The ladies in the office are very friendly and eager to help. I have had several move out cleans done with them along with regular bi-weekly cleans and have not had any issues. They’ll even clean your ceiling fans and baseboards! Definitely worth every penny and would recommend to anyone.

While the cleaning team of Tri Maids was nothing but pleasant and a joy to work with the management side of this company is in complete shambles. The management team is struggling to maintain a schedule that they themselves cannot guarantee. Never having a solution for any issues caused by their company and overall they are just bad people. I would not recommend this service to another and would advise them to seek out other cleaning services.

I've been using Tri Maids Reno for a couple years now. They do a great job cleaning my home, provide top-notch customer service, are very affordable, and are always flexible when my cleaning or scheduling needs change. Highly recommended.

I am not happy with this company at all. After each cleaning I have to message the office to mention things that were not cleaned. Today was my last cleaning, I've canceled future cleans. My kitchen mats have not been wiped once, my shower door has a lip that had not been cleaned once, my rugs get missed with the vacuum, the spot behind my kitchen sink has not been cleaned once. These are all pretty obvious things a cleaning company should be getting, ESPECIALLY since I leave out notes for them to clean these areas because they miss them after each and every cleaning. I definitely DO NOT recommend. I hate to come home from work and have to re-clean my home after being charged a full amount.

I can't say enough about how great Tri Maids cleaning services are. I have used them regularly for over 5 years. They are extremely thorough, so I never have to worry that something might be missed. I love the fresh smell of my home after they are done and how everything "sparkles"!

I started using Tri Maids cleaning a few months ago, I did some calling around and the office staff was amazing not only they offered the best price but gave me the best customer service ever, they went out of their way to schedule my home last minute due to an emergency at my home.
After the teams first clean it is such a pleasure to come home to a clean house and not have to worry about checking anything because, they leave everything spotless, the team does such a great job cleaning.

Wow!!! Just wow. I’m blown away with the job that was done this morning. My husband are busy business owners and parents, and let’s be honest...I am NOT a good house keeper. We’ve been having our house cleaned from a couple different folks for the past 3 years. Tri Maids blew everyone else out of the water with their service yesterday and today. I found them using Google, Yelp and Facebook search options. I like to do a thorough search due to past bad experiences. I called their office first thing yesterday morning and Michelle (I THINK she owns the business) got me on the schedule for TODAY! I explained my wants and the need for ongoing service to Michelle and she explained she could get me on a schedule for monthly service. Very cool! My cleaning was scheduled for today at 8:30. At 8:15 I received a call from my “team” saying they’d see me in 10 minutes. They were true to their word and worked their tails off solidly for 2 hours and I met them to pay at our SUPER clean home! When they showed up there was a goody bag they had for me that included a schedule highlighting my future services for the entire year!!In all of the years I’ve had satisfactory service, I realize you get what you pay for. I’m still shocked at what this team did in 2 hours. Details! Details! Details! All windows and panes are sparkling clean. Mirrors are streak free, beds are professionally made,carpets and couches are spotless and our daughters room is perfect. They even organized her toys and stuffed animals. Thank you Tri Maids, I look forward to telling EVERYONE about you!

TriMaids does an excellent job cleaning my house. They are always courteous and efficient and do a great job. In and out so quickly and leave my house sparkling clean!

A team cleaned my home and did more than I could do myself. A clean home brings peace of mind and stress relief. I highly recommend Trimaids. I used their services for many months. I will be setting up services again. Using Trimaids gave me back hours to do other things instead of cleaning house. Time is precious and priceless and using Trimaids services gives me that. The ladies are great and communicate with you on what you want done. If you know anyone going through depression or other mental health challenges, Trimaids services is the best gift to give. The rates are very reasonable.

I absolutely love, tri maids . I have used them for about six years now and I have had nothing but amazing experiences with them. My cleanings are always consistent. They are always so friendly and I would highly recommend them to anyone. Even if I call in the front desk, staff is amazing as well.

I hired Spring Fresh for a move out cleaning. I was shocked at how clean they left the house and I am a weekly cleaner. Showers can be tough and mine was left sparkling. They are competitively priced and work efficiently.

We just had our initial cleaning service by Spring Fresh. The folks who cleaned our home did a very thorough job and were very professional and efficient. The office staff and Randy are also great to work with and very prompt and accommodating. And their prices are competitive and reasonable! So glad we decided to start utilizing the services of this great company!
