I have used R W Mechanical since I purchased my home 14 years ago. It's easy to make an appointment and have always been happy with their service. I had them install a new furnace and air conditioner 2 years ago and am happy with them as well. Their 6 month checkups are very reasonable. Servicemen are always respectable.

Jaime and Mike did an absolute great job. We have nice cool AC blowing in our home. Ours kids can now enjoy their room no more fans going. Thank you guys! 1000% recommend!

Jamie came out today to repair an industrial air conditioner. He was professional, personable and honest. He got the work done quickly and even gave me a few tips on air conditioners. Alex showed up on time and was very respectful and descriptive on what was wrong with my AC. He quickly and accurately diagnosed the problem and got to work on my unit. Had all the necessary parts in his truck and got my AC working like a brand new one. Will definitely reach out to him again for any other services I need in the future!

Alex at RW Mechanical fixed my issues with HVAC zone controls. Previously, when i turned on heat in one of the three rooms, a different room would get the heat. I had a similar problem in the summer with respect to cooling. Alex is a great diagnostician. He throughly tested all the duct dampers and zone control board. He replaced one defective damper actuator and a faulty zone control board. He provided pictures and notes documenting what he initially found and the new installation of the zone control board and the new damper actuator. Now, everything works perfectly. Great job!

We purchased a Bosch air conditioner and heating system from RW Mechanical about 2 years ago. They were great work with then and it's still true today. Jaime Castro was our service technician for a semi-annual cleaning and maintenance. We were having a small issue with the furnace and he made two trips to get it resolved. It required him researching our unit, on his own time to find the solution. He went above and beyond to keep us as happy customers. They really care about customer service.

Excellent service. Our air in our office suite is blowing nice and cool now. Rommel was professional, kind, and diagnosed the issue quickly.

Been in Vegas for 10 years…. Tried multiple other AC companies with used car sales tactics and RW is not like that. They are the best of Vegas if you ask me.

I even had the opportunity to chat with them about my own personal a/c needs. Jaime went above and beyond to explain to me about a split a/c install with potential options. With additional services that are offered. I will be reaching out to have them come check out my home and give me the best options they professionally recommend. I have used RW multiple times and referred my mom to them. We both have had extremely great experiences with them. I called them at 5pm on July 3rd holiday weekend Alex was to my home by 6:30 fixed my ac by 7:30pm. Im so grateful for this company and will continue to refer them to everyone! Alex was awesome! Not the first time I’ve used them and it won’t be the last. Every time we’ve had a problem they were honest about what was happening, explained options and made the necessary repairs quickly and professionally. Most recently, I was having trouble with our air conditioner not turning on. Alex came out and got it working perfectly. Have used them for both heating and a/c. Would highly recommend!

We had two AC units installed by RW Mechanical and they were great. Arrived on time and had four technicians working on installation all day. Very professional in all aspects of the job. Their pricing was very competitive but service was second to none. They cleaned up and took the old units with them. We would definitely use them again but hope we will not need to use any service for installation again. Tracy and Alex are great supervisors.
