Mike was efficient and skilled. I appreciate his being on time and his knowledge.
I wish our communication had been easier and would have liked to understand how the scheduling was going to work. The fact that it is impossible to communicate directly with whoever does the scheduling seemed to create miscommunication. When a text arrived to let me move my appt to an earlier date I thought Mike was part of that communication. Apparently when I accepted an earlier appointment it was not what Mike thought should have happened.

Wila is an outstanding technician! She did first class work. She explained everything so I could understand. Wila is a very professional person. She is a retired Navy Chief!! I couldn’t ask for better service. In the future I will ask for her next time I need service

Ralph, the Sears technician knew exactly what to do to fix my dishwasher. He was very kind and considerate and answered all my questions. I highly recommend him for a raise and other awards of any kind. I hope he can be my technician again, when it would be needed. A big thank you to Ralph! 🙏

Service call was originally scheduled for 9/20/24. Received a text message stating that “one or more parts were ordered and that my appointment was changed to 10/2/24. I was able to change it to 10/1/24 due to conflicts on 10/2. Scheduled service was between 8 AM and Noon. Service tech arrived at 12:17. He did not introduce himself and his demeanor was less than pleasant. He ran a short cycle and looked for all the possible places that may leak. Finding no leaks, he advised me to make a video and have it available for the technician when they return. After the Technician left, I ran a load consisting of two king bed sheets. Now have a video of the leak coming from where I told him it was.

I am thoroughly disappointed with Sears Home Services. I have called and only get a “bot”. Texted and only get a bot. I was unable to speak with a human. Poor customer services. Seemingly disgruntled service tech. Would not recommend Sears Home
    services to anyone!

I absolutely love having Sears Appliance Repair maintain the appliances in my home. Karen was my service agent. She was exceptional, extremely knowledgeable, and communicated with me every step of the way. I would absolutely recommend this to my family and friends as not only did she provide excellent quality service she cleaned up and made everything look brand new. In this day and age, it’s wonderful to have someone you can depend upon with excellent quality and superior service!

My washing machine is broken and we have Appliance Care. Our part was ordered, but never has been delivered. I have made numerous attempts to contact Sears Home Repair. The only people I have spoken to send me back to sites that are AI. My technician cannot trace the order and also sends me back to AI sites. I would advise anyone not to use Sears Home Repairs. We need a human who can trace the problem.

The only reason i'm filling this out is because i'm completely frustrated. I don't know why i'm getting asked to submit a survey when you didn't do anything for me. My rant is actually about Lowe's and how they scheduled with you to repair my stove. Your the second company Lowe's has sent my way. Lowes has screwed this up twice now. It's never been my stove. My problem is with my microwave/oven combo. Michael was AWESOME in that he verified this on his way to my home however I don't understand why I'm being asked to complete this review when Sears canceled the call because Lowe's sent it incorrectly.

Michael at A&E was excellent! He was prompt, efficient, friendly...he explained what was needed and what he had done. He did not try to sell any parts or additional services. He was great, and I would recommend him anytime. I had booked the repair through Sears. Michael did not set the price, which was too high for the time it took. I don't know if the price was higher because of the local company's relationship with Sears or what, but almost $200 for much less than an hour is a bit much. Another problem with Sears (also NOT Michael's problem) was that the repair was supposed to be done 6 days earlier, between 8am and noon. We waited all that time, not doing any of our Saturday errands. AFTER the appointed time, around 1pm, we got a text saying the repair couldn't be done until days later.
    I recommend Michael, not Sears.

We have an induction cooktop. The technician said that it was our cookware that was not working correctly. I told him that the cookware was for induction cooking. He did not have an answer for that. Also he did not address the fact that when I am cooking on the cooktop and I turn it down the cook top continues to boil. Sometimes when I turn the cook top down a number or two, it goes off completely. As far as I can tell neither of these issues were addressed

My technician was very knowledgeable and identified the issue quickly. He ordered the right parts and came back to fix problem, quicker than his time estimate. Very satisfied.with his service.

Mike was very friendly and professional. He came out to diagnose an issue with our dishwasher that was leaking and was able to find the root of the problem, which ultimately was a plumbing issue.

He was pretty unfriendly. I stopped asking questions cuz it seemed to bother him. He became very annoyed with my dogs, who are extremely friendly. So I put them away. Not a pleasant fellow. Not very helpful.

Paid for nothing! Technician came out, supposedly ordered the parts and said he would come out in a week to complete the repair. I received a call the morning the repair was to take place asking if I had received the parts because he had not. I was never told that parts were being shipped to me, nor was I provided any tracking information. The tech did not know if the parts were being shipped to me or to him and also had no tracking information. He told me "There's nothing I can do," and told me to call the customer service number. The customer service line WILL NOT connect you to a human and all it could tell me is, there are no part orders associated with my repair. I still have a broken dryer after spending good money to have it repaired. I wish I had researched Sears before beginning this process as there are countless reports of similar experiences.
