First of all, I don't usually write reviews, but this time it's something I'd like to share with people who need this kind of service! It's a company you can trust in terms of experience and prices!

Nu~Air is a fantastic company. Everyone you speak with is professional, understanding, and friendly. I have used them for years and every time I call the office it is like talking to a friend. The technicians are prompt, respectful and knowledgeable. Any service call I have made has been resolved quickly. I recommend them to all my friends and family.

I can’t say enough good things about Nu-Air. I have been calling on Todd for over a decade now and now his son Mike for the past 5 years. They are the best! They are honest and get the job done right. Timely, professional and organized.

Great job on my heater in the Fall and air conditioner now. The tech Micheal was great both times. None of that uncomfortable, I have a stranger in my house vibe that sometimes happens when having work done. All issues were explained to me and there was no attempt to upsell me on services and work I didn’t need. This is huge for me as a single mom. I highly recommend and will continue to use the company in the future.

We just moving into our house and our AC stopped working. We called the warranty service and had a bad experience with the first company but then they sent our Nu Air and it was like night and day. Micheal was really professional, answered my questions and was very personable. I can’t recommend him enough. Phenomenal customer service. My husband and I are very satisfied with the service we got and so far so good with our AC! Hopefully we don’t need to call them back but if we do, we hope we get the same technician and great service.

Tech came in Oct to PM the clothe dryer. Afterwards, we had lint all over our garage. I called and informed customer service, they still never came back to clean it up.

Michael, the technician who came to our home was extremely knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. We will definitely be Nu-Air customers forevermore.

Was dealing with allergy side effects and always chalked it up to outdoor seasonal changes.

After Having Nu Air clean / sanitize the hvac ducts I could almost notice an immediate effect the air felt lighter to breathe. All of my allergy symptoms went away within 48hrs and I even feel like I got a much better nights rest.

I always thought stuff like this is a waste of money or a cash grab but now I’m a firm believer of having this done on its maintenance intervals.

I used them for a dryer vent cleaning, they were quick, friendly and professional. Fair price. What more could you want?

Amazing job start to finish. Came out in clutch for a broken subpump had me up and running in 2 hours. Thanks guys! 5 start! Would highly recommend and will use again. Reliable and reasonable!

Michael was really transparent with diagnosing my AC issue. Having a basic understanding of HVAC systems, I was put at ease with his detailed troubleshooting process and options to fix the problem. The price was very reasonable, and he worked quickly to get my old system in good working order (without cutting off the system in 90+ degree heat). Highly recommend Michael and Nu~Air team. Reasonable, quality work, helpful knowledgeable staff, and a job well done. I interviewed several duct cleaning companies. They all explained the same process. Nu Air was affordable, quick and easy to get an appointment. The guys that came to do the job were friendly and knowledgeable. I would use them again for other services. Thank you!

While I had no problem with the work that the technician performed, I am upset with not knowing if he reported his findings with the agency that hired him out,because we still are in need of another refrigerator and the company stated that the technician stated that the work was completed. This is very upsetting to me. As a professional person I would always see to it that my customers are satisfied with my results. This didn't happen.

Fabulous experience! Communication was clear and technician Michael was great to work with. They even worked with my home warranty the insure a smooth process.

We had no warm air. Called NuAir and they came that afternoon. Mike, our service man, went on the roof to our air handler and fixed everything. The price was quite reasonable. Appreciate Mike and his great personable service.

If you have never experienced a house fire, you are blessed to not know the heartache of losing cherished memories. Since buying my first home as an adult, I researched the Nu-Air company approx. 2 years ago and received amazing service. On 09/25 I returned for their services and was NOT disappointed. From the wonderful lady who helped find my old information to the incredibly respectful and professional experience with Micheal and Miles in my home conducting the vent cleaning, they provide nothing less than exceptional service. We have used NuAir for many things from a new heater and AC to duct cleaning. They are always professional and the work was done with great care and on time , no matter who did the work Mike, Sean, todd. Never any issues. Highly recommend NuAir to anyone who asks.

Always a great thing to have dependable people on a service call. Mike was on time, polite and easy to talk to. He's been out to the home before so he knew what was needed. One of the few places that still services oil heating. It feels like he's a part of the family.

Todd and his sons were very professional and did a great job moving my air conditioner unit off my small patio area and placing on the wall. The brick work was impeccable you can not tell where the original wall began that’s how perfect the brick matched. Also the unit seems to be working better than before my unit is colder than before. They were also very friendly and came on time and also worked throughout the rainy day when needed. My overall experience was great. I’m just sorry I cannot remember everyone’s name, Todd and his crew was outstanding.
