The Right Guys were assigned to us through American Home Shield. Our AC problem began last night. We were contacted this morning. The tech, Valeriy, was right on time, he was nice & courteous. Worked quickly, found the problem and was gone in an hour.

I was given a referral to this company by a home warranty. i was skeptical at first not actually picking this company myself but, having the warranty company assigned them to me., but i was WOWED by the service process from start to finish. They had to replace my whole a/c system and they were able to accomplish that with a short turn around time .i would recommend this company to every one.

Aaron Wagstaff was early to his scheduled time, very friendly, very knowledgeable, and efficient. Give this guy a raise! He's earned our trust and I would like to have him come back for any service calls we have in the future.

THIS COMPANY IS THE BEST...They were ale to service my A/C system same day, and I was sitting in the cool within 24 hrs. I was so impressed with there technician who was knowledgeable and took the time to explain the repair process from start to finish. thanks a/c expert.

Had a terrible experience with this business just trying to get a new water heater installed. I thought they had made amends by sending an experienced plumber to fix and clean up the mess from the initial plumber (who, by the way, did not check gas connections before lighting my water heater and having a gas leak for 24 hrs before we caught it) only to be failed by this business again in not scheduling the inspection. They sent me an email asking for a date that we would be home all day which I replied to same day, stating 1/23/20. On 1/23/20, I called to verify, given our experiences, only to find out they hadn’t. I scheduled it myself to ensure the inspection gets completed. I have notified our warranty company of all the issues we encountered as well.

This company is the best I have experienced in 14 years in Vegas. They are prompt, efficient, and polite.And you couldn’t ask for more. They responded to my AC Units being out within an hour of my request and the technician had fixed my units within 30mins of climbing on my roof. I would and will recommend them to everyone I know. So impressed.

I have used this company in the past through our home warranty company and they never disappoint. They responded and repaired our A/C in less than 24 hours of the first call. Antonio arrived, was friendly and professional and had us up and running in no time. Great job!

Our home warranty sent them to fix a clogged drain almost 2 weeks ago. Could not fix the clog. Can not diagnose. Keeps promising to come back to do more diagnosis, but ignores us for days at a time. Today, they were onsite and promised to be right back, but they abandoned us without another word. The worst contractor I have ever worked with.

I’ve used several HVAC companies before, but this one really stands out. The technician was knowledgeable and got to work right away. He solved our air conditioning problem quickly, and the price was very reasonable.

Andrew was absolutely amazing! He met my husband at our new rental that was having ac problems. He was very helpful and answered all his questions! He was extremely fast yet thorough! He was very professional. He seriously saved us trying to move in, in 96 degrees weather was brutal. If you have ac problems you have to request Andrew we highly recommend him!

Called to get a repair on a thermostat that kept shutting off. Robert came the same day, fixed the thermostat issue, a blown fuse and a burnt out blower. Very knowledgeable and excellent service!

Called on a Monday and was scheduled for a tech for the very next morning. Robert came out and was super knowledgeable and helpful. We talked over some options and he was very honest with me, and didn't try to up-sell me on services or parts I don't need. He laid out some very realistic and cost-saving options for me, and answered all of my questions so I could understand my system and the problem better.
