Dan wasn't familiar with our rather rare model, but he went out of his way to research it before installing the replacemet part it needed. He kept us informed about how it was going and made sure we were satisfied with the outcome before leaving.

Excellent response time and assessed problem immediately. Fabrizio got the parts needed and had the GE Dryer working again very quickly. Very happy with the service and the tech!

My Maytag dishwasher quit working suddenly. I called Appliance Care and Repair and very shortly that day they sent out Guillermo. He checked everything and was very informative about the problem,
suggesting that it was the control panel.
It had to be ordered but was available in a few days. Guillermo came back and installed the new panel, texting me when he would arrive. He was polite, informative and extremely knowledgeable, My dishwasher is like new and for the above reasons I would most definitely use Appliance Care and Repair for any appliance repairs.

Adding to my review from a few weeks ago: Dan Tenorio came back, to install the part that they had ordered. He was prompt, orderly, curteous, and very quick. Dan is very knowledgeable when it comes to appliances. He let us know when He was coming a few days before, and he let us know when He was on his way.
He installed the part, cleaned up, answered any questions we may have had, and left. Dan is awesome!!

We have been having an issue with our older Maytag refrigerator for a few months. In September we called another appliance repair place to come out. They misdiagnosed our problem. 😧
Today I decided to try another appliance repair business and went with Appliance Care and Repair. They scheduled us for this afternoon.
Dan Tenorio came out promptly. He listened to our concerns, checked out a few things that I thought it could be, and diagnosed our problem (I was incorrect) then he went above and beyond to check some other things, on his own. He even showed us how to do maintenance on our refrigerator, to prevent future problems. I am very grateful that I called Appliance Care and Repair! If you are like me, and a little fearful of appliance repair places, you can trust Dan, and Appliance Care and Repair. They are AWESOME!

Jason McDade provided excellent service on our washer and dryer. He explained everything clearly as he worked, kept us informed throughout the process, and was very approachable and professional. The issue was fixed quickly and thoroughly. Great customer service all around!

Dan came over and fixed my clothes washer. It’s an old Kenmore. They were able to come out quickly and the repair was also very quick. I like their warranties and Dan was friendly and knowledgeable.

I called on Wednesday because my washer stopped working, had tons of laundry to do (unfortunate timing). They told me they could be there the next day to diagnose my issue. I was very fortunate that Dan was able to repair it the same day he came out to diagnose. Dan was amazing. Very professional, informative and gave me extra tips on how to properly maintain my washer. Definitely take them into consideration for any repairs. They earned a costumer for any future needs.

Dan serviced our washer and dryer, which failed within a week of each other. He was professional, friendly, and efficient. I appreciate that he took the time to explain the problems and solutions. He was also mindful of the small debris that fell to the floor in the repair process and demonstrated full functionality of the repaired units. After my second experience with Appliance Care and Repair—and especially my technician Dan—I can say without hesitation this is the most honest appliance service I’ve ever dealt with.

This time, my Samsung dishwasher had stopped working properly after I made the mistake of attempting a DIY repair. Dan came out the very next day, exactly when he said he would, just like last time.

He began diagnosing the issue and even consulted with a Samsung technician. Based on that conversation, the initial conclusion was discouraging—it looked like I might be facing a repair in the $600 range, and possibly even needing to replace the dishwasher entirely.

At that point, most technicians would have stopped there.

But Dan didn’t.

He said, “Let me check one more thing.”

He then disassembled part of the internal mechanism, carefully cleaned it, readjusted it, and put everything back together.

The result?

My dishwasher now works perfectly.

No $600 repair. No new dishwasher. No unnecessary parts. Just experience, persistence, and integrity.

And here’s the part that says everything: I was only charged the consultation fee.

Dan could have easily gone along with the original diagnosis. He could have ordered parts. He could have turned this into a very expensive visit. Instead, he trusted his own skill and took the extra time to make sure.

That level of honesty is rare.

This is now the second time Dan has saved me from a major, unnecessary expense. He shows up when he says he will, he does the job right, and he treats customers fairly.

Appliance Care and Repair has a customer for life because of him.

If you’re lucky enough to get Dan as your technician, you’re in the best possible hands.

Five stars isn’t enough.

If I could give Raymond 6 stars, I would. He was incredible. While taking apart the dyer with one hand and holding it stable on the edge of the concrete step in my garage with the other, he talked to me about kids, soccer and tattoos. Before I knew it he figured out the issue and was able to repair it right then and there. He is genuinely a great human and good at this job.

My dryer belt busted mid-cycle, and Appliance Care and Repair was the top Google result. I gave them a call, and they were able to come out and repair before the laundry had fully air-dried! He even did a nice tune-up and cleaning; it looks like a brand new dryer.

Dan was super friendly, professional, and fast. I'm definitely using Appliance Care and Repair again. Highly recommended.

My service tech Dan Tenrio was able to diagnose the refrigeration problem (no cold temperatures in the refrigerator & freezer side) with my KitchenAid 48 inch side by side built-in refrigerator quickly giving him time to get the appropriate OEM part to fix my refrigerator before his next appointment. I was so grateful in that I did not have to take any additional time off of work. My refrigerator works great now. 5 stars for him and Appliance Care & Repair. 👍 😊 Phil
