Professional cleaning supplies for professional flooring cleaning services. They have window cleaning equipment too! Competent staff and well stocked store. I've been a regular customer at this business for about 11 years.

Really stoked on these guys! I came at them with a really old machine that needed to be brought back two working condition and they were able to do it quickly! The quality of work was awesome and I'm very pleased with the result. They also have an amazing selection of carpet cleaning truck mount supplies, accessories and a wealth of knowledge to help anyone needing to get themselves in the carpet cleaning game.

I have been having a problem with my truck mount system. I had already been to two other mechanics that were not able to diagnose a problem of intermittent solution output. Sierra found the problem and fixed it in mere minutes. They have an amazing staff and excellent products. Chris is the man.

Chris and his staff are very professional and knowledgable! They are honest, friendly and do top notch work and are the only ones I have trusted completely over the years to fix and service my carpet cleaning equipment! I highly recommend them and their shop which indeed has a variety of tools and chemicals to choose from or order for your particular needs!

I felt compelled to place a review for this company. I own a truck mount in Chico, California so therefore I’m not a local or even a state resident of Nevada for that matter. Point being, I never met these guys and they had never heard of me prior to me calling. I called and I spoke to Chris, the CSR who answered the phone. I explained I was in a bind and told him I was willing to drive to Reno from Yuba City/Chico. Chris offered to help me over the phone and had me run him thru the series of issues I was having. I was literally driving down the highway and pulled over to try something Chris suggested. The truck-mount immediately started up and then he worked with me to diagnose and solve my other issues. Hands down without a doubt, Sierra Cleaning Services just received a life long customer and I’m willing to drive the machine to Reno rather then Sacramento to deal with another company. Kiddos to SCC for hiring Chris and placing him at the front counter.

Our carpets are pretty old and need to be replaced. New rise cleaning came in and made my carpets look amazing. They also cleaned the grout on my counter tops , this is the best I've seen my counters look in years. They are fairly priced and super friendly. I would highly recommend them to anyone who needs their services. This is my second time using them I'll definitely use them again!

They were super fast and friendly and had great communication through texts and reminder emails, even as they were doing the carpet I was updated.

My carpet got a total makeover, They got almost every little stain and spot out and I could not find a problem anywhere.
I did a pet service and found the enzyme they sprayed was not enough unless there were very few light spots. But overall I am very happy with how it turned out.

We were thoroughly impressed with the customer service we received today. Cody and Kurtis explained the process, helped me understand how to care for our carpet and were genuinely kind and personable. This is the kind of service that keeps customers coming back for more! This is our second time using New Sunrise Cleaning and Restoration. They did not disappoint and did an excellent job once again. We had our tile and couch cleaned. Branden and his team member let me know when they were headed to our home. He assessed the flooring and couch and provided an estimate. Branden walked me through the process and explained every aspect of the service. He provided recommendations on future services and was extremely professional throughout the entire process. They gave me an appointment less than 48 hours after we talked, the guys came right on time during the service window and did a great job. Very courteous and completed the work in less than 2 hours at a reasonable price. Would recommend.

I cannot praise New Sunrise enough for their exceptional service! From the moment I contacted them, I was impressed by their professionalism and attention to detail. The team arrived promptly and worked diligently to transform my space into a spotless haven.

DO NOT USE THEM. We had the owner come out to clean our carpets. they gave us a window from 9-12 and showed up a few minutes after 12 “still late”. They asked for a review via email twice and via texts twice my wife sent them an email review of our dissatisfaction so it wasn't public and look bad on the company pictures are of the email my wife sent and the owners unprofessional response
