Terrific experience with these guys. I had them clean the natural slate tile in the high traffic lobby area of my office. From Ryan being very transparent and helpful with pricing and cleaning suggestions to Jose showing up early and taking care of business in a very professional way, we were very impressed and will continue to use Affinity for ongoing maintenance. Highly Recommend if you have anything that needs to be professionally cleaned.

Cleaned our church building carpets. Amazing how quickly they dried. Tough spots were touched up afterwards and now they look clean and healthy again. Courteous worker and owner followup. Highly recommend their system.

Ryan came to clean our carpets and from calling to make the appointment to his completion of service everything was spot on, from call back to communication to booking confirmation reminder and showing up 15 minutes early everything was great. Professional job done on sealing master shower & 3 guest showers. Quality workmanship at a fair price. The grout was allowed to dry plus cure. That provides the best results. I also liked the reminder texts regarding my appointment. Additionally I had Great results on cleaning my thick white area rug. We highly recommended Affinity Clean!

Best carpet cleaning service I ever experienced! The process they use does not damage your carpet. It is gentle and removed all the pet odors and stains. Ryan could not have been nicer! He came out the day before Christmas eve and was on time and extremely professional and pleasant! I refer my clients to Affinity without hesitation.

Our grout was worn out and dirt brown. It originally was a light wheat color.
Ryan came out and spent time making sure he knew exactly what we needed and wanted.
His crew spent extra time on our floors and carpet.
When they were finished we had “new grout” and beautiful carpet.
Ryan explained that cleaning carpets the Affinity way would eliminate the wet that other cleaning companies leave behind. He also shared Capet cleaning is an important method to clearing allergens .

We have a very small house and just needed two rooms cleaned.
Alese was very helpful and friendly on the phone and answered all of my questions. She was able to schedule me within the next few days, which was a huge plus for me!
On the day of my appointment the techs were actually early and got to work right away. The work didn’t take long due to the size of the rooms, but they did an excellent job!
The carpets look wonderful and there wasn’t any strong smells left over from the cleaning.

Affinity did a great job cleaning my floors! They were on time, professional, and communicated well. They even called a couple days later to make sure we were happy with the results and offered to come back out if any spots were missed (there wasn’t. My wife and I decided we will be using them a couple times a year!

Affinity Cleaner, Vaughn came out and cleaned all the tile and grout and touched up the color sealer. He did a great job! I would highly recommend Affintity for any flooring job.

Affinity Cleaners did an amazing job and the three men who did the cleaning and sealing of my grout went above and beyond! Cleaning grout is a very tedious task, especially if grout is not sealed, so I highly recommend Affinity for the job, my stone tile floors look brand new!
