HVAC reviews in Pennsauken, New Jersey

We went through our home warranty and they hired this service provider to take a look at our non-functioning refrigerator and diagnose the issue. They looked at our refrigerator and verbally told us the three parts that needed to be replaced. This service provider submitted the claim incorrectly and the parts were never ordered. We had to pay the deductible to our home warranty company regardless. The info they submitted said that they looked at our stovetop oven, which they did not. This company is unreliable. We even followed up with this provider to make sure the correct parts were ordered and they had no information to give us. After 5 business days we called our home warranty and that is how we found out that the information that was submitted by this company was incorrect. Additionally, the time slot we were given was between 8am-12pm. The service provider arrived around 3pm.

This company is very unprofessional. The lady that answers the phone has no customer service whatsoever. She’s very hostile and rude! They came out through my warranty company twice and still didn’t fix my air conditioner. 1st time they said nothing was wrong just needed to change the air filter. I changed it and Air conditioner still isn’t working. Came back the second time now all these things need to be replaced. How wasn’t any of this noticed the first time. That much changed in a week’s time. Wouldn’t recommend using this company. Just want to take the money and not solve the problem.

Just want to say thank you so incredibly much to Todd & his team!! My AC shut down during record high temps, they came out same day, figured out what was wrong super quick, managed to located the part needed which mind you was all the way in Burlington.. instead of waiting for it to be shipped they picked it up, & the tech is on his way!! I’m just in awe.. to find a company that still provides that personal hands on get it done approach is just amazing!!! I truly appreciate you guys!!!

Update: “Michael the amazing” which is what I’m calling him.. replaced the motor in record time & the AC is running again!!!

Very happy with the service nu air provided. He replaced a faulty capacitor, and air was running about 20 min after he started.

NuAir responded quickly when our AC broke down and temps were nearing 100 last week! They quickly diagnosed the issue and changed the part and got the system to start cooling immediately.
