Michael, the service technician, did a great job in replacing my old by-pass humidifier with a new fan driven model. He was able to use the small space available, after moving some duct and water lines, to accommodate the new system. I'd highly recommend both Michael and Nu-Air to anyone looking for HVAC work.

Juan Juarbe recently came to our home to clean air conditioner and get it ready for upcoming season. He was very knowledgeable about our system and had it up and running in no time. Juan Juarbe is a very professional individual!

McAllister's showed up 3 hours after I called. We were worried we might need a new heater, but they were able to resolve the issue quickly, and safe our system.

Tom came to do the regular maintenance on my heater. He has been here a number of times. He is always neat, professional and efficient. Never a problem.

Juan figured out what was going wrong quickly. He suggested more work after the season which I expected. He's a very polite and friendly man and credit to McAllister energy.

Fast and efficient. Our heater broke overnight, they were there the next afternoon to repair it. Grace additional advice on the heater, was very friendly. Will definitely use them again.

I called late in the afternoon for a diagnostic of my heat and the tech was here early the next day. Quickly looked at the system and had it working without any extra expenses. Would recommend!

He knew what was wrong right away and fixed it immediately! I feel very comfortable with having them as my heating go-to.

Zach was very detailed and courteous. He found and replaced a bad part and explained how we could improve the performance of our system. He took his time, didn't rush, and did a thorough job.

When calling to get service for my heater Diana gave me excellent customer service from the phone conversation. David was concerned service technician. Did not do a rush job either. What seniors require honesty from businesses.

I initially called McAllister to get a second opinion due to the first company I called giving me a doom and gloom diagnosis that had me nearly signing up for a whole new system. Turns out McAllister gave me an entirely different diagnosis, called the manufacturer and found out the unit was still under warranty and was here first thing the next morning to fix it. I've had heat ever since. The guys were courteous, on time, and clearly know their trade. Saved me thousands of dollars. I'm a customer for life!

Juan communicated well and was very kind during our issue. I would highly recommend him to our friends and neighbors.

Pretty thorough company. Not the cheapest, but you get what you pay for in this case, I guess.
The guy they sent was a fairly cranky old man who didn’t want to talk. I have 3 systems, one on each floor. He was there for a tune up. I asked if he was checking all three. He goes “no it just says the one here.” Then he asked if I wanted a service contract. No thanks.

At the end of Feb 2019,my yearly heater tune up went bad...my oil tank was leaking and my heater was dying..I'm a senior citzen on a fixed income and I was scared.Enter Rick Cusato McAllister sales Rep. Rick rolled up his sleeves and gave me options and choices trying to stay within my very tight budget.He explained everything and was very patient. Heater Techs and installers were awesome very knowledgable and competent in their jobs plus they were very nice.
I have been a McAllister customer for a very long time and that's not going to change. They have always been there for me and I can't recommend them highly enough

We've had McAllister for a few years now to service our HVAC. Since it was an older system we had it all replaced-air, heat & water heater. Starting with Rich Cusato, the salesman to all the technicians especially Mike it was a great experience. Rich answered all our questions & texts. The installation was done quickly, cleanly, & professionally. They even put an extra vent in the door @ no cost! Great company from the women who answer the phones, sales people & technicians. Thank you!

Andrew showed up right on time and checked out my system. First he measured the oil in my tank and said low oil was not the cause of my no fire problem. Then he checked the igniters and nozzle. The igniters were weak and nozzle plugged. He replaced them quickly and efficiently. I am a retired engineer and I enjoyed hearing his explanations about the problem. He is very obviously well trained and has studied history of the equipment and such. He, also, inspected my tank and associated piping. He discovered my greater than 50 year old tank needed replacement. He installed a magnetic patch in the place where oil was sleeping out and turned in a request for me to be contacted for an estimate for replacement. Great job by a person who really enjoys what he does. He was very neat and left the area cleaner than when he got there.

Absolutely love McAllister! They care more about their customers than any other company I have ever dealt with.

Out for a service call today. Cannot say enough good things about McAllister's. A very rare company where the customer truly comes first!

We had a ductless AC unit installed. Our sales person Rich, explained the entire process and told us our options without being pushy. Once decided the installation team let by Isreal, was clean, quiet, and fast. Our only regret was waiting to buy this product and not having it installed many years ago. The team has offered endless support. Great company, great product!

Thomas was friendly, knowledgeable which I appreciated as I never had a repair person who gave us the actual facts of what is going on, what could happen and what the price would be. He explain exactly what would happen with our AC system and that was really great. I would highly recommend McAllister Energy to anyone with heating or AC problems.
