This was warranty work. 2nd time back. The service was great. The tech was knowledgeable and professional. I pulled a star because it took 4+ months to get the parts. Probably not Dalton's fault but an occasional update would have been preferred. I called once before Christmas and never heard anything.

Thank you again Dalton! Everybody that I’ve dealt with at Dalton is cheerful, helpful and, most importantly, gets our appliances fixed! we have a Built-in Wolf Microwave that likes attention every now and then. It goes out and your fantastic Service Technicians come out and get it going again. Since it is built in, we need to stay with this make/model.

This is the second time I have called Dave...the first time was Thanksgiving eve...when he came to fix my built in stove which was a real ordeal, ended up pulling it out of the wall. He fixed it! Had to call him this time for the Fridge...he was booked up... but still tried to help me....he guided me over the phone & gave me a couple tips to try to get this thing going again...it worked! Fridge is working for Easter weekend. Dave goes above & beyond to HELP YOU...AAAA++++ Service!!!

Dave was great. Called him with no hot water on a Saturday evening and he was at my house on Sunday morning with parts. Reasonable rates and very friendly service. I would recommend Dave to anyone in the East Mountains!

Dave fixed my washer in only a few hours time and even though he had to drive far to where I live. In spite of his busy schedule, he made himself available on short notice. He even got me a new part for it and at a cheaper price. He was very knowledgeable, professional, and honest compared to some other places i called (that had more reviews), and he sincerely cares about helping the customer. I would highly recommend him. Very happy I called him even though he only had one review. Glad to add mine.
