They did a wonderful job cleaning the carpets in my home. We have three cats that tend to leave a mess. Best in town. Showed professionalism and did amazing. Will be calling again.

Im a resident at south peak by vintage and they were full blown harrassing that girl. This staff was cussing and when she was wasnt looking they were trying to throw fist at her. I was on the phone with 911 because I thought everyone from full steam was going to jump her. Very unprofessional! Shamefull!

Owner jonah is a joke don't be fooled by his fake smile. He cleaned my carpets and did a horrible job and when I called him back on it he told me I would have to pay again! I called another local company who came out and did a amazing job!
And for a much cheaper price!

Threw a bbq for Memorial Day that looked like a hurricane aftermath the day after. Had heard that Full Steam now offered maid service, so I contacted then to arrange for cleaning. Have to say, that honestly the first expierience was horrible. Missed stains, half done counters, and whatever cleaners they used gave me headaches for 2 days and had my dogs wheezing.
Contacted Jonah, the owner, who explained that he had been recieving multiple compaints about his maid service and had changed from contracting that service out to in house service. He sent his new maids over free of charge to make things right. And boy did they ever! Katrina and Kyndra were polite, pleasant and professiknal at all times and even clened things that weren't a part of the original job. As a self employed independant contractor I highly value and appreciate great follow up and strong business ethics. Full Steam has both in abundance. If you are looking for a full service, locally owned and operated business (who happens to have some of the lowest prices in the area), Full Steam is the only place you should call. Ask for Jonah.

Used them when I bought my townhouse. They were great no issues. So I decided to use them when I moved out of my Apt. I called made an appt 3-4 weeks in advance. Even got a price. When I called to confirm they didn’t find it. Then I set up the appt AGAIN the guy forgot the address number. So the guy didn’t know where to go. When he finally arrived he walks in looks and then tells me a price that was above what was quoted when I told him he then justified his decision. I told no thanks and he left. Since that was the day of my move out I went to the leasing office to have someone do a move out inspection. About 10-15 minutes later I get a text from the guy saying his office is going to honor the price. I told him no thanks since I technically had no right to that place anymore. When I called the office I asked this question….if he was so concerned why didn’t he say to me “let me call the office and see if we can do something” but no he was content on just losing business.

I gave them 3 stars cause they really did good work on my townhouse. This experience was horrible

The man was on time and worked quickly and efficiently. The carpets he cleaned looked okay when he left in less than an hour. But, the next morning all spots and traffic dirt were as apparent as before the ‘cleaning’; my carpets are less than two years old. I thought my carpets would look better after the ‘cleaning’. Shouldn’t he have, at least, pre-spotted the spots and darker areas before the ‘cleaning’?

The guys at this company are absolutely amazing. Very professional, extremely nice and amazing at what they do. I will use this company every time I need anything to do with carpets and I would highly recommend you do the same. I can not thank them enough. They treat your home like it's their own and I wouldn't have it any other way.

I hired Full Steam to do a moveout clean for my home I sold. Their response time to get over to my home to get a quote was SO fast. It was within 15 minutes from when I filled out the online questionnaire. They were at my house the next day to quote price and schedule the service. The day of service they showed up on time, and I received a notification that it was completed. They did an impeccable job with the clean!! Far above my expectations! Jonah did a great job on all our carpeted areas. He was right on time and gave me a better price than I was quoted anywhere else. I was worried that the pet and traffic stains were permanent but he got them out. Wish I’d known about Full Steam the last time we had them done for more than twice the price.

Called late in the afternoon with an emergency. They were prompt, handled a biohazard clean into the early evening making sure it had been completely taken care of. They were professional and phoned us with the techs ETA. The young man, Christopher was kind and understanding of our very unfortunate situation. I will put Full Steam Carpet Cleaning in my contacts and use them for all of my channing needs. Hands down they are the best, with great people skills.

Full steam carpet cleaning has a great staff full of professional and friendly people. Chris cleaned our carpets after moving out of our apartment and he got them cleaner than we thought possible. We have lots of kids so lots of spills and you couldn't tell by the time he was done. Thank you!!!

We moved into a rental that wasn't cleaned prior to us moving in. Had cat and dog pee smell and in our vents. Mike and David came and sprayed enzymes to cancel out the vents and replaced the padding underneath the carpet. They were professional, on time and engaged well with us. Our house no longer smells like urine!
We will be using them again in the future!
