Found Hugo'S TV Repair while searching online. Hugo's was the only business that had a real person answering the phone! Hugo personally returned my call and was able to service my TV. Although it was after business hours, he remained open and waited for my arrival. My TV works fine! Hugo was courteous, professional and fair. My experience was very good and I would highly recommend Hugo's TV Repair.

We got into a new home rent/own. The fridge was to be included in the closing costs agreements. Yet when we moved in the fridge was not here which started a series of events that quickly became a stressful situation. The company that takes care of this is a middle man between the reality company and us and does not have the greatest business practices… But THANKFULLY they contracted Hugo’s and that happens to be one of the only things they did right in our situation. Hugo’s were the complete opposite. They did everything in their power to communicate with the management company and get proposals approved so they could buy a fridge for us and install it. This local business was a Godsend!!! We were using our yeti’s for days and Hugo’s were able to escalate a proposal and get our fridge approved, even going out of their way to loan us another fridge until the one we wanted came in. HIGHLY recommend this company. Hugo & Jerry came and did everything themselves. Thank you guys so much!

Hugo and his staff helped me pick out the perfect TV to set up outdoors. I picked out a TV at the store and a couple days later Hugo came over and installed it for me. A month after the TV was installed I received an email following up on my purchase. I’ll definitely be going to Hugo’s TV for any of my television needs in the future.

Very happy with my experience. They were upfront about the cost, giving me two pricing amounts, because it was one of two things. Got a call immediately after the TV was taken and told what the issue was, how long it was for the part to arrive, and how much it was going to be. Just got my TV back today, and it's working great. Price had not changed. The only thing I had to ask for was how much it was going to be for them to come out to see the TV prior to fixing it, it was a reasonable service charge. I still paid less than I would for a new TV.

Contacted Hugo in regards to a TV repair. I appreciated he's honesty. He told me that it would be to expensive to repair my broken TV. He said that I'd be better of buying a new one, then suggested that he sold repaired TV's. Many o them come with a limited warranty. Never got to use his services. Wish I could've but good to know he's looking out for his customers. He seemed reasonably priced though. I've talked with him several times before. He told me he charges a $50 diagnostic fee. If you have him repair your TV though he takes the $50 diagnostic fee and applies it to your final bill. That seemed real fair. Seems like he has good business practices.

Hugo's TV Repair did an amazing job! I have an older Sony TV that had a distorted picture. The guys from Hugo's came to my home, got the TV, repaired it, and brought it back to me, for an incredibly low price! Their work is excellent and the customer service is outstanding. I would highly recommend using them!!

We were looking for a reliable TV for our game room to be able to watch movies or play video games. Hugo and one of the sales staff (Caro) were able to show us different models that would satisfy both needs. We have had it for nearly a year now and have been very satisfied. They were very helpful in finding the right unit for us and also at helping us avoid a unit that did not quite meet our needs, even though they would have made more on the sale.

Called up Hugo's because I was having trouble with my washer. He scheduled me with an appointment a few days later. Jerry was the repair man, he was able to diagnose the problem. He fixed my washer quickly and gave me a detailed description of what the problem was. Thank you for a job well done. I will definitely use your services if I have any problems with my appliances.

I will definitely use Hugo’s Tv & Appliance Repair if repair on appliances needed again. Marie (receptionist) wen above and beyond to assist me with all paperwork needed for Home Warranty. Awesome customer service. Technician that came out and did the work explained everything being done and very kind. Our washer is working like a champ! Recieiving great customer service will keep me coming back and referring to others!

We called Hugo's when our drier quit on a Saturday. Not only were they open, but right away scheduled a visit the next business day for an estimate. Their technician Oscar was prompt, professional, friendly, and knowledgeable, and scheduled our repair for the next afternoon. These are the folks we will always call for appliance repair, we know they know their stuff!! Trust them, you'll be glad you did.

I would rate this company a zero if I could..I am a new customer with concerns, I have been waiting for 2 days for a call back from management. I had 3 appliances check for service or replacement parts. Paid up front for a tech to come out too 15 mins to diagnose units. Quoted $450 for a washer repair that was a $30 part and took 30 mins to install?.. Quoted over $200 for my dishwasher drain to be unclogged. This seemed reasonable given what had to be done but when the unit was ran it left water all over the floor. So technically a warranty call at this point since it has been paid in full. But lastly my refrigerator needed a heating probe to stop accumulating ice at the bottom of the freezer. I was asked to pay $184 deposit to order part on top of the initial $45.00 diagnosis charge I already paid. The freezer was not defrosted so the door can close. I was told 2-3 days for part to come in, I called on day 7 (Tuesday) because I had not heard from them. Spoke to 2 ladies in the office that could not tell me if part arrived and would call me back. Another week went by where I did not hear back, so I called to cancel and get refunded. I was told that they can not refund my money and that the part came in the Monday the day before I called. They stated they reached out along with texting me, Apple has numerous devices that connect so a call would not been missed. At this point this company is very unprofessional, do not value their customers and just want to steal you money. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY YOU WILL BE WASTING YOUR MONEY AND YOUR APPLIANCES WILL NOT BE FIXED!!!!!!

Perfect example of an UNPROFESSIONAL and probably unethical company. Was referred to them to use to fix my clothes dryer that had stopped working. Made an appointment for them to come by to fix it and when the technician, Jerry, called to say he was on his way and would be at the house in 5 minutes, was initially given a 4 hour window of when they might come, I informed him I that it would be fine and that my wife was almost home and would be there in 10-15 minutes. Was told by the technician, Jerry, that they couldn't wait and would have to reschedule, unbelievable as it took my wife only 8 minutes to get home so at most he'd have waited 3 minutes, but anyway we rescheduled for the following week and I asked that they give me a 30 minute heads up before heading over to look at the dryer since I most likely have to drive home to meet them. Was told that would be fine and we rescheduled. Well the following week when , on the day of my appointment, I was called by the technician, Jerry, to tell me he was on his way and would be there in a couple of minutes. I called the company office and spoke to Maria who told me that unfortunately the technician, Jerry, had made a mistake and not informed them with enough time so they could call me sooner and that it would probably be best to have some other company come look at the dryer as he'd have to bypass us and move on to the next call. Really, again very unprofessional and most likely unethical company. Now I understand the other negative reviews on here for them and believe the only positive ones are possibly FAKE and have probably been created by the company to try and offset the true and real negative comments!!! STAY AWAY from such a company!

Hugo's is a great place to get your TV repaired. At first, I was a little discouraged at the slow pace of communication; I dropped my TV off, and it took a couple of days to hear back. But once I did, the process went smoothly and everything was communicated promptly and professionally. Fair price for the repair, and it's working as good as new again. I will highly recommend to anyone needing a TV repair!

I am extremely happy with the service I received from Hugo’s Tv and Appliance Repair. Oscar, the technician, was very professional and efficient. My dryer is working like new and the price was fair. Will definitely use them in the future for any of my appliance or tv repairs..

If I could give less I would. We paid for the initial call - guy comes out was told our new (purchased December 2021) oven’s ingniter switch was worn but not broken- we scheduled to have it replaced because that is what was recommended - given a window of 1-5 received a call at 2 it was missed by 15 minutes we were then told we need to reschedule because we can’t be fit back into the rotation even though it was 2:15 and our window was until 5. I took off work have been sitting here waiting and for nothing. I called and was told I was speaking to the office manager (extremely poor attitude very condescending and disrespectful) was told no one is above her and the owner doesn’t come in- was told I will be charged for the part, cancellation and appointment so basically full price for this company to do NOTHING. Also I made Jerry aware of our warranty for the Maytag - he notated parts under warranty on the work order but now I’m being charged for the part too? I was told that doctors offices call the day before to confirm and I said ya and I don’t answer those but show up to my appointment the next day with no issues - office manager is running your business to the ground just so you know. Was also told that you are overbooked so it’s not her problem it’s ours - no that sounds like a you problem, if you’re overbooked why make the appointment giving me a 4 hour window then can’t fit me into the rotation. And then tell me I’m confused about how this works- no I think you’re confused, you work for the customer not the other way around.
If I’m charged I will be disputing this and reporting it too, for bad business practices. I have 4A coming out this evening as they were very happy to have my business

Update: while I didn’t continue with this repair with Hugo’s, he did call me and made things right. He was very fair, reasonable and friendly.

Our washer broke. I was so happy Hugo and Oscar came within a few days and were able to replace the washing machine for me in a very timely manner. They even found the same model that matched my dryer. Oscar was very polite, efficient, and professional. I will use them again for other handyman services.

Hugo's Repair was professional and courteous from the very first call to the actual repair. The representative answering the phone was polite and helpful. Jerry came out and he also was very polite, professional and knowledgeable. They diagnosed by problem and ordered parts promptly. Would recommend and would definitely call again.

I was referred to Hugo's from my warranty policy. Fortunately they were able to schedule a service appointment for the same day. Jerry from Hugo's TV and appliance repair arrived on time. He was very experienced was familiar with our Viking range. He knew what the problem was right away and fixed it. I would definitely use this company again.

Hugos TV & Appliance Repair I highly recommend to all! Their tech came out (exactly @ the scheduled time 1pm) & did an excellent job repairing our dryer & ice machine. He was very thorough & knowledgeable! I will be bringing my TV in for repair as well & am confident they will do a great job!
