Definitely give Appliance Care & Repair a call when you need service on your appliance. Very professional, all the way from scheduling to Dan the technician who came for our service appointment. He was on time (actually early and called me to see if ok for him to come before actual scheduled time). He was friendly, efficient, and thorough checking out our refrigerator. I will be calling ACR for any further appliance issues!

I just had these guys come over. I called them over a week ago and they asked me what kind of machine I had so that when they come, they have the parts for my machine. These people have no idea bad company. I wouldn’t recommend this company to nobody terrible. The guy didn’t know what he was doing. He had to Google if that’s the case, I could’ve did it myself and googled it and went and bought the part and fixed it myself. These technicians aren’t on top of doing their job . I could Google it and fix it myself Bad company. It’s a bad company. I wouldn’t recommend it to nobody. They’re not very trained at all I would’ve not even given a star, but it makes me give them a star. They don’t deserve not even a star. washing machine

This is the most professional company I have seen in a long time. When my elderly mom needed repairs on her appliances in Albuquerque, they were very professional and caring to her situation. I would look no further and go with this company if you like professionalism, customer service and high quality results!!!

Everything on scheduling went smooth as could be with almost immediate availability for a service call. Dan the technician was wonderful and thorough, slight issue with an inadvertent piece being cracked during the dryer disassembly process. Although quickly the owner was able to make it right and fair. Would definitely use appliance care & repair again!

Kevin did an amazing job, he was attentive and kept us informed during the entire repair.

Dan was extremely courteous the entire time he was in our house to repair our fridge. He was very considerate of my time. He was running early with his schedule and called to ask if it was ok to come earlier. I really appreciated that. He went through his entire procedure in how to diagnose the issue with our fridge. He cleaned our condenser and even vacuumed behind our fridge. Dan explained we need a new compressor, so we will be waiting on our next appointment with the AC&R. However, he assured me that he would communicate with the office regarding our scheduling needs, and assured me our fridge will be working like brand new.

Dan was very helpful and friendly. He knew his stuff and it seemed like he was super knowledgeable about all appliances. He was also super thorough! It turns out we actually fixed the problem ourselves but didn’t cancel the appt because we weren’t sure. He did everything he could to duplicate our issue and he called to make sure there wasn’t anything he was missing. Hopefully my microwave continues working but if it doesn’t, I know who to call to come check it. I definitely recommend Dan at Appliance Care and Repair!

Though the tech located and fixed my fridge problem, I would not recommend this company for 4 reasons. The diagnosis and repair itself took under an hour to replace a small and inexpensive fan. However I was told it would be $450. Way out of line for a $150 per hour shop rate. Secondly the tech charged my card but was unable to provide me any sort of receipt or proof that he had been there, saying it would be emailed to me. Third, I clearly stated I wanted to keep my used part for future reference but unbeknownst to me till later he took it. Fourth I called the company twice to both ask for a receipt and to return my part and have never gotten a response. Fridge was fixed but IMO some big holes in customer service and behavior from the tech.
