Jordan repaired a leaking water tube going into freezer. Had to order the part but it was covered by manufacturer. Very happy with how professional and skilled Jordan was in getting it fixed! Great guy.

Very pleasant and careful with moving the fridge in and out. Turns out that the coils and fan needed cleaning. Hopefully that's all it was. The good news is that I can have him back to look at the fridge again in the next 90 days without a service charge, if need be.

Unfortunately, my experience over the phone was very disappointing. The receptionist JOHANA was rude, dismissive, and showed no customer service or professionalism. Simple questions were met with an unhelpful attitude, which made the interaction uncomfortable. First impressions matter, and this experience did not reflect well on the office. There was no effort to be helpful, and the tone used was unprofessional and dismissive. This kind of customer service is unacceptable. The lack of professionalism and courtesy made it a negative experience.

Dalton service center was very professional and knowledgeable. Henry was very courteous and polite. Would highly recommend Dalton service for any appliance service's.

Patrick found replacement control knobs for a 40 year old stove top which had the wrong model knobs, several of which were also broken. We just moved into the house and were using pliers to adjust the heat. He is very pleasant and professional. Dalton will be our go-to appliance service in our new abode.

We had some issues with dishwasher not dispensing rinse aid and our washer was making loud clicking noises. I contacted Whirlpool for washer and Amana for dishwasher and they both got us connected with Dalton Service Center. I have nothing but good things to say about Dalton. Starting with Henry. Super nice guy. Very respectful and courteous. He always shows up on time (which I really appreciate). He thoroughly communicated things that needed to be done and guided us in the right direction. Dalton! You all need more guys like Henry in your team! Give this man a raise! I highly recommend Dalton Service Center. Ask for Henry he will take care of you.

Repaired my dishwasher under warranty.
Patrick was phenomenal as usual. He has been to our home multiple times repairing our high-end appliances and has never failed providing services in a courteous, efficient and timely manner.

Greg, our service tech was very knowledgeable and went up and beyond to fix our fridge. We originally called the store and they said out of warranty. Greg followed up with a phone call and found it still under warranty! Didn't cost us a penny!! The freezer was repaired and now works as it should! Thank you Greg and go Patriots!!!!

Service was great! Technician was very knowledgeable. He diagnosed my dryer, ordered the necessary parts and fixed it right away. I would highly recommend them if you are in need of having your washer/dryer repaired!

Patrick did a great job diagnosing and fixing a problem with our clothes dryer. He was very courteous and efficient.

Refrigerator was reasonably priced the light on it wasn’t working. They came out three times to make a proper repair on it each time having to order some parts They got the job done. Refrigerator works perfectly no issues did not charge me to come out and do the repairs at all.

Dalton’s Rep is always Happy and he knows his Viking Stove tops for sure. Came, figured out the problem in a minute, ordered the part, and back on receipt and fixed in 5-mins. What can you beat that with!! Great Service.

We've used Dalton Service Center for many years dating back to the days when it was family owned/operated. Our recent experience was, unfortunately, quite disappointing. We scheduled a refrigerator repair and a microwave over-the-range light bulb replacement. No complaint about the frig repair; however, at no time did the scheduler ever disclose that for the mere replacement of the light bulb there would be an additional/separate $100.00 + tax service fee. The repair technician was already at our home and access to said bulb had been prepped. There was literally nothing more to do but replace the bulb (purchased from Dalton). And equally surprising/disturbing was Management's unresponsiveness to our attempts to discuss. A clear message that a long standing working relationship is of no value to the company. Feeling exploited, sadly, we can no longer call on, muchless recommend, Dalton Service Center.

Jordan came out to fix our Bosch dishwasher. He was very knowledgeable about the appliance, he communicated with us well about the needed repair, and he was very pleasant. He worked quickly and left the area very clean. I'll be calling Dalton Service Center for any future appliance repairs!

I have used Dalton for many appliance repairs over the past 30 years. I have always been pleased with the results.
Their service people are experienced. Chris was knowledgable and had to figure out what was wrong with my washer. My part is on order. I am sure it will be fixed once it is installed.

Our Miele washer was difficult to start. Dalton service diagnosed the problem, ordered the necessary part and installed it. Works perfectly now! Service tech was very pleasant and knowledgeable. We highly recommend them!

We had the most amazing service visit by tech rep Jordan. He takes pride in his work and happliy shares his extensive knowledge base. He came to tighten a dishwasher door handle, and ended up extending his visit to order new parts for other appliances, and gave us an in-depth education on our Viking range. Give this guy a raise! He's a friendly walking encyclopedia of appliances and a top notch Dalton service representative. Bravo!

Dalton was able to properly diagnose and replace a faulty part on my Wolf stove. Dylan figured out the problem almost immediately. I had another repair company prior to calling Dalton, who were incorrect with their diagnosis, so unfortunately I spent money I didn't need to spend. But in the end, I am very happy to have my oven working properly. Thank you Dylan.

Timely and courteous- Chris arrived and quickly got down to buisness. He describe what he would be looking for advising these tests sometimes are negative but are actually hiding problems. That would be covered by their 90 day warranty on service calls. Good to know! I do recommend Dalton Service!
