Service was great and the technician was very helpful explaining what was needed and what he would be doing to get things taken care of.

My water heater went and I contacted my home warranty(AHS). They obtained Advanced Home Services to do the work.
The tech arrived the following day and inspected the water heater. He told my wife, I was not home, that he needed to do upgrades to the lines and surrounding parts that would cost an additional $1000. I called the tech and laughed at him as I know the lines were check and replaced less than a year ago. I told him to leave my house.
I was then contacted by someone representing the company who told me that the new water heaters have connectors on the side of the tank and my old one has connectors on the top. Again, I laughed at her as I knew this was a lie.
I just cannot believe the deception on behalf of this company. It is outrageous as other reviews have stated.
I fired my own company the next day. The tech came and replaced the water heater with the SAME make/model that was purchased at Home Depot. No upgrades were needed.
Just a heads up on this company.

The technician arrived on time and was professional and knowledgeable. He repaired a Moen shower handle that required a replacement part. It's an older model, so I didn't expect him to have the necessary part, but he had it on the truck. I was very happy with their communication and service!

If there was a zero, I would given not even one star. A very bad tech was sent for 3 plumbing issues, and he managed to walk away fixing nothing. The kitchen faucet needs approval, but the toilet that doesn't flush properly and the hose for the shower is a no brainer. He could call them in to his office and fix those. But, he decided to have approval from AHS for all 3.
This is the worse experience so far with a company tech that was sent by American Home Shield. triple 000 and more for this company and the people they hire.

Exceptional Service and Professionalism!!

We just had our AC unit replaced, and the entire experience was outstanding!! It all started with a service call made through AHS. Unlike other companies that try to push new units immediately, Cody, our technician, took the time to explain the issue, and it prompted US to ask HIM about a new unit, even though that was not what he was saying needed to happen (our unit was 20 years old and had started giving problems the last year or so). We decided to replace the unit as we have pets at home and didn't want to endure another summer with AC issues.

Cody provided us with all the information we needed to make an informed decision, no pressure, just honest advice. From the very first call with Yvonne at the main office, we experienced prompt, efficient, and incredibly helpful service, and all our questions were thoroughly answered.

The installation team arrived on time (actually early) and worked in a professional and very efficient manner. The install was very clean and professional, and they left the job in spotless condition, which proves they clearly take pride in their work.

On top of it all, their pricing was excellent. We compared prices with a few other companies, but this company's pricing and service were unmatched.

If you are looking for an air-conditioning company that delivers honesty, professionalism, and top-quality work at a great price, look no further because this is the company to call!! Highly recommend!

This is a contractor for AHS warranty. They came to look at my water heater and instead of inspecting anything they took a couple pictures and left claiming no work would be completed. They then told AHS that the vapor control module failed because the water heater was improperly vented. Odd that the water heater is working after going through the reset procedure 🤔 Had another plumber out that I paid out of pocket. Said yes the vapor control module did appear to be going bad because the water heater is 12 years old. I will never contact America Home Services and this visit justified my decision to get rid of AHS warranty too. They are both a racket and they work in concert with one another!

I want to thank Advances Home Services for helping me through this summer. You took care of me through a broken water heater AND an AC break down during the hottest week of July! To the guys who installed my water heater-you were incredibly fast and efficient and now I need to buy a Transfer pump to help me clean it every year!! Edwin who figured out my AC problem- I want to thank you for bringing sanity and cool air back into my home! Thank you for listening to me and then figuring out the problems and even helping to save me money because I didn’t need as much coolant as we thought!
I have American Home Shield and I promise you I will be telling them to keep Advanced Home Services on as a company that they can use and trust!

Do NOT use this company! A VERY UNSKILLED technician came out to my house because my AC wasn’t working. He spent about 6 1/2 minutes looking at the unit, came back down and told me that my power box was pulled out and that was not considered wearing tear and that he had already called my warranty company and they denied the claim. He told me on the spot that he would be able to replace the power box for $750! In my opinion, he didn’t spend any time Diagnosing the problem. He just wanted his company to be paid. Me being the person I am I got a second opinion from a company Called Pro Price Heating and Cooling. A very Professional technician named Isaiah Came out and did a thorough job of diagnosing my problem. It turns out that it was only a fuse due to my vents needing to be replaced. I’m so thankful he was able to help and now my family has AC In this Las Vegas HEAT!

DO NOT BELIEVE THE GOOD REVIEWS! They offered us a $100 "discount" if we would leave a 5 star review and canceled the repair completely when we gave a 3-star review on their survey. The tech was pushy and argumentative, as was his manager. We have called a different company who could be here today, unlike this one which made us wait three days before they's come out to look at our problem.

Excellent service, very polite and patient with me, I am 70 y.o. and had many questions for him!!! He also covered his boots with paper shoe covers, I really appreciated that.

I can see why they have such low stars. They are unreliable, unprofessional and not truthful.
My home warranty called them for service, they’re office called me and said someone will call you when they are on there way.
5 min before the last appointment they said someone was there, not true at all as I called out of work to be here. I was told I would get a call back shortly, that did not happen, so I called them back, this time they said, “there are rocks and its unsafe”. She mentioned we have to cancel because of the unsafe area, why wouldn’t they have the professional courtesy to call ahead of time rather than wait until after the scheduled time.

Clearly this fraudulent company did not go to the house, they looked on google and saw old pictures from before I did some upgrades on that side of where the ac unit is located.

The worse AC company! They should be embarrassed to say they are in the AC business let alone the customer service business.

It got worse day 2, they cancelled the request and will not provide the docs to my home warranty which does not allow my home warranty to send someone else.

I called and the older lady, was dismissive and said she will not be helpful at all, she said i will not be going back and forth with you as I request for her to send me a copy of what she sent mu home warranty. I don't believe that is asking for too much, she did and hung up on me.

Have used them for AC and plumbing services. They are always on time, super fair in pricing and know what’s required to get the job done right. One of the few trustworthy companies I have worked with.

1st of all American Homeshield should dropped them. They lie of the service provided to my house. They were send by American Homeshield to fix a leak, they went the 1st time and stated that they can't so anything until the restoration people remove the walls. The restoration people schedule an appointment to be at the house at the same time. The plumber came and stated that it was not leak. When the pipe leak again causing me more damage, a reopen the claim with American Homeshield, call the company, they are unprofessional, they refuse service and they were not taking responsibility for the additional damage that happened to my house due to the incompetence. I do not recommend this company, and like I stated American Homeshield should dropped them.

Worst experience possible, my mother purchased an A/C and it broke down 1yrs later. Got a second opinion by a trusted company. Only to find out these guys at Advanced home serviced charged her insane amount and installed it wrong. On top of that when they were called back they were charging my mom to fix there mistakes that have warranty on them. Couldn't really give any solutions. She was left in a hot home that reached over 100F because she couldn't pay the insane amount they wanted.
Our second option company fixed it in 1 hour, however it sucked to learn that Advanced home services, installed the cheapest piece of equipment while charging her for the price of an expensive name brand A/C. Beware of these inconsiderate scammers.

They replaced a shower cartridge in the shower through the American Home Shield warranty with the wrong cartridge. It took a week to get ahold of them and when they come they said they had to come back to fix it! I had running water running $$ a full bath every two hours. I had to call a plumber right away to stop the leak. When he arrived he tried to dismiss his responsibility because I called another plumber to cap off the leak while waiting a week for them with water pouring out!

The faucet knob does not fit. First, the plumber said that is all they had, then said it is the correct part even though the knob doesn't fit. He said he had to call American Home Sheild for approval but instead he called them and said the leak was my fault and then tried to provide me a quote to fix it but I simply escorted him off my property.

Our Tech, Robert, was outstanding. Our garbage disposal was leaking and he installed a brand-new disposal and was in and out in less that 30 minutes. Great service and very professional. Thanks Robert!

Advanced Home Services misdiagnosed our leaking water heater and mislead American Home Shield. Our insurance claim was declined because Advanced Home Services actions. Looks like they tried to upsell unnecessary expensive unit. Hopefully second opinion company was honest and professional and our water heater was replaced and covered by American Home Shield home warranty.

I’ve relied on them for years. Just had them replace my water heater and not only was the price right but he explained everything he did and It looks 10x better than the previous water heater install.

The team was clean, professional, and had great attitudes from start to finish. They arrived on time, worked efficiently, and delivered exactly what they promised. I’m very happy with the quality of the work and recommend their services.
