This place is filled with wonderful people that have always been so very kind to me over the years. I have never had a bad experience with them and if I ever need any help they have always given it. They have been in business in town for many years now (it's gotta be more than 30 now) and that speaks volumes.

Greatest company I’ve ever had the pleasure to work with. Tom Lawyer, and John Kotek are by far the most precious souls I’ve ever meet. I’ve never seen or heard of anyone that cares for their people as much as them.

Tom Lawyer and John Koteck have arranged for service and repairs on our HVAC units for several years. Their techs are always very professional and service calls are done in a timely manner.

John is always very helpful when our chillers need expert repair. Casey Lewis is usually the on-site chiller tech and he is very knowledgeable and professional. Very quick in diagnosing and repairing our equipment.

Been doing with ac systems for years, the staff is very friendly and knowledgeable and will go the extra step to help you out. They always have the right part for me and never give me after market junk that just doesn't work. If you need OEM parts for Trane or American Standard this is the place to go.

I deal with Sharon Linder @ LMS quite often and she is always pleasant, very helpful and assists in getting what I need in a very timely manner. I also deal with DeLane Nix and Roger Derrick quite often. They are a definite asset to our business.

If there are ever any hiccups (HARDLY EVER) they are proactive in communicating it with you so you are not blind sided.

Having an open account for over 18 years, with Trane and AC Systems. It is without fail every-time we make a purchase at the So Valley View location location we are told there is no account on file and we will have to pay cash/credit card. Yet when we purchase over the the phone there are no account issues and our invoices are placed on Net 30 day terms. My reason for posting is primarily to make point of how lazy our society has become, a few simple questions from the sales clerk would have made a big difference. We are a company which when at all possible will purchase locally, to support our local businesses, however the lack of customer service we receive from this location will have our company seeking parts from other Trane service providers.
