Dave did a fine job! He showed up on time after making an arrival phone call, which was appreciated, was courteous, friendly, polite, and most of all, professional! He appeared to be conscientious regarding the task at hand and willingly answered any and all questions. Upon completion, the area around the furnace was cleaner than when he started. Troy and his team were fantastic!! The project involved converting our HVAC system (heater, hot water, and A/C) from oil to South Jersey Gas. Troy came up with a great conversion plan and a great price, much better than the 4 other estimates I received. Troy and his installation team were professional from start to finish and when they left it was like they were never there. Not a trace of debris left behind. I recently used McAllister for central air install, including new ductwork. Troy was my first contact who came to my house and gave me a great explanation of the work needed, was extremely knowledgeable and answered all of my many questions. He provided a written quote within 24 hours. I had 3 other companies in my home and only 1 other followed through with sending me a written quote, even after I called and emailed to get pricing from them after they were in my home.
From the time I accepted the quote, they began work in 2 weeks. The team in my home was complete professionals, following covid guidelines, and were patient with my pups barking at them. They were courteous and completely cleaned up after each and every day. They did impeccable work and their pride in their work showed.
I would not hesitate to recommend them for their price, professionalism and responsiveness.

Dave's service was great to say the least. He explained all the mechanical details of the work to be performed and the.anticipated costs in terms that a mechanical novice can fully comprehend. He voluntarily researched the age of my heater for my awareness and not as an opportunity to upsell any additional work, which I truly appreciate. Dave tested all heating zones to make sure all was operational before leaving the job site.

Dave was very personable during his visit, even though my call was after normal business hours. I'd highly recommend his service to anyone.

Dave Lausi always provides professional service to our heating system. He's very pleasant and friendly, he explains the work clearly and accurately, and he insists on giving 100% at every visit. We're always glad to see him for our annual tune-ups and we're totally pleased with the quality of his work.

I called with an emergency, and McAllister sent a technician out the same day and fixed the issue the following day. The technician, Steve, was awesome!
It snowed on Sunday, the furnace stop working! I called McAllister after hours, they sent a technician to my home within a hour. He diagnose the issue but didn't have the part. A McAllister technician came out the next day and fixed it before twelve noon, you guys rock! Thank you Ed!

I’ve been a customer for nearly 24 years and have been pleased with their service, especially recently. A couple of months ago, Dave Lausi cleaned and inspected my air conditioning and heating systems and provided excellent service. He was very pleasant and professional, explaining everything to me in a way I could understand. I also just had a new oil tank installed. Rich Cusato responded to my need extremely fast!! He showed up at my house within 4 hours of my call to go over the contract. The tank was installed in just a little over 2 weeks later. The installation of the tank was performed by Israel and Dave and they were excellent!! The workmanship was superior! They were very professional and made the install seem effortless. I’m thrilled with how the end result looks in my back yard. Kudos to Dave L, Rich, Israel and Dave for their “above and beyond, do it right” work ethic and attitudes!!! Kudos as well to Diana for being extremely helpful in answering all of my questions and connecting me to the right people. I highly recommend McAllister and will continue being a faithful customer!!

McAllister was nothing short of fantastic! They installed new central air (AC only ), including ductwork, in our attic space. This was an awkward space to access and Troy came up with an excellent solution that allowed them to install the equipment, leave future access, and didn't require us to contract with an outside handyman and electrician, as was required by the two other firms that gave us quotes. They worked efficiently, professionally, and thoughtfully to minimize the noise because of us working from home. No mess or extraneous items left from them. McAllister offered various payment options and was very pressure free. Troy answered all of our questions and kept us informed at every stage. We were very pleased with both the price and the work.

I have used McAllister for many years and have always had excellent service, whether for routine heater tune-ups or for emergency service. Today, Dave did my yearly tune up and he was polite, friendly and he addressed a small concern I had without hesitation. He was a pleasure to work with.

Andrew came to my home today. Serviced my heater. Found him to be very informative. Gave me the year of both my heater and a/c. Also took time to explain my systems and the best possible way to maintain them. Reviewed my first contracts with your company. He was very polite and did a great job. Would highly recommend him and company.

Ed Lunney came out and was so friendly, kind, and personable. He diagnosed the issue with the AC and let us know the unit was installed incorrectly. He quickly worked the issue and resolved it that day. He and his service manager were very helpful and prompt. I recommend them!

My husband and I were in a bind and called McAllister, they came out same day. Steve was our technician. He was awesome! He came in and was the only one that did not try to overcharge us or sell us a new unit. We just needed a fix or clean out and to get the heat running so we could live in our new home. He was able to accomplish this. He was down on his hands and knees fixing and cleaning the furnace without a single complain! Not to mention it’s the week of Christmas. It was very dirty and he did not complain a single time. Again he was the only one who was able to fix this unit and did it quickly, efficiently, and professionally. I would go as far to say that he was even like a father to us explaining what was wrong and what it needed. We would definitely recommend this service and especially our technician “””””Steve””””””” to perform your oil furnace clean out anytime. Because of him we will be a McAlester client for life and Will be able to enjoy our new home for Christmas and New Year’s. The folks at McAllister are wonderful. I specifically had the opportunity to work with Ed and Kris (sorry if I misspelled). We had some issues with our boiler and then had some family things going on that caused us to reschedule our service appointment. Kris was super helpful getting everything rescheduled and sending Ed by ASAP. And Ed was awesome--very knowledgeable, professional, and truly interested in helping out. These folks aren't out to make a buck like some other companies. Really great experience working with them. I'll definitely be calling them again if I have any other issues!

I needed a new heater and decided to switch from expensive propane heat to a heat pump. I checked several companies that worked through PSE&G so I could take advantage of their instant rebate and no interest loans benefit. Of all the companies that I contacted, McAllister was the best price by about $3000. Also, the salesman, who also lead the installation team, Troy Thermyna, sat and figured out, based on my past year consumption of propane, how much I could expect to save in energy . He didn't use some website, but pulled out the formulas and did it like an applied Mathematician! They installed the system on December 20th 2024, when it was below 20 degrees. They brought in heaters to run while they (4 HVAC and one electrician) did the switch. Every one of these guys were professional and just a super nice group of people. I am super happy with the system: the heat is good and so quiet that early on I was confused for a moment because it was warm, but realized I hadn't heard the blower kick on (my old beast was loud!). Anyway, I could go on and on. I'm taking the time to write all this because I believe in supporting such businesses as much as possible. Kudos to Troy and his team of professionals.
