Lily, Lidia and Maria went over and beyond my expectations for the deep clean they performed on my home. Will having them come once a month for continued cleaning services.

Jose and helpers do an amazing job. They come in are friendly visit for a minute and get to work. They work around my husband's so they don't bother him. When finished the house feels clean it's like it sparkles. I tried other cleaning agencies but found Jose and crew do the best job for me. If I could I'd give them 10 stars.

I wanna give one star but heard the comment could be deleted so I’m leaving three but it by no means reflects the experience I had with them. I know this company looks like they have great reviews on Google, but if you look closely, a lot of reviewers have only a couple reviews in the past, some of them never reviewed anything, and they were all very short reviews.

This is our first time using Molly Maid and will absolutely be the last. We had two cleaning ladies coming today around 12:30 and they left around 5:15. We scheduled a regular cleaning, not moving out deep cleaning. Our house is 2200 sqft and they charged us the upper end price $490 to begin with (including oven cleaning). I didn’t want to be one of those people who supervise others when they are working so when they cleaned downstairs we were upstairs. We heard constant vacuuming sound which honestly was weird because we have a roomba which vacuums downstairs often. Anyway, they came upstairs around 3:30 (around three hours at downstairs for kitchen, one bathroom and living room - our downstairs bathroom wasn’t even used often). Then 30min passed, around 4:05pm, they suddenly told us that they needed to leave in 12 minutes while they were doing the master bedroom. They told us If we wanted them to finish the other bathroom upstairs, we had to pay more - $130 for an hour. So I immediately told them, no more vacuuming or mopping, that’s not what I need. I can do those myself, instead, start doing bathroom immediately. They had me talking to their office lady through the phone and I agreed $130 for an extra hour (HERE! $130 is for an hour, not a job). Then about 20min left, I asked them whether they can wipe down the side of stairs, which is only dust and dog’s short hair. They told me “no”. This pisses me off - I paid an extra hour, there is still plenty of time left, bathroom is at least half way done, there are two cleaning ladies, it probably takes 5min top to clean the side of the stairs, like literally wipe it down straight, then why not?! Anyways, these ladies refused to do it. I called their office again and they told me no, $130 was for the bathroom - this just feels like the biggest scam - you can either price an hour, or price a job, but you cant’t have both, otherwise people will clean as slow as they want in the bathroom to fulfill the hour. Anyways, the office and cleaning ladies talked on the phone and they cleaned the side of the stairs eventually, but it was a very unpleasant conversation with either their office or cleaning ladies. Also, we have an antenna on the side of the stairs and ladies somehow got it dropped to the bottom floor… so 4 hours and a half, $490 + $130 total $620. With that price, they didn’t even finish the whole house. I know this is subjective, but to be honest our house really isn’t that dirty. My impression is they spent a lot of time on the unnecessary things first, like vacuuming, or mopping, (for god sake, there are two people one dog two little birds living in this house, how much vacuuming does it need?!!!) then they use up the time, but hey the bathroom hasn’t been cleaned, and this is the time they start asking for more money! Oh another thing, when I told the office that they spent a lot of time vacuuming, they were like “you didn’t give us any special instruction”, excuse me?? Your job is to clean the house and you need me to instruct you how to finish your job on time? You have no idea how to prioritize the jobs? This just feels very shady. Will absolutely not use this company again. By the way, they left their used wipe (a blue color one) on my sweatshirt in the master bedroom… and my husband used his nail to scratch off some sticky paper residue on the kitchen counter which obviously they couldn’t get it off when they were cleaning it!

5/2 respond to comment: it’s the bottom rail when I say “side of the stair”. They also moved the couch away from the wall it’s against to in the loft to clean the back area when there were two bathrooms upstairs obviously waiting to be done. We are not fools!!

I have a two-story, 2,200 sq ft home with 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. I was initially given a price and time estimate for a cleaning service: between $360–$490 and 2.75 to 3.75 hours. I was told the lower end would apply if the house was already somewhat clean, and the higher end if it was in poor condition.

Before the cleaners arrived, I made sure the house was relatively clean and clutter-free to make the job easier and more efficient. However, it took two cleaners nearly 3 hours just to finish the downstairs area, which included a living room, kitchen, one bathroom, and one bedroom (which only required a closet mirror to be cleaned.)

Once they started the upstairs, they informed me—after only 20 minutes—that they would need an additional 1.5 hours and $196 more to complete it, bringing the total to $686. This was significantly more than a previous move-out cleaning I’d had done, which included everything—even windows (which this cleaning did not include).

We called and spoke to the office, asking if they could at least finish the bathrooms upstairs. They agreed, but charged us an additional $130 just for that.

Throughout the process, I noticed the cleaners spent a lot of time on things that didn’t need much attention, such as vacuuming and mopping already clean floors and vacuuming behind couches, rearranging couch covers and blankets. When we brought this up, they said they hadn’t received any specific cleaning instructions. However, I would expect a professional cleaning service to assess what actually needs cleaning and prioritize tasks accordingly, especially within the time frame they themselves provided.

After they left, we found several areas upstairs and down that were missed. Because of the time frame and how much time they spent vacuuming the downstairs, none of the upstairs bedroom floors were vacuumed, and although the bathrooms were cleaned, some spots were clearly overlooked. This took a total of 4.5 hours to do and cost a total of $620 and only about 60% of the house ended up getting cleaned.

Overall, the experience felt like a bait-and-switch: the original estimate and time frame were completely disregarded after they spent an excessive amount of time downstairs. I’m very disappointed in both the quality of the cleaning and the final cost, and I won’t be using this service again.

I'm very happy with my monthly Molly Maid cleanings. The office staff is well organized and polite. The team that I requested - Jose and Paula - are terrific. They work quickly, but the are very thorough. I have recommended them to my neighbor and she is very pleased also.

Roxana and Lizet are wonderful to work with. They are always on time and have excellent attention to detail! They’ve been cleaning our home for a couple of years now, and we are still amazed at how clean our home feels each time. Our kids always walk out, smell the air afterwards, and say “smells GOOD!”

Alondra and Ana Maria are lifesavers for us. I started using Molly Maid regularly when I was six months pregnant, working full time, and running around with my then almost two year old. They're fast, make our house sparkling clean, and make our lives so much easier with two young children and work schedules. They're so friendly too. I feel like the weight has been lifted.. We live in a 2300sq foot home. We have 2 dogs and my hubby is disabled so the cleaning is left up to me. I wanted a deep clean for my home and it turned out great. The ladies were very thorough, paid attention to detail and my home looks amazing. I will be using them bi-weekly going forward. Definitely would recommend.

Very unhappy with the service we received. Unprofessional. My blinds were destroyed, dust on all closet shelf’s, debris in bathroom vanity drawers, refused to clean both fans and they charged me $500.00 after destroying nearly every blind in the house.
