Absolutely terrific service! A/C stopped day before, my usual a/c company not available (too busy) but recommended RW Mechanical. I called next day at 2:00. To my total amazement, friendly receptionist said technician would be at my house between 3:00 and 5:00. Extra lucky for me, he was only 6 minutes away and came right away! What luck on a HOT day!!! Alex was thorough, wore booties in house, did all the needed work plus more that he advised needed urgent help and I could see he was correct. He also cleaned and blew out debris on units. I was so very impressed with his friendliness, expertise, thoroughness and our home began cooling right away after his departure. So very happy with Alex at RW Mechanical. Recommending him to everyone I know!!!

If your looking for service or replacement a/c and furnace, this is the company you MUST consider. I've used them for many years for yearly maintenance and my 21 yr old a/c gave up. I compared pricing and company 's and again, RW Mech. was my choice. Their pricing was very competitive and installation was superb ! They were super careful and left the area cleaner than when they started. All installation, setup and adjustments were complete in 7 hrs. Could not be more pleased with everything. The whole process was fantastic. No high pressure, no hype. A solid company and owner who really cares.

My Mom is a local realtor and uses RW Mechanical for all her clients needs, now I completely understand why. Scheduling was easy and the girl I spoke with(can’t remember her name) was friendly, answered all my questions, and she got me scheduled next day! Alex and Keith serviced our home’s HVAC system today. They were professional, detail oriented and took the time to carefully examine our system and offer some great recommendations without charging an outrageous price. I came across RW mechanical After witnessing a really out of integrity situation go on with another company in my real estate business. I decided to take advantage of the Club program for my own house 🏠 and I have to say how great it is to have a service company come to your house tell you the truth, that your system is fine and in working order and not try to sell me something I don’t need! Alex at rw came right on time , cleaned all the ac units as usual every 6 months. Been using them for years and are super happy with them !Alex is always attentive and a very nice guy!

RW was kind enough to work with my Uncle who had no AC in over a year and get him running in the middle of a heat wave. The owner offered a free service as a community scholarship since this company has been in business for Las Vegas for over 20 years and just wanted to help a senior citizen. I can’t explain how grateful we are for such a generous offer in this economy! Alex was a wonderful tech and explained what was needed and was very thorough. I’ve been with RW Mechanical for over 15 years. I use them for my business and home. I first encountered RW when the A/C at my business went kaput. All the HVAC companies claimed I needed new AC units. RW came and replaced a $700 part, and all was good. Careful out there RW is honest and fair.
Just had Alex do my summer tune up. Great service, great results.

7/6– Temperature outside was 106 F in Las Vegas on 7/6 and noticed the air conditioner was not working. Called several companies without response. Got a referral from a neighbor for RW mechanical. Called and thought I would have to wait till morning for a technician to repair my unit. Much to my surprise a technician called me 10 minutes after I called and he was at my home 20 minutes later.

“Alex” was the name of the technician who arrived to work on my init. He was on time and very professional. He was there for 1 hour and checked every room that the unit provided air to. Alex was exceptional and easy to work with. I felt he goes above and beyond the expected norm to satisfy the customer. He is kind and explained all his steps in a way I could understand. He will be my choice from now on as he represents RW mechanical in a very important and safe way. I was completely comfortable with him from the moment I answered the door. Thank you, Alex.

I had 3 different companies come to my home to resolve a leak in my ceiling. They all figured out what it was but only RW Mechanical bothered to check warranty on a very expensive coil. The other two companies without looking said it would not be covered and charged 7k for coils and work. RW did the work for a fraction of the price. Thank you to RW and its hard workers. Very efficient and unbeatable work ethics.

BEWARE!!
This company said our A/C compressor was bad and wanted to charge us over 4k for the repair.
We had another company come out and fix the issue in 15 minutes and didnt charge more than a few hundred dollars.
Make sure you shop around and BEWARE OF THE SCAMMERS at RW Mexhanical.

This company provided superior service! There was loose pvc pipe in the attic found by the top notch team of Eco Home Heroes!
My realtor insisted I phone R.W.Mechanical as they have a reputation for their honesty and integrity. I phoned the office and spoke with Nikki. A few short minutes after speaking with Nikki. Within 45 minutes Tracy, a journeyman technician arrived. He looked at the piping and told me it isn’t current to code. Tracy told me the owner, Robert would be arriving as the work required two people. Sure enough Robert arrived. They brought the AC system up to code and provided me 3-inch filters with foam sides. Robert told me of a system that keeps the air really clean and I decided to purchase that because my daughter has allergies. Call them to fix or install.

These guys are amazing! Fast response and arrival and quality service! I've used them for AC and plumbing.
