan, educated us on which system would be best for our usage instead of just pushing one brand. He also clearly explained everything that they would be doing. The installers, Ken, Albert and Cruz, showed up on time and were very courteous and professional. They were friendly and helpful answering all our questions. They had to remove the trim on the entrance to the attic to install the unit but it was repaired and repainted the next day by a professional painting company. They came out a couple of days later and did the city inspection. They also took care of the registration of the warranty. This company takes care of your needs and is great to deal with!

Zach came out to service our AC because it was not cooling properly. He was very courteous and profession and was able to get us cool air in the same visit! We even got signed up for the maintainence agreement so he will be coming back. We highly recommend ICE.

We needed an estimate on new ductwork in our attic. ICE was able to send out someone to give us that estimate (regrettably, I forgot his name). He offered us a price and financing that made it a better deal than another estimate, so we went with ICE. Caio and his crew came out that day and were able to complete the job in 4 hours, cleanly and to our satisfaction.

Junior was knowlegable, professional and very pleasant. He was honest with us about what we needed and what was most important and answered questions as we made decisions about purchasing a new thermostat and didn’t try to sell us something we didn’t need. We will certainly use ICE Heating and Cooling for our HVAC needs and will be happy to recommend your company and especially Junior.

I had some corrosion on my pipe that went into the hot water heater. I am in escrow so this needed to be repaired. Melvin Guerra Solorzano came out with another gentleman. ICE let me know through text what he would look like, and I thought that was very nice. Melvin and his helper/worker were very helpful, kind and polite. Even though I was 6 months over the labor warranty, they took care of the problem and fixed it all up for me. Melvin was very efficient and he did a good job.

He was great and he have patience conversation and he was clean about it. Now I could be in my restroom and enjoy it again. Thank him

Zachary Dennis installed my new smart room sensor and he did it very quickly. He is an expert on what he does, very professional and even taught me some pointers on my new HVAC system. He is a great guy and showed his patience and cares for his customers. Great job Zach! The office staff of ICE are also very helpful. Once again, this shows the great customer service of ICE Heating and Cooling. They addressed all of my concerns as soon as possible. Great company to deal with!

Zachary Dennis check my smart room sensor as it keeps disconnecting with the thermostat. He is a great guy and did a great job. I am so amazed with fhe great customer service of this company. They are very responsive and tries to correct issues as quickly as possible.

May 31, 2024: Arturo Agundez came to perform QA/QC or the final inspection with the City Inspector. Very nice guy and very thorough. He even helped with some other questions that I have on the new system. He was very knowledgeable about his job. Another great guy from ICE.

May 14, 2024: Zachary Dennis came to check the performance of the smart temperature sensor and helped me understand the functions and settings at the thermostat. He was a great guy and very knowledgeable/experienced. He did a great job! I was really amazed with the great customer service of this company. They are very committed in what they do. Kudos to the management and staff of ICE Heating and Cooling.

May 11, 2024: Nathaniel Porter came a week later to install a temperature sensor. Very nice guy who did an awesome job to install the sensor and helped check the system. He even gave some helpful tips regarding the usage of the new system. Great job!

May 4, 2024: Diego Zaleta, Diego Alcocer and Edward from ICE Heating & Cooling replaced my existing HVAC equipment and they did a great job. They work tirelessly on that Saturday to remove the exiting units and install the new equipment. They did not stop until the new equipment was installed, tested and running. They are very hardworking, professional, experienced and they know what has to be done from the start to finish. They also helped me setup my the system into my device. These guys are really awesome and the company that they work with are very lucky to have people like them.

Ice Air Conditioning and Plumbing provided me great service when I required an inspection for my air conditioning system. They attentively listened to my needs over the phone, promptly scheduled an appointment, and executed the service efficiently. The technician who arrived was very professional and polite, and I am very pleased with the overall experience.

Had the pleasure to meet Junior today regarding our HVAC systems, very pleasant, respected the home, very thorough and was patient with me. I highly recommend him. He is very knowledgeable with great history. I look forward to continual services with him. Absolutely enjoyed his time. High five!

Luis was very professional, prompt and polite. I am so glad I didn’t move forward with the air conditioning company that my home warranty referred. The air conditioning company that the home warranty referred was rude, unprofessional and unapologetic on the phone which prompted me to seek service elsewhere. I called Ice Heating and cooling and spoke to Alejandro and he was super nice and was able to get me an appointment the same day. There is no need to tolerate rude customer service when you can hire a professional.

I can not say enough good thing about this heating/cooling company. Great customer service from the start ( from the scheduling personnel to the onsite technicians… BRAVO to everyone !) They took good care of their customers even after you have your system installed. Recently had an issue with heating/cooling systems and Nathaniel came by and was able to fix the problem right away. Nathaniel also took his time to listen to his customers’ other concern about the smart thermostats ( which it was not on his job order for today) but he even make sure our thermostats working as it should. I am super impressed and pleased to have this company as my heating/ cooling company.

Great Service, no sales pitch, Edward took time to answer all our questions. No one wants to spend big money, but after seeing that my Air Conditioner had died after serving us has well (18 years), he made the process of selecting the right system easy. We opted to replace both units because we felt it would have been a matter of time before the othe air conditioner died. They knew what they were doing and finish the entire installation within the time they stated. I most definitely would use them again.

Our first contact with ICE was Jesse. He listened to our problem and immediately inspected. He returned with a solution and set up a consultation with his boss, Jimmy. They were thorough and helpful and explained everything in a professional and understandable way. We scheduled the work for the coming Saturday. Caio, Rafael and Ed arrived around nine. They worked almost 11 hours nonstop. Don’t think they even took a lunch break. Your company does outstanding work. Even our conversations with Alecia in the office were caring. I could feel her smile over the phone. All of these fantastic employees deserve a bonus. I found you on the internet and because of the great reviews I suggested you to my husband. We will highly recommend you to our friends. You have a great company and awesome employees.

These guys are great! Our old unit broke this winter leaving us in the cold, but ICE sent a great Tech Arturo to check out the situation, he let us know what was going on and helped us with our meeting with Jimmie Rivera. Both excellent guys extremely patient, they gave us the time and space we needed to think things through and helped us make a good decision for our particular needs.

Our Techs for the actual installation Caio and Justin were very quick and friendly, they had our new unit up and running in just a few hours. The new unit works great and we are very happy with the service!

We’ve had ICE Heating Cooling & Plumbing replace both our HVAC unit and water heater, and we couldn’t be more satisfied! From the admin team, who made sure we were informed about the best maintenance bundles, to every technician who came out, the whole experience has been fantastic. But we have to give a special shoutout to Zach—our favorite HVAC tech so far! He’s polite, super thorough, incredibly patient, and genuinely considerate.
