I am impressed by the staff and the repair job they did on my washing machine. The owner went above and beyond to educate me on what happened and offered to show me in the future if I needed help. It was $75 and they cleaned my entire washing machine as well. Their business is built around training young adults and I loved that too. I hope my daughters are interested in learning how to repair appliances so they can work here in high school.

Brought our washer in at 11:30 AM. Described the problem to Andre. He said to go have lunch and call him back when done. Called at 1:30 and was told to come get it. Good price and good work by Andre. Will use him again if needed.

Andre is an anomaly in the appliance repair industry. He is incredibly affordable compared to other companies, friendly, strait forward, honest and does high quality work. I feel like it is near impossible to get quality and affordable repair work these days, but Andre is still making it happen.

Also, he is training youth to develop a career of their own and a valuable skillset. That is worth supporting!

And to all those that fret bringing their appliance in- just rent a truck from Home Depot and make it happen. I bet even with the truck rental fee, it will still be cheaper than having one of these other companies come to your house.

Andre diagnosed and helped guide me in replacing our 20 year old, very dependable Maytag washer. He went above and beyond in being helpful, transparent, and fair. I will highly recommend to others and am so thankful for their 1st rate, quality work.

Our first encounter with Andre was when we donated a washer and dryer. Our second encounter with Andre was when he repaired a dryer for our son. Andre is an honest and reputable man who I would trust to work on my appliances at any time.

Andre Chacon is a man true to his word. He supplied me with a great washing machine! His assistant Dominic was a polite and well trained young man. It was a pleasure finding an honest business that has workers with integrity. I will definitely recommend them to everyone I know. They deserve more than 5 stars!!

Andre was quick to respond, super helpful, and very professional! I'm so glad someone recommended his business to me! My washing machine died a painful and loud death. Andre was able to sell me a used one at a reasonable price and deliver it in record time! If one of your major appliances gives you trouble, Andre is the man to call!

Andre really saved the day for us! I called him about my broken washer and he told me to bring it right away, he was super knowledgeable. It was fixed by the end of the day for less that another repair company had quoted me! He and his wife were super kind and helpful too! If you have a broken appliance I can’t recommend them enough, ignore the Karens rating 1 star!

This place is awesome, it was 430pm on a Saturday. Everywhere else was closed and I just happened to see this place on the internet that listed it was still open till 5. I took a chance and called seeking advice on a dryer repair and low and behold the owner answered,, had me check a few things and said to call him back. In the end he asked if I could bring it right now to him and that he could fix it,,,, I did and he fixed it in no time at a more than fair price. Heck he had my machine loaded and strapped in my truck by the time I finished paying!! Never have I experienced such good service when it comes to appliance repair,,, I definitely recommend this shop!!

11/19/22. Once again Andre came through for me. My dryer suddenly stopped working ( it lit up but wouldn't start), so I gave Andre a call and he had me meet him at his shop (after hours) to drop it off. The next day (Saturday) Andre got a hold of me and told me that it was ready for pickup so I drove to his shop to get it ( Now this is the part of the review that I want to emphasize) When I got there Andre told me that he troubleshot everything and that he couldn't find anything wrong with it and informed me that the culprit was probly a loose outlet connection . Andre then refused payment and told me that since he didn't fix anything, it wouldn't be right to charge me. I was floored! Who does that now days!,,, ill tell you who! Andre does!,,,the man is an honest and conscientious! Its absolutely refreshing to know that there's still people/ businesses that you can trust with their honesty!,,,,, so when I got my dryer home I made sure that the plug was firmly connected and my dryer started right up. This was the third time that I've used Andre's business for appliance repairs and just like the other 2 times he's exceeded my expectations. He's definitely earned all of my future appliance repair business!

I've never worked with a better appliance repair company than with Andre and his team. Twice they have worked on my problem the same day I called them (I was able to take my appliances to them myself). For my dryer they cleaned out all the rubber from a bathroom floormat I dried (yes, I did that). For my range, he repaired a ribbon cable, saving me over $100 if I had purchased a new control board.
In both cases his price was less than if I had purchased parts and done the repair myself. I'm sure there are other quality repair folks out there, but I doubt I could find one with the service and integrity of Andre.

It’s the day before Thanksgiving and my dishwasher wasn’t working. I called Albuquerque Appliance Training and Andre called me right back. I explained that the dishwasher wasn’t filling with water, and instead of quoting me a price to come out to look at it, he told me to check the float in the tank to make sure it wasn’t stuck. It was stuck open with a wheel from the bottom rack wedged under it, and once I removed that the dishwasher worked again! Andre’s goodwill and willingness to selflessly share his expertise has been a great blessing to us. Andre saved our thanksgiving holiday! We will certainly call on him again for future appliance repairs.

Andre is a gem, he knows what he's doing and gets right down to doing it and with a great personality and pricing to boot. When your fridge quits it's pretty awful but he made it all okay in 24 hours. Couldn't ask for a better experience!

Andre was great in the beginning, gave him the money to repair our dryer. The wrong part came in and couldn’t get another one for 8 months. I called and told him keep the $75 for his efforts and requested my $205 back that I gave him. To this day I have yet to get my money back after calls and texts messages. Very unprofessional and he still has my dryer. Times are tough but he definitely doesn’t deserve to keep $280 for nothing.

Andre was so helpful. Our fridge died TODAY and they were able to accommodate same day. They delivered the new one and picked up the old one. 5 stars, we will highly recommend to friends, family and clients. Thank you again!

Quick fix on old washer. Several repair people told me to bring my washer here. Very good price.

I called to inquire about parts for my GE top load washer as we thought the motor went out. Andre was amazing he explained to me it is most likely not the motor but the speed sensor. He told me how and where to search for the part. I appreciate his honesty as it was any easy fix and he could have easily said we can repair it for x amount of dollars but did not. Thank you Andre I truly appreciate your honesty and your willingness to help us resolve the issue!! 10/10 recommend!!!!

Andre was amazing I had to go see him multitude times today and he had everything I needed to fix my dryer. He saved me from having to purchase a new dryer or having to order parts and wait days to receive them. Thank you again!!!!

Sears advertised next day service.ñ to fix fridge. But actually didn’t fix anything for two weeks. The techs were nice and knowledgeable, but the customer service of the company was terrible. Next day A tech came to agree with me what was broken and have me pay in advance for the part and future labor. And scheduled another appointment for 7 days out when the part arrived. But the part did not arrive in time. So though I’d arranged the day so I could be available, there was no service. And the fridge remained broken. Sears rescheduled to a day I wasn’t available. Without consulting or sending a notification. I spent half hour trying to get it moved. The chat customer service could not provide me a time a tech would
Come because they don’t assign the calendar until the day of. This was very frustrating as I had taken two of my days already to be available for the “next day service.” Then the day it was moved to, another 7 days out, the tech called to say they were about 20 mins away, but didn’t arrive. When I contacted him asking where he was , I was told dispatch had taken him off my call and routed him to another call. When he arrived, the fix took a half hour or less. Sears still charged my card for more than 400.00 for labor. There is no way to call and talk to a person to address any of these issues.

This is actually a fraud. Waited a week for the parts and then day of repair technician calls me and says they didnt order the parts. Then said technician says they came by my house and i didnt answer the door. We have a security system and no one came to the door. Then technician uploaded this "photo" of my front door as proof. Dont waste your time its just a way to steal your money.
