Very pleasant experience in dealing with LMS. They worked around my work schedule during this unsettling time of COVID-19 and they kept me informed of changes to the schedule. The technician was thorough and explained everything that he did when he was finished with the job. I have no complaints and give them 5 Stars.

Management and staff are top notch and care about their customer relationships. LMS works hard to come up with innovative solutions for the clients they serve. They are definitely a great resource and partner to have in the Las Vegas Valley.

Can’t rave enough about the service I’ve been provided by the LMS team. After being involved with another company that basically left me high & dry with a complex controls issue on a chiller system, I was lucky enough to happen on LMS who was able to come up with a solution even though some equipment was proprietary to company prior. Unsafe drivers and management doesn't seem to care. One of their drivers was tailgating vehicles doing over 80mph on I-11. Tried to call in twice and born times they hung up on me as soon as i mentioned a driver complaint.

We I've been using LMS for several years. I like that I can get through to service quickly and most of the time get updates. They have provided us with valuable consultation information when needed and have had competitive bidding on services needed. Nice people to work with for HVAC needs.

From sales and scheduling to the technicians, they have a great knowledge of the HVAC systems and they are people you can trust. They have been responsive to our requests and ensure the job is done right.

Been using LMS for years at several buildings and remote locations. I find them to be very professional and responsive to my service calls. The service techs are knowledgeable and fix issues quickly, and rarely, if ever, requiring a call back. And I always get a follow up call from them after a service call just to verify everything went well.

I’ve had the opportunity to work with this company on several occasions. Each time I have found that The management responses to every call, and in a timely matter. A team member schedules my work, and within 24 to 48 hours they are on site. All workers are kind, professional, Timely on their arrival, and performs a good quality workmanship. We have a large boiler system, and they were able to diagnose the situation, make the repairs, and do a quality job. I would recommend them, and use them again.

I trust LT with all my business's and my client's HVAC needs. The service from their staff is top notch. I can always rely on John T, Jamie, Sharon, Gene and everyone else to treat me and my company like I am their only client. Their care and professionalism goes a long way to earn and keep my trust. You may be great at HVAC services, but your drivers are terrible. One of them felt it was appropriate to drive on the shoulder of the freeway for a half mile in heavy traffic, just to cut everyone off. As though their time is more important than any of ours. Better get a handle on this before they either damage somebody’s car or worse, hurt someone or themselves with their reckless driving.

Worst plumbing diagnosis. Very unskilled technician who just look at the leak in less than 5 seconds and give you uncovered repairs amounting to more than $700. Worst partner with American Home Shield. Avoid this company by all means. For me all the worst reviews here are valid based on my experience.

The plumber who came was Dustin who helped us once before. He is very good, honest and does good work. The company is not so great. Dustin recommended a repair of our water heater and was going to return the next day to do the job. Unfortunately, the company did not approve the repair and immediately tried to sell us a new expensive heater. Sounded like bait and switch. We found another solution. But again, this should not reflect on the technician.

Very good service, very professional. Dustin is excellent at his profession, and was willing to explain everything to me and answer any questions I had. He was very professional with everything he completed. I especially like that they come with a nice work shirt, identifying the company and having a name badge. The company also has nice business trucks. I would use this company again, and would definitely recommend them to others. Exemplary service.
