I’d give zero stars if i could, i had an appointment scheduled for Friday and I received a call today (Wednesday) stating they didn’t have anything available on Friday and I was also under quoted.. I received multiple confirmations for them coming on Friday for a move out clean. Now last minute they want to reschedule me as i’m actively moving out. It’s super inconvenient and frustrating and unprofessional. Now I am having to scramble to find a cleaner for a move out clean in time. Thanks for screwing me over! I will never recommend anyone to them.

My house feels so clean every time my Molly Maid gals come. I love being in my freshly cleaned home.

Molly Maids has been a fabulous service and taken care of our 4200 sq. ft home over the years. Very helpful and great service.

Teresa and Noelly cleaned my house and they did a wonderful job! They were very kind, thoughtful, and detailed in their cleaning. I didn't have time to clean the playroom so they could vacuum so I told them that they didn't have to clean in there that day because the floor wasn't clear. But they cleaned it and vacuumed it the best that they could for me anyway! While they were cleaning I had stripped my bed to wash the sheets and do laundry. They had folded all of my laundry and remade the bed for me which I also didn't expect! The first initial clean was not that expensive for my 3,032 foot home with 3.5 baths, 6 bedrooms. They had me check the house one last time to make sure I was happy with the results before they left and I feel so grateful and so much less stress knowing when they come back they'll do a wonderful job. I felt like the price was worth it and the cleaning was great.

Mara, the cleaning coordinator was also very kind and informative of the process and got back to me quickly with answers to questions and info.

Overall, so happy with the communication, the coordination process and with my cleaning ladies!

Paty and Kensy did a great job cleaning our house today along with another gal. They were in an out in less than 2 hours. Cleaned our shades and left the place spotless!

Iris and Dayze (sp?) are phenomenal! Because they had a monster-sized house when they finished our house, they also showed up with Caroline, who was also fantastic!

Molly Maids do a great job. They are timely, courteous, effective, and friendly. We have some specific requests for how some rooms are cleaned, and they always honor them.

Cleaning quality really depends on which crew you get. One of the teams was very good and courteous, while another was completely rude and shoved way too many dishes into the dishwasher (see photo from May). I had told them to not worry about the dishes, as I had just cleaned a bunch of kid cups out of our cars/their rooms/all over the house…but they didn’t listen. They also shoved not-dishwasher safe ice packs and Easter baskets in the dishwasher and had turned it on.

Edit to confirm: this was the Sparks location. My account lists my maiden name. Additionally, anytime I have tried to schedule with them or adjust the schedule when we had regular cleanings, there was a miscommunication about 50% of the time. Sometimes they no-showed, or they would show up on dates I had rescheduled. It’s also impossible to get someone on the phone and voicemails are not returned.

Our estimate appointment with Mara at Molly Maids was so professional, quick, & easy.
Our 1st cleaning was yesterday! Anna& Maria were a great team! They understood exactly what we wanted and worked efficiently and thoroughly to get the job done! Wonderful! I can’t wait to have them back!

We were on the fence to commit to another expense with house cleaners and have another monthly bill. When we moved to a new home, it was at the top of our list to factor it in to our monthly bills because we realized we have very busy lives and we needed the extra nudge to stay on top of things and in order to truly maintain an organized clean home.
A clean start in a new home definitely inspired us to take extra measures in caring for our home and investment. I asked around for referrals. My friend said that she used Molly Maids and that she was really happy with them. I told her I felt a little nervous about having people come inside my home. She was so confident with her response stating they are licensed bonded and insured. And she’s never had a problem! That really hit home with us feeling confident and comfortable in having total strangers come into our home to clean while we aren’t there.
We have been having Molly Maids clean our home every single month for over a year and I know for a fact, if we stopped using them, things would deteriorate quickly around here. We prepare for them to come, and that’s part of the encouraging process that helps us stay on top of things. Patricia and Alondra were assigned to our home and they have made such a huge difference in our lives. Any time finances get tight and we think about discontinuing paying for cleaning, my husband and I discuss the quality of life it’s giving us and we can’t imagine not having them.
