I highly recommend Affinty Cleans for your carpet care needs! Scheduling with Alese was quick and easy, she is a delight. Jose did an amazing job cleaning our very “lived-in”carpet. He walked through the whole house with me to examine all the rooms to be cleaned and he explained the three-step cleaning process. He got spots out we thought would never come out and our carpets look amazing!
I really appreciated Alese calling a week after our cleaning to follow-up and make sure everything is looking as good as we expected. The professionalism from everyone we interacted with was awesome and we plan to use them again for future carpet cleaning. Thank you Affinty Cleans for doing an amazing job!

They were very professional and knowledgeable, clearly explaining the entire cleaning process and setting realistic expectations. Our professional office has high-traffic areas, but they quickly restored the carpets to a like-new condition. The carpets dried in approximately 2 hours, allowing us to continue working with minimal disruption. Their service quality exceeded that of Stanley Steemer, and their pricing was significantly more affordable. I highly recommend them for their professionalism, efficiency, and excellent value.

I have been using Affinity Cleans for a couple of years now and will never go back to companies who use steam cleaners. Affinity has personnel that I trust in my home, arrive on-time, and complete the job quickly and efficiently. The carpets dry in around 2 hours, which is a huge benefit to me as I have asthma that is exacerbated by humidity. The carpets always look and smell fresh.
I also had them clean my LVP flooring about a year ago and I was very pleased with the results. They were able to remove some stains in the kitchen that I could not.
I highly recommend Affinity Cleans.

I had to move out of my house sooner than I had planned and called Affinity Cleans in a pinch to get carpet cleaning done promptly. Ryan came by and did an AMAZING job! He communicated with me the whole way through and was very professional and reassuring. Our final walkthrough was quick and I was able to return to work that day knowing I left my rental in good shape.

I hired Reno-Sparks Janitorial for our office cleaning and their team is professional, punctual, and thorough. Nick's communication and follow -up after each cleaning has exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend their services.

We were in the process of vacating our large commercial space when I met Nick at Reno Sparks Janitorial. We had approximately 1500 square feet of office space including two large restrooms. Nick provided a very fair quote for the significant work we needed done. He worked closely with me to coordinate as we had a hard deadline to be out of the facility and we had to coordinate removal of all furniture, commercial equipment, etc., with another company. When the day came for their part of the project the folks from Reno Sparks Janitorial were on site at the scheduled time and ready to work. They did a fantastic job cleaning all of the office space, steam cleaning the carpets and cleaning the windows and sills. I highly recommend Reno Sparks Janitorial.

It breaks my heart to have to write this review, our property has used them for over 4 years. It seems like the customer service that use set them apart is no longer a priority. After no call no showing for a confirmed appointment, not returning any calls, texts or emails. When we finally got through to someone they said "Oh well we cant do that and we are booked out" Thank Heavens we went with another carpet cleaning company, that did the best job!

Called Full Steam last minute to clean a condo we were moving out of. Noah was very helpful. Called on Tuesday, carpets cleaned by Friday, and a good job. It was the easiest part of the whole move.
