Salvador and his crew were amazing. We had some flooding in our home and they were quick at getting to my home and starting on the cleanup process. They were so professional and meticulous about there work. We had to leave our home for 4 days and upon returning it was so nice to see there was not a mess. They took great care in covering our belongings in plastic and packing other of our belongings in boxes as to not get our things dirty. The cleanup they did was exceptional. Not a trace of them was left behind. Thank you New Sunshine for taking great care of our home while working in it. I would absolutely recommend this company for any of their offerings they have.

I've used this company a couple of times now. They are very professional and thorough. I've had my tile floors cleaned and grout sealed, HVAC vents cleaned, and shower caulking redone. All three of these came out perfect! Floors were super clean, vents were free of dust, and shower looks so much better. Worth every penny!

These guys were very nice. They were very understanding to my financial issue with the fact that I am about to adopt a little girl. They did an amazing job on my house and I really liked their work. I will probably have been come monthly for now on. Great job guys. The only thing I would say is that I would have liked to have known that there would have been an extra charge for pet cleaning cleaning. When I saw the $40 a room my brain calculated one number. When they got here and saw that pet stains on my floor it was an additional $100. Not a big deal because I totally understand what he was saying. But I just wanted to know that before he came to my house. So perhaps in the "you could say something to the nature of $40 a room unless there is excessive pet stains. That would have helped me mentally prepare financially. Otherwise excellent job and I will call them again.

I responded to an FB ad to inquire about their service cost since I schedule frequent carpet cleanings, and it's great to have options. Upon seeing their prices, I honestly stated I pay less for more elsewhere...

Sunrise charges $95 for one room.
Carpet Masters charges $80 for up to two rooms and does a great job.

Sunrise replied that they have clients that pay more for less. I was taken aback that they stated they charge their clients more money for less service. I replied, "Lol. Ok." since it seemed comical to me that they would admit they charge more for less, but I still wondered if they were just being sarcastic. Still considering them as a potential future option, I then asked what truck mount they're running. But... Sunrise blocked me. What a joke, and an excellent way to lose potential future business.

Excellent service. We went to two other carpet cleaning services and they did not do a very good job. I tried out New Sunrise and to my surprise they were able to do what the other cleaners couldn't do in a fraction of the time the other cleaners took to do absolutely nothing. We are very happy and very excited for future business!

I was made an appointment to have my carpet cleaned and no one ever showed up to clean my carpet. I called before the cleaner was supposed to show up and asked when they would come and they said the cleaner would call/ text me when they were on the way and no one ever did. I waited all day for a call/ text and nothing. No one showed up so i just ended up not getting my carpet cleaned. No one ever called back to reschedule or explain what happened.

Great experience overall, would recommend them to anyone in the area looking to get their carpet professionally cleaned. They were also able to get us in for an appointment the very next day, which was awesome. The guys were professional and respectful, showed up timely, and did a fantastic job. Have had some rough experiences in the past with other local carpet cleaning companies, so I would definitely consider choosing this company like me, and so many other positive reviewers did!

Work done quickly and carpet looks great. Personally would prefer specific appointment rather than 3 hour window, but was called with estimated arrival time and glad to have someone come out to Dayton. Please notify customers of surcharge for using debit cards up front, only saw on receipt.

Employees were respectful of property and explained in detail what type of service I needed, and ensure they did a great job cleaning the carpets.

I have used this Company for several years and they are just what I have searched for. I am so impressed with their quality of work and there efficiency of doing there job to perfection. They did a great job cleaning and recovering my kitchen floor. They showed a lot of flexibility, spent a great amount of time in the fixing process and we’re very easy to get along with. I would highly recommend them As there was no bait and switch, and they did exactly what they promised to do!

We just had the tile and grout cleaned and sealed for our floors, master bathroom and entry way. New Sunrise did an excellent job. There were a few follow up issues that needed a second look, and they came the next day to take care of them all. We are very pleased and highly recommend their services.

These guys are in fact INCREDIBLE. Brandon and Dylan are Angels. I have asthma, and my mom has COPD and on a fixed budget. They not only worked with our budget, but went above and beyond for our health reasons. These guys have a good heart my mom and I would and will recommend them to EVERYBODY!!! Fantastic company. Fantastic staff.

Carpet crew showed up on time and were super efficient with their work. Unfortunately, they neglected to move one of the beds and a loveseat as they had agreed, so I called them back and let them know. Branden was all over taking care of it and showed up himself to make sure it was done personally! I really appreciate a company that stands behind their work. He also took the time to give me some very valuable carpet care advice, that has already shown dividends. I would definitely recommend New Sunrise Cleaning and Restoration to others and plan on calling them again if I find a need for one of their many services.

Great customer service. when i made the initial phone call, it was 100% great customer service too. Tony was her name. the guys were nice and they worked fast. the carpet looks good but the couch could have a little more attention to detail. just two cushions could have been gone over a little better. its an old couch, its weird material, but i could scrape off whatever was there with my finger. But yes, overall, great company and I WOULD REFER YOU.

It feels like family coming into your house to help you out. This company, from the phone receptionists to the crew that shows up. Polite and Pleasant are the words that come to mind. They take great care to hear your concerns and then guide you to the perfect package. They take care to place bumpers on all corners of walls and the rest is just a wonderful experience. My carpets look like new. I love this company!

We booked this company after a negative experience with another company and were thoroughly impressed! They give you a 2 hour appointment window, but still showed up on time at 8am.

The tech was sociable and friendly, the carpets and couch look great. We would definitely use them again!
