Let me set the scene:
I live on a farm, and foster and own several senior dogs. So one of the silliest things we did was install light colored carpet in the main areas.
We’ve had several other carpet companies come out and some have done an ok job. Others have left our carpet wet for days.

Several years ago ,within the first year of being in our house we had a company come out and their technician Chris did an amazing job. I’ve been chasing *that* clean since.
I called full steam on Monday morning and they were able to get a technician out Wednesday. I received reminder texts and emails, even a text when the technician was on his way.
To my surprise when the technician arrived it was Chris! He remembered our place and all the small details from before. I knew immediately I did not need or have to hover as Chris takes immense pride in his work and is so incredibly knowledgeable in his industry. I can confidentially say, as long as Chris is with full steam we will be using them again for the inevitable carpet cleaning need. To Chris’s supervisor, he’s fantastic and a direct asset to your company and will leave the customers homes feeling fresh and his pride and knowledge will keep them coming back.

This is the most unprofessional company I have used in a long time. I have an original Persian rug I needed mended on 2 sides only. The other two sides have the hand stitching. I was very nervous about someone working on this rug so I went over everything that needed to be done with the office. And then confirmed again via text. They were supposed to fix the 2 sides and clean the rug. The rug was picked up 8/1/25 and I was told the rug would be dropped off Friday 8/8/25. No one called Friday so I called the following Monday for an update and no one answered. I called again Wednesday and no one answered. I called from a different number and the manager answered and said he didn’t even know which rug was mine. I told them I just want the repair and I would get it cleaned somewhere else. They dropped the rug off Friday 2 weeks later. They put a cheap discolored fabric around all four sides rather than the 2 we discussed. The stitch is wobbly and has holes/gapes throughout and the fabric they used is frayed. When I called them to ask what was going on the woman on the phone said “well I’ve been out of town”. Not sure how that fixes anything. I would strongly recommend looking elsewhere if you have expensive rugs. See photos.

Wow! I called to get a quote and received the answering machine. Within the 1/2 hour someone called me back and gave me a quote. We set up an appointment and they contacted me before coming and showed up early. They were extremely polite and very professional. I will definitely use them again.

Extremely satisfied, and happy we decided on them. The job these guys did today was awesome! We have a two story house, with lots of windows. They cleaned all the screens, and tracks thoroughly. We will definitely use them again!

I selected this company to come and clean inside/outside in my smaller home because of their review ratings, AND because they appeared to be a smaller company, which I prefer. I had to wait a couple of weeks for the appointment, as it's summer and everybody is wanting work done now that the COVID thing lightened up, but the wait was worth it. The boys came in, and got right to it. Cleaned my tracks wonderfully (the last company was pretty sloppy on this one), and the windows are crystal clear! The owner re-screened 3 of my screens, and made some recommendations about my slider screen door and the cats (long story), which I appreciated. While they were quick, they were extremely thorough, and did a much better job than the last folks I had out here, so I appreciate that! The price was reasonable, and I was every happy when they left. I will use them again next year! Of course, it rained on them yesterday, but c'est-la-vie....Murphy's law! Thanks Reno Window! You lived up to your 5 star reviews, and then some!!

If you are looking for a gutter cleaning service, definitely check out Reno Window Cleaning! The owner, Tom Hamel, is great- he is prompt, courteous, quick to respond, careful and thorough in his work, very honest and overall just a nice person. The first gutter cleaning company I had called told me that it would be 6 weeks before they could even do an estimate, but then I called Tom at Reno Window Cleaning and after patiently answering as many questions as possible over the phone, he came out the very next morning to do an estimate for gutter cleaning. Also, they are licensed and insured, which is important with this kind of work. In addition to gutter cleaning, they offer a whole range of other home maintenance services too, such as window cleaning, screen repair, solar panel cleaning, Christmas Light installation, and more. With all the rain and snow we have had this winter, it is a good idea to check your gutters every now and then to make sure that they are functioning properly. This is absolutely the first place I will call next time we need this kind of service!

Reno Window Cleaning are awesome. Tom and Cole did a great job on our windows which seriously needed cleaning. Inside, outside and they cleaned the screens and tracks as well. They wore booties while in the house and took extra efforts to ensure the job was completed expertly. And from a cost perspective, they were VERY affordable. I highly recommend them!

Tom Hamel was right on time to clean our windows today. He did a professional job and we are very pleased. He went above and beyond of what was expected at a very reasonable rate. He fixed our storm drain, repaired our screens and cleaned all of our windows. We recommend him highly.

We are new to the area and chose based on reviews. Boy are we happy we did. Tom was super friendly and very professional. He was able to fit the window cleaning into our crazy schedule, he was prompt and did an amazing job! The price was very reasonable for window cleaning, tracks and screens on our 2 story home with NO hidden fees. In addition Tom was able to order a new screen door for our slider in just a week or so! This guy is so amazing he also hangs Christmas lights!! Can’t wait for that :) We will continue to be a regular customer throughout the years.

Best window cleaners in town!

Our commercial building windows on the first and second story needed to be cleaned, as it had been a couple of years. I scheduled with Reno Window Cleaning LTD to get an estimate. They came out, on schedule, and sent over the estimate the same day. It was approved and scheduled for the timeframe we requested. Tom and his team showed up on time and did an amazing job! Totally professional - phone, email, and in person, when they arrived and when he stopped by the office to let me know they were all finished. The windows look FANTASTIC!!
