The Truckee Meadows Window Cleaning team recently cleaned our gutters. The technician noticed that a large amount of pine needles had accumulated in a section of our roof and removed them for us. Very responsive, professional. I will be scheduling our window cleaning with this organization in the spring. Thank you!

I have used this service for years and wouldn't use anyone else. Carlos works fast, does an excellent job, and is so pleasant. He has become my friend. And my windows look great.

Windows look nice. However...

Called for an appointment and was told they'd get back to me. Had to call back 2 days later after not hearing from them.

Gentleman came out on Friday to give an estimate and I was told I'd get a call that afternoon or Monday concerning the price. I finally had to call Wednesday after not hearing from them.

The gentleman did a nice job on my widows, but ripped my screen taking it down.

Finally, be aware that the cleaner will not take a credit card. You have to write a check or call the office to pay.

Very Professional company. The price was fair. Cipriano was on time and did an excellent job. There was not a detail that he missed. He was friendly and interesting, but wasted no time in completing the job. We would welcome him again to clean our windows.

I booked an appointment for window cleaning on my two story house. The woman who took my information had my file from previous appointments when I had been very satisfied with the work. She booked an appointment. My husband and I spent the afternoon before the appointment taking down all the screens from the windows so the cleaners could get right to work. No one showed. When I called a half hour later the woman who answered the phone was very nonchalant about it and said well you hadn’t booked a cleaning since 2021 as if that had anything to do with the mix up. Is there no customer service anymore?

The guys that cleaned my mom’s windows (Ozzy and Brian) we awesome! It’s so refreshing to have people with great customer service skills, polite and friendly! Which in today’s world is something to be celebrated!
Plus they did a great job on her older windows.

We were completely impressed with the excellent service we received. I received a return phone call quickly and was able to schedule our service soon. Our windows were very dirty especially outside. Cipriano and Brian were wonderful. They arrived promptly at 1:00 and worked hard for 2 hours on our 2 story house. They were professional, friendly and very meticulous. Fish Window came out and provided an estimate for my 1950 single-pane glass. The owner was courteous and professional, and the bid was very reasonable. Her crew was highly professional and efficient. When some touch-ups were needed, they were handled promptly, exceeding all my expectations.
I also really appreciated the education I got around the type of glass I have and what I would need to do to bring it up to the best standards due to the age of it
