I've had this company for over 50 years and love it, they had a tech come out for my heater, the two gentlemen were very respectful and cleaned up when they were done, thank you so much for the quick arrival and repair time
In 9/13/2025, I noticed the condenser pump wasn't working I called and though it was Saturday an on call service tech was contacted and than he called me within 45 minutes he arrived and fixed the issue, thank you Llam, it was nice to meet you, thank you McAllister for having amazing service techs

As all McAllister servicemen do, Kadeem was excellent in providing competent work in servicing our air conditioner, and explaining what he did and why. In addition, he explained an issue that may come up in the future and how to handle it. I was very satisfied. This type of service is why we have remained a McAllister customer for decades.

Called hoping that I could get service quickly. Well the women in the office was very kind and polite. Had Tech. Out to my house within one hour. Very thankful for that. Tech. Eddie R. diagnosed problem quickly and had my AC unit back up an running cooling down the house very quickly on a very hot and humid day. Very pleased with the work.

McAllister Energy and their representative Troy were professional, timely, transparent, ultimately got the job done with a fair cost. During the consultation, Troy worked with me in determining the most effective method in handling my upstairs heat issue, was transparent in what costs would be and what the anticipated work hours were. On the day of the job, his team was timely and proficient. I am very satisfied by the work they conducted, and I will go back to them if I have future issues, and would recommend them to friends and family.

Wonderful group of people - CSR‘s, Sales and Technicians. They were very respectful of my home. First thing they did was put down tarps throughout the home - cleaned up and vacuumed when they were done. Didn’t even know they were there!!! Very satisfied with the work!!!

Israel went above & beyond to help get heat into our log cabin during the recent ‘ice in’. We were in a complicated situation. He & his team got us a new heater system within days. Then he helped get us a new propane company to connect to get us heat. Thank you, thank you!

We have been customers of McAllister for the past 17 years and have recently experienced an issue with our heater not working during this coldest season recorded in years. Throughout the almost two weeks McAllister was expertly in touch and trying to get the heater back up and running. It was thought that we were going to need a new unit. In comes Israel to quote us new unit , however he had an idea that he ran by the service manager Ed and between the both of them and their dedication my heater is back up and running. It is generally thought that when a salesman comes out you expect that they are there to get sale when the customer is in a situation, instead Isreal an Eds experience paid off for me and my family for which I can not be anymore Thankful.
Again Thanks to Isreal , Ed, Dave, Lucus, Liam , Ryan, Tom and the entire McAllister Team that worked in making this repair possible!!!!

McAllister Energy came and installed a much needed new hot water tank today. Very professional, on time, clean, and friendly were Ryan & Tom. Answered all my questions and explained every step. McAllister had sent Israel same day I called when I noticed water under my old tank and no hot water. He made the necessary measurements and agreement to have new one installed in a timely manner. Very pleased w/this company and HIGHLY recommend them, reasonable price as well.

It's a great company to get your commercial ductwork done, for a service contract to maintain your equipment.

Their aim is to help you make your clients happy and satisfied with quality products for the job. Go Go get your HVAC / Plumbing supply needs right here, many convenient locations in NJ, PA . I shopped only in those two states they may have more locations call them and ask.
