Always receive prompt service by Alber's excellent technicians. Highly recommend! And always receive GREAT service when Joe is my tech. He takes his time to explain what my issue was that brought him here, what I can do to minimize or avoid the problem in the future. He doesn't leave before he is sure I understand what work he completed and how I can improve my handling of the Alber hvac system.

Joe did an AC start-up on our new system. He adjusted the coolant amount and gave us some tips on maintaining the condensation drain line and the unit filter. Great experience.

I initially reached out to Albers for their assistance with determining the costs for updating the insulation in our house and they did a fantastic job with providing me a detailed quote as well as assisting me with finding various funding sources to facilitate paying for it.

We ultimately did not go with that project and instead looked to replace our HVAC system which was old enough to run for President. Albers was right there with us and ably assisted us by finding a heat pump that was twice (or more) as efficient as our previous system. This allowed us to switch to more electric instead of natural gas for heating.

The costs for such a project are significant, but Albers connected us to a variety of loans available through the utility companies. Thanks to their assistance, we will be able to afford paying for the new system over a course of 10 years with a 0% interest rate.

The install itself was very easy. Albers handled coordinating the HVAC and electrical technicians to complete the work and I just had to clear the space for them.

Joe was excellent and extremely knowledgeable. He came to look at our heater which had not been running properly. Initially, because I had rest the system he couldn't tell what the issue was, but told me what to look for in regard to the error code. Once I was able to get that to him he was back and able to repair the system.

I had them install a new HVAC system and insulation recently. They were friendly and efficient. They happily answered all of the (many) questions I had. I’d definitely recommend.

From the beginning to the end of the job, Everybody at Alber was professional, thorough and friendly. I own a cape cod and my attic area is difficult to move around in. The old insulation was basically falling apart and hanging off the ceiling. I called Alber, as well as 3 other companies for quotes. Energy Consultant Mike Fischer arrived and gave the house an energy audit. He was also the only one to highlight state rebates and great financing that was available for a job of this size. At that point, having worked with Mike and dealt with their office staff, I felt that contracting with Alber was the wisest choice.

When Foreman Jon and Mike arrived to actually to the work, I was even more impressed. They walked in with booties at the ready and a pat on the head for the dog. Anything that could be effected was covered with a tarp, and even then each day the same are was vacuumed to keep things neat. They worked hard as an efficient team. Each day ended with Jon keeping me up to date with the progress made. They worked really hard and the job shows it. The insulation is neat and tight as a drum. I expect my energy savings in winter and summer to be great. Thanks Alber!

I forgot to take a before picture, but imagine the same space with deteriorating batt insulation falling down all through there, then double that for the other side which was even tighter to work in. Plus, before, the flooring only reaching part of the way to the eaves. Awesome job.

Was looking for a family owed local area small business and settled on Alber. Glad I did. Tech took his time and was meticulous. He explained what he did and answered all question. He was respectful of our home and property. Unlike the previous company we had, the tech did not focus on upselling services or additions. We purchased our home last year and wanted to service our heater/air conditioner. The sticker on the heater was Alber. We scheduled our service and this company was fantastic!! We did have an issue which they fixed and signed up for the service contract. Well we just had an issue with the air conditioner.... it's a Saturday and within the hour they were here! Fixed the problem in minutes!!!! We are so impressed with the customer service and the service techs!!!!! I will be recommending this company to everyone!!! Excellent communication and service. America Home Crafters met with Jay Kayati, and was told it was going to be a quick fix and they will have service guys to come if we pay in full. Service guys came in with no correct tools, and had to go to Home Depot. So that quick fix is a LIE!!!

We call out for service call as the air-conditioning is not working, talked to Bobby on the phone, and was denied for service so they won't be sending anyone ever!!!

Brian has been out to our property twice for issues and is always knowledgeable and tries to explain what he is doing and what the issues are. He is prompt with the appointments.

My HVAC was turning on and off sporadically during the winter. Brian from Alber Service came out and diagnosed the problem. Unfortunately it was a crack in the condensate container which they had to order the right part. They came out first thing on Monday morning to get it fixed and restore our heat.
