I love coming home after Alondra and Ana Maria finish My house. Everything is so fresh and clean and I get to relax.

Our deep clean was 10/10. Iris, Daysi and Carolina did a fantastic job. I didn't know the counter tops and floors could look that good. They were kind, and had a great attention to detail. They even slightly reorganized the small things to help us maintain the clean longer. I have small animals too, what was a nice surprise..the air seemed cleaner and fresh like we just moved in. Can't wait for the next clean. Thank you.

We’ve been using Molly maid over 6 months now. The team who comes always does a great job (Hika and Hortencia) and some its other staff too. The house always looks and smells great. They are always super friendly. The initial consult they have someone and assess what you want cleaned and how much and the frequency. Has worked great for our family.

I've been using Molly Maid for a couple of years now. I've had a few different teams come but Alondra Y and Ana Maria have been the best team so far!! They've only been cleaning my house for a few weeks but they do such a good and thorough job. They're professional, caring and treat my home like their own. I am grateful to have found them. They're the best team!!

My experience with this service was really good. At every step they were thorough. Customer Service was easily accessible and contacted me frequently to remind me what was happening and when. The staff members that arrived at my house were on time, very friendly, efficient and had excellent cleaning skills as well. I highly recommend.

Molly Maids completed a move out cleaning for me on 01/15/26 for my 4000+ sq ft home I had sold. I paid $655 for the service.
The new owners upon moving in found the home to be dusty, cob webs on living room ceiling and pantry not wiped down.
The new owners hired another house cleaner to finish the cleaning and charged me $300. I reached out to Molly Maids by
email twice explaining the issue with photos from the new owners showing the dirt left. I called and left messages three separate times with no return call.

$405 for a move out clean and this is what you get. Yes I understand my tenants were slobs but they also completely overcharged for a half ass job. The house was completely empty. When I called inquiring they told me they clean walls and they don’t clean base board. Which is very interesting for a move out clean. Apparently they don’t also clean drawers out of wipe mirrors, absolutely a disaster. The lady offered to come and “wipe my drawers out.” WOW thanks will never recommend. No one ever called me asking for additional time. Reason I declined was because how rude they were when they offered.

I called about a plant, told them I would be there just a little before close, and showed up with 15 minutes to spare. The doors were locked already and the guy working went to the back and turned off the lights. I needed this tonight. Not cool.

Michelle spent all the time we needed help us make decisions about which plants would work in two different planting areas. She was patient and knowledgeable and friendly!

Everyone at the nursery is always very helpful and informative. I've learned my lesson and made mistakes when it comes to shopping at the big box stores; these guys will always point you in the right direction.

Just visited the Moana Nursery off Pyramid and North McCarron. Very nice store. Looking for bird seed and a bird feeder. Good selection and helpful staff answered our questions.

I love this place, its so well decorated and the staff is so helpful and friendly. Best place in town to get your punkins.

I will not be coming back to moana! We used to love moana, we spent quite a lot of money at this place! Not happy about the young Mexican lady who approached me and my father demanding we wear a face mask, and that there were some up front. She was very rude and was Very close to me. Face masks are a personal choice. I shouldn’t be denied access into a building because I have a personal choice of not wearing a mask. Rail city garden doesn’t require masks and have MUCH FRIENDLIER EMPLOYEES!!!! I suggest going there instead of moana!

Always a pleasant place. Good mix of quality plants. I always spend too much but I keep going back. Props to them for enforcing the mask rule, not everyone takes it well, but it's a good thing.

Even if you know you don't want to buy anything, you can just go around and look. They have a beautiful display of hundreds of different plants. Well-watered and taken care of. I went there just to see something GREEN instead of the monotonous light brown rocks and dried grasses. Fruiting, flowering, shading, low-light, low-water, full sun, wall-crawling, perennials, annuals, biennial, centennial. Made me want buy a plot and get to gardening just so I can buy the plants. Gorgeous sets of furniture, fountains, and grills. If they had some pecans, long-leaf pines, and scuppernong vines, then I thought I was back in Geogia. I haven't gone to everything around here, but I'd say it's definitely one of the premier nurseries in the Reno/Sparks area.

Better then going to those "box stores". Plants are all beautiful and healthy and just as affordable. Plus you get help from people who really know what they're doing. Friendly staff and great selection of not just plants, but amazing outdoor decor.

Excellent choice of plants,grasses, herbs @60%off. And a lemon tree!! The associates could use a little customer service refresher except for Christine she was awesome!

I will not be shopping at any Moana locations ever again. I spend a good amount of money at these stores every year, but no more. I was there today 05/07/20 shopping around outside. And was approached by a younger employee who started acting very aggressive and told me that I have to put on a face mask or I need to leave. Which they did offer to provide one. But even as a person with a medically diagnosed compromised immune system, I find that them requiring me to wear a face mask outdoors is ludicrous! If I don't feel the need to wear one, 99% of people out there shouldn't need to wear one. Especially when we are outside in the sunshine!! Which in the case of covid-19, it can't survive more that a matter of seconds in heat and sun light.

Great job a perpetuating needless fear and precautions Moana.

Always a good experience, the employees are very helpful and in good spirits, I went today looking for an artichoke plant and thankfully they still had a few left! A little overpriced, but worth it when they have the plants you can't find/that are sold out anywhere else!

Moana is one of my favorite nurseries in Reno. They have TONS of plans, trees, garden crops and shrubs. Their selection is great. The team is always super helpful and gives great suggestions and tips for how to manage your plants!
