I considered many companies before hiring Alber to install a new heater, air conditioner, and tankless hot water heater. Our job was a complex one for many reasons and I wanted to be sure that I hired a company that could not only coordinate the install with a major renovation, but also handle complex installation issues with the ductwork and gas lines. I am so thankful that I decided to hire Alber.

Our salesperson, Mark, went above and beyond by communicating with us over the course of many months while we figured out the installation details. Mark is an expert in his field and was so patient with us throughout.

The installation team (Tom and James) were there during the week that we needed them to be and installed our system in a very challenging construction environment (our kitchen was gutted and there was limited lighting, as our windows had not yet arrived). Despite these conditions, the install was flawless. Tom is a seasoned installer who was very passionate about making sure the install was done right. He fixed problems that I didn’t even know we had during the installation and gave us tips for protecting our new equipment while the rest of the construction continued.

Our new equipment is wonderful and so much more efficient. I am so glad we hired Alber and would highly recommend them if you are considering any HVAC work. Their professionalism, and most importantly, their work, are top notch.

I called Alber Service today due to an error message on my thermostat. I was expeditiously scheduled for an appointment on the same day to assess the issue. I had the pleasure of a visit from Joe who was quick and efficient in correcting the issue. He was friendly as usual as I've had him visit me on a prior call for maintenance service.

First time using Alber’s. Joe my technician was very professional. He gave me tips on my air conditioner in addition to flushing my hot water heater. He told me about the service plan that they offer. He cleaned up before leaving. A pleasure doing business with him.

Have used Alber's services for years ever since they upgraded the heating and cooling systems in a 100 year old house we just bought. Troy usually does our preventive maintenance service and any repairs. He does an excellent job and is very pleasant.

Bought my condo at Kings Court on May 1, 2018. I met Joe Girouard, my first Alber technician, a month later to replace the thermostat, which had failed. I mentioned the vibration & noise I was hearing in my master bedroom ceiling. We went to the roof where Joe pointed out that all the HVAC units over my ceiling had been placed on 4x4's without a rubber cushioning/noise/vibration reduction device!!
Joe later installed these devices and the problem was solved! Have always asked for Joe when service is scheduled. He is professional, personable, polite, outgoing and provides tips on how to maintain and manage the HVAC & hot water units. Have had similar experiences with other Alber personnel, including Brian Alber also. Great company and people! Joe was here again today as I requested. The above comments are even more appropriate. As always Alber and their technicians do a great job fixing and maintaining my HVAC unit. They come quick, work fast and always fix whatever issue arises. Would recommend them 10 out of 10 times!

Prompt and efficient service .technician was informative and explained as he went. We've been using Alber Services for many years and would recommend to anyone. Chris and Jeff showed extraordinary care and respect for our property. Most of the work was in our attic and required many trips. Work was completed and tested in a matter of hours.

Chris and his crew did a great job on the upgrade from oil to gas heat. They arrived on time, and Chris walked me through the day's work each morning. Everything was installed according to plan and Chris gave me detailed instructions when the project was complete. Chris and his team were professional and courteous, and I felt completely comfortable letting them work in my home all week while I was at work. They did a great job with the cleanup, as well. We contacted Alber as we had response issues with the company who installed our Bosch heater system. We needed the yearly service for the heater. We called and the staff was very helpful and scheduled the appointment. The day of the appointment we got a call that the service guy was ahead of schedule and wanted to come early which was great. Kevin showed up and he was extremely knowledgeable about our system and took the time explaining things to my husband. Glad we found them and will be using them in the future.

The technician was here promptly after calling Alber. He assessed the issue, went to work and had the repairs done promptly. The tech explained the situation, why it happened and how it would be resolved. I would definitely use Alber again.

Troy has been servicing our home for years and is always dedicated to keeping our AC systems running well and providing the best customer service around. Troy quickly resolved our issue today, and we are very satisfied as usual with Troy’s work for the Alber team.

The Alber crew (led by Earle) did an amazing job in a very difficult crawl space. They installed a vapor barrier in many tight spaces. I appreciate their very hard work and attention to detail.
I also wanted to say thank you to James and Laurie in the front office. James handled the estimate and contract, and Laurie did the scheduling. Both were straightforward and professional, and overall-I would recommend Alber to others.

I have been a very satisfied customer of Alber for many homes. Brian is a very experienced repair person. He explained why my heater stopped working I really appreciated that he answered all my questions. My heating is working well now.
