Did 2 AC unit replacements. They were knowledgeable and very trustworthy.
They walked us through what was needed and had a great process, price and exceptional customer skills. I am extremely happy with our choice to go with them. We had a power surge on night that knocked our units off. We called their 24 hour customer service in the middle of the night and we were back up and running in no time. Thankfully. The house was getting hot and they were 100% there for us. Thank you guys! Great having you have our backs in this excessive heat we are having in Las Vegas.

I called to have annual service performed on my A/C . Tammy was extremely nice and helpful. They sent someone out the very next day!! A day later, Tammy and Charles called me for a follow up and to make sure I was satisfied. Who does that??? Amazing customer service!!!!

AC went out this late last night. Noticed it in the AM. Company was called and a gentleman by the name of Randall was at my house within 2 hours. Couldn’t believe how quick it was. Thankfully it was a small fix with one of my units that Randall was able to repair in less than 30 mins. Super nice guy and would HIGHLY recommend this company for all your HVAC needs ! Thank you guys so much!

We’ve used this company since 2011. Yesterday our A/C went out and Eddie was at our house in an hour. He had the part we needed in his van and fixed it in an hour, finishing at night. I can’t say enough good things about this company. Tammy was super nice and helpful from the moment I called, very professional and easy to talk to. Randall came out and got everything taken care of quickly and efficiently. My system used to go out every year like clockwork, but since they worked on it, I haven’t had a single issue. Highly recommend!

Climate control solutions are the best in Las Vegas. I needed my AC fixed after hours and they didn’t skip a beat. They communicated well, the prices were great, and the team was phenomenal. Don’t look anywhere else for your HVAC needs.

Ryan was quickly able to troubleshoot and resolve the problem. He replaced the defective part with a much better quality part which would last much longer than the one that went bad in just one year.
He arrived on time and was very professional and courteous.

highly recommend rob & his crew. we needed a capacitor replaced, a damper and damper motor replaced, and a new return duct added to a bedroom. they did great work, were punctual, respectful, tidy, and very reasonably priced.

Highly recommend HW Electrical for your HVAC service. Romell B. was my technician and he quickly diagnosed my air conditioning problem and replaced my capacitor in no time. Super nice and a real pro. RW was fast too I called them at 7am and Romell was here at 8:15am and they were very reasonable price wise.

I called R W Mechanical during spring time for an inspection of my unit before the coming intense heat.

Jamie and Mike called ahead, showed up on time, and did a thorough inspection which revealed just a couple of parts needed on the 14 year-old unit.

Rob and his team did a fabulous job throughout the entire process, when our heater broke, he went above and beyond to talk us through the options in a very objective way. We ended up deciding to replace our HVAC unit with a Bosch A/C and a Rheem Furnace and it's working great! He was ready to install with crew within 2 days of us deciding which unit we wanted to buy. The team was very respectful of our house and all around nice people, and after they left the whole area was like nothing had ever happened. I would recommend RW to anyone who wants expert advice as well as fast, high quality installation.
