After a year of foot traffic and pets I had forgotten what an unblemished carpet looked like. Full Steam came out and did an amazingly thorough job. My carpet once again looks like it did when we first moved in. Can't recommend enough. Oh and they were early, that doesn't seem to happen anymore with other appointment based companies and was much appreciated as I was taking time off work to be there.

I love using Full Steam for their handyman service. Not just for my personal home but for properties I am listing. Great work, reasonable prices and it’s really nice to have a one-stop-shop for things that need to get done.

I had my carpets cleaned one week ago and they did a fantastic job!! Mike was great!! Very personal. 2 months ago I went through a big named carpet cleaning company and my carpet looked worse then before they got there. So happy I called full steam.

Their cleaning tech "Metal Neck" was fast and detailed. Very pleasant individual and he got the carpets in our warehouse office looking like new. Definitely recommend.

Metal neck deserves at least 6 stars for professionalism and customer service. Vanessa, too. Top notch service and excellent communication. Highly recommend these guys.

They want to charge me 150.00 for water extraction that THEY never extracted! I did the water extraction with my own carpet cleaner. When I asked about that charge. I was told "I understand that the amount of water was small and due to your quick response, but we still had to change for the response of coming out, driving, gas etc. They are already charging me 100.00 for truck charge for trips and gas!!. So they want to charge me for 150.00 for something they never did! Poor business!!!!

Polite, professional, we could not be more pleased with their service and team; Christopher and his associate were terrific. Christopher is very knowledgeable about carpet and carpet care.

We have had Full Steam clean our house roughly every six months. We have children and pets so that means our carpet get plenty dirty. Every time full steam has cleaned them they are always amazing! Everyone is kind and understanding, but also the work speaks for itself! Last time Metal Neck cleaned them and they look beautiful. We choose Full Steam because they’re technicians not only know what they’re doing, but also go above and beyond!

I hired Full Steam to clean my kitchen floor tiles and grout. Jonah arrived right on time and was professional, speedy and thorough. I truly cannot believe how clean Jonah got our tiles. The grout color is completely different before and after (previous owners picked the tile and grout, and I thought the grout was dark brown. It's not, it's light beige). I'm planning to use Full Steam's services yearly!

We needed a company to repair and clean a carpet we had in one of our rentals. Full Steam quoted us a good price for the repair and cleaning. They did call us for an arrival before the scheduled time, which was a little inconvenient, but we were able to meet them there without much problem. He worked quickly and did a very good job on the repair as wells as the cleaning. I would recommend Full Steam Cleaning.

They did a horrible job, they actually left my house worse than what it was before they came. The receptionist lady was nice and she promised that they would come out and fix it although they never did. I called back and she hung up in my face, I paid Extra for my stairs to be done and for pet care. Neither of them was done and I’m out of my money.

Really bad customer service. I just called to cancel my appointment the lady her name is Kendra I think, she so rude. She got upset, she didn't let me talk. Hanged off the phone

My little one got into my office and craft room and split furniture stain on the carpet Chris Smith and his son came out and did a beautiful patch! I whole heartedly recommend them for any cleaning, repair and just all over service! You are awesome thank you!

Matt came by today to clean the carpet in my new apartment. He did an awesome job! He took extra care and made sure everything was done correctly and he went above and beyond! Thank you, Matt! Highly reccomended!

Also Chris smith ( metal Neck ) did my grout cleaning, he went above and beyond, went back and shampooed all the areas that he traveled on doing the grout work, great people😎

Matt and Kyndra are awesome! Did a great job and was able to squeeze me in in just a few days!
Edit: I did have re call the vendor to complete the job. They were able to re-schedule me fairly quickly.
Edit: I had to call back a total of three times to get the job completed, and of course this was after I had paid the invoice.

Full Steam has been the best carpet cleaning service for Kromer investments for the last couple of years. They always work with us when we need emergency carpet cleans, repairs etc. they always have a tech to come when we need them the most. All the staff in the office have been so polite and the new tech Matthew has been doing a great job!

Matthew came out today and spent over two hours cleaning the carpet, area rugs, and tile. He was very conscientious and did a fantastic job at an incredible price. I have been been using Full Steam for seven years and highly recommend them.
