I had affinity cleans come out to my house and cleans my carpets. It is a night and day difference! Very professional team and awesome to talk to. They were even able to get a solid spot of paint out of my carpet that had been there for years! I highly recommend them.

After a couple of unsuccessful cleans (from different companies!), Affinity came out to clean our carpets prior to listing our home. They did a lovely job and when a couple of spots still needed attention, they were back out almost immediately to touch things up. Would gladly recommend their services.

We recently had Affinity out to clean our tile floors and color match and seal the grout. They did a wonderful job and it looks brand new! Great communication and easy to reach/schedule with. We will definitely be using Affinity for all our flooring & recommending to family and friends!

I contacted Affinity Cleans last week and there availability allowed for a convenient time with for them to accommodate with my schedule. When the tech came out he was timely, friendly, and professional. The work done was on my carpet and couch. The the tech was thorough in his attention to details in the work. He was able to lift the dog hair from my couch that I never recognized was as as much. The final work left my carpet and couch fresh and clean. The products used did not leave the carpet "crunchy". I would highly recommend this local and small business for your residential and commercial needs.

Affinity has cleaned my office floors two years in a row now, and both times have done a fantastic job. They were even able to clean up some stains that I thought might not fully go away. Highly recommend. James and Adriel did an amazing job. 2000 sq ft of beautiful tile that was buried in dirt and grime brought back to life in 5 hours. They were on time, courteous and completed the work at a great price. I’ll have them out annually to maintain the floors.

We are extremely pleased with affinity cleans! Just moved into a new-to-us home with a baby on the way, and wanted to make sure that the carpets were clean before moving in furniture. Needed to vacate my rental house in Reno so I needed carpets cleaned up. I went to a company I had used previously but they apparently went out of business. I searched reviews and found Affinity with nothing but great reviews so I inquired. They quoted me over the phone by searching the home over the internet for square footage, rooms etc. $200 was a wee bit more than I spent previously but maybe that’s why that company is no longer in business! $200 sounded pretty reasonable for a 3 bdrm, 2 hallway & 1 carpeted bathroom home. I believe the technicians name was Chris. He arrived early and got right to work. He was done within 90 minutes and stated I could walk on it in about an hour. I didn’t stay as I had to leave, but went back the next day just to verify the quality and was very pleased. I have now moved into a home in Sparks and will definitely give Affinity a call the next time I have a need.

Besides weekly floor cleaning by our housekeeping staff, the floors in our office hadn't been truly cleaned in the almost 15 years since we first moved in. The vinyl floors had developed a sticky film that was tracking onto our carpeting. And over the past year, the carpet had developed dark stains anywhere people were walking. I had considered getting new flooring, but the cost was just not manageable for a small company like mine. Affinity had come by the office a few months ago to drop by a business care, and I decided to give them a try. My floors look brand new, and it cost almost half what I was expecting or willing to pay. They will definitely stay in my contacts for future services.

Once again Affinity Cleans demonstrated why they are the Reno-Sparks best carpet care company. The arrived on time and Freddie handled our carpets quickly and efficiently. No spots or concerns were found. I highly recommend them for your carpet care.

I had all my carpets, stairs, and couch cleaned in my home. I have tried other carpet cleaning services-none to which held to my standards. However, Affinity is hands down the best! From their customer service to execution of service. Jenn set up my appointments and ensured I was completely satisfied with the service. She was incredibly kind, patient, and informative. Chris was the technician who completely went beyond expectations. He was also very friendly and made me feel confident in his work. Everything looks totally brand new( mind you, I have two puppies), was dry upon entry, and smelled really good! Attention to detail, maintaining a clean space, and being mindful of our items were evident here.
10/10 recommend and will be using for future services!

This is our 2nd time having Affinity Cleans clean our carpets and I really appreciate and am grateful for the thorough job they've done. They've worked around my animals, and my animals were comfortable. I didn't even have to be home for them. I felt like the price was very affordable. Spending the money to feel happy and peaceful while I'm at home, feels like a good decision!

Highly recommend Affinity carpet cleaning! My first contact with the company was calling their kind receptionist! I didn’t catch her name but she got me scheduled quickly and was very friendly. Our cleaning technician was Ryan- he was so thorough and personable (and the owner of the company)! Ryan explained the science behind the cleaning method and spoke passionately about carpet cleaning. Best yet, my carpets look awesome! I plan to support this local business again in the future! Thank you!

Affinity Cleans did an excellent job cleaning our carpets. Since we’re preparing to list our house, I wanted the carpets professionally cleaned beforehand. My real estate agent recommended them and even provided a coupon. I called about a month in advance, and although they typically don’t schedule cleanings on Saturdays, they were kind enough to accommodate my request.

Freddy arrived on time, walked through the house with me, and got started right away. He told me the job would take a couple of hours, but he finished sooner than expected, which was a pleasant surprise. Before leaving, he pointed out a couple of extra dirty spots and explained their 15-day guarantee. He said if we wanted those areas re-cleaned, they’d be happy to come back.

The following week, I reached out to have one of the trouble spots treated again. Freddy returned the next morning, cleaned the spot and even re-did the stairs, which I hadn’t originally requested. He also gave helpful product recommendations for future maintenance.

I also realized after the service was completed that I had forgotten to provide the coupon. When I called the office, they were very understanding and happily applied the discount to my invoice with no hassle.

I would absolutely recommend Affinity Cleans—they were professional, accommodating, and truly went above and beyond.

Absolutely fantastic job on my Pergo and Berber carpets, I could eat off of them now. Saved me hundreds on steam cleaning. Vaughn was on time, professional and polite. Most of all, he was very thorough. When finished, Vaughn had me inspect the carpet for any areas that might need additional cleaning, which there were none. I’ve spent a lot of time and money having my carpet steam cleaned over the years, but just one service from Affinity Cleans and my carpet looks better than ever. The room smells fresh and clean without the lingering chemical, soapy smell you typically get with steam cleaning. Affinity Cleans offers reasonable pricing with excellent follow up to ensure satisfaction. Highly recommend.

My son recommended Affinity Cleans to me because I wanted all the floors in my home professionally cleaned. I was pleasantly surprised when Ryan came out to measure and give me an estimate on cleaning the carpet, wood floors and the vast amount of tile floors I have. We realized that the tile floors had never been sealed. Ryan explained the latest equipment and methods available that goes way beyond normal carpet cleaning. The estimate was very reasonable and I decided to give Affinity a chance. They arrived on time with all the latest equipment they have to get the job done. They worked all day cleaning 2500 sq ft of carpet, wood floors and tile. When it came to sealing the grout, Ryan and his assistant scrubbed the tile then meticulously sealed the grout with a stained sealer that I chose to match my tile. They worked for hours on their knees on these amazing knee rollers they move on. Every grout line was sealed manually. And the end result was amazing. I feel like I have brand new floors. And the great thing is this sealant should keep my tile and grout protected for many years.
