bad experience overall, don't reccomend

We have used CR Refrigeration for over 10 years. Chris the owner stands behind his work and we have recommend them to many fiends.

Excellent crew, great service and customer care. Can't beat their work, and it's great to support a real local company like CR Refrigeration.

Outstanding HVAC company! The installation of a replacement heating and AC system which included complex duct work was excellent. The company was very responsive to any questions I had and were a delight to work with. I highly recommend them.

On May 1st, we were informed that our A/C installation would take place on Saturday, May 4th, requiring someone to be present. Despite being home all day, no representative from the company arrived, and we received no prior notification of the delay. Chris mentioned not having our contact information, but given their previous visit to our address, there were likely ways to reach us. I recommend choosing a company with a more reliable reputation, one that values punctuality and effective communication with its customers.

If I could give this company a 0 I would. I had hired them to install a new air conditioner based off a recommendation of a family member. The installation went smoothly. However, a few months later, I discovered a broken pump that caused water damage to my flooring. The company came out and fixed the pump and stated they would fix the flooring. 9 months later and two denied insurance company claims later I discovered the company had a lapse in insurance. Chris, the owner for whatever reason has not made any effort to remedy the situation and has not made ANY effort to remedy the damage. Terrible experience, terrible customer service, would not recommend.

The service that this company has provided has been nothing but the best! From Chris coming out to give an estimate to the install of my new hvac system. The guys were all polite professional and worked clean. I highly recommend them for you heating and cooling needs!

I just had a new air conditioner installed and it was a nice pleasant experience. Chris came out quickly after my air conditioner went out and was kind enough to patch it up long enough to get us into the new one which is working great. Thanks Chris and team for a job well done.

CR installed a new air filter system for our new home. Great work!
Brian Padilla turned on our radiant heating system, checked all seven zones, flushed the system and installed a new pressure tank and relief valve on the radiant heating system. Excellent service!!

We have used Chris and his team on two occasions. Once for regular electric hvac units and most recently for 2 heat pump
units. Both times he gave us very fair pricing and quality service. The crews were prompt, efficient, patient with questions and cleaned up after themselves at the end of their work day. We were more than satisfied with Chris and his crew and would recommend them with absolutely no reservations.

Bottom line: choose Anderson Air Corps

CR Refrigeration has completed two jobs for us, spent a total of $21,000. We accept that we made the worst decision choosing CR to do work at our home. They are easy to communicate with to get quotes, and do the work, but do not guarantee their work or follow through with the planned work.

Anderson Air Corps is our choice, otherwise any HVAC person doing side jobs is far better.

No sir. Not sure about your other 5-star customers, but I don’t share my personal information on a Google review. And calling you is futile, as we have called you multiple times to come out and look at the shoddy workmanship and explain the noisy fan, help with the maintenance, and explain why the air flow isn’t efficient. We’ve had to hire two secondary companies. Each explained that the electrical box is overloaded, and the ventilation was poorly planned. You said you’d show up to “take a look at it” and no surprise, never heard back. I’m reminded of the words of the Steve Miller band, “Go on, take the money and run! Hoo hoo hoo!”

I faced an exceptionally difficult install mid-winter and the experienced crew shined. Carter and the entire staff, both in the field and not, were able to get everything in working order by addressing all issues that came up quickly.

We recently had CR Refrigeration out to repair our A/C, and I couldn't be happier with the experience. The service tech, Carter, did an amazing job and was incredibly professional. What really stood out was the price—it was a fraction of what a competitor quoted me.

CR Refrigeration truly saves you both time and money. I highly recommend calling them first for any heating or cooling needs

Their young technicion "Carter" came for a maintenance on our system & found a problem. He showed us what& fixed it in a timely manner.
The price we paid covers 2 maintenancet services. What i like about this company is that they are very honest & they get the problem fixed.
