Thank you Victor and Redline for the extra care to get our AC back working again. Everyone at the office was kind when I called and Victor made a point to make sure everything was working well following the needed repairs. I appreciated he came so close to the end of his work day and the attention to detail from him and his helpers.

We used Redline for a new construction home and had a variety of experiences with the different plumbers. Some were talented and did a fast and thorough job, whereas others seemed new to the task - like when we had the water softener installed, which took many hours videos from YouTube to help them complete it. The largest challenge is comes from the lack of communication between the front office and the actual techs. Many times our requests for work went unanswered and our project was delayed.

Redline Mechanical repaired my Tankless water heater promptly. Mario was courteous, respectful and knowledgeable. Shout out to Kendra, Krysten, and Drew for the excellent communication and great price. I'll be using Redline Mechanical for all of my plumbing and HVAC needs.
-
Friendly gal took our call and scheduled our service call. Our tech Jake was on time and a really nice, friendly guy. He did excellent work. Didn't leave a mess behind for us to clean up. Their price was very fair. We'll call them with any future needs.

Redline Plumbing receives a very bad review from me. In July 2018 during a conversion from Propane to Natural Gas, for lack of a simple five dollar part Redline did not order on time; even though the job was scheduled in April of 2018 my home was without hot water for over 10 days.
Unknown to me at the time Redline did not use the correct connectors and couplers when hooking up the natural gas to the house. Now in Oct of 2018 due to their very terrible workmanship and installation of a coupler that was not approved by the Gas company, there was a very large leak!
The Gas company had to come out on an emergency basis. They had to disconnect the meter, open up the ground and allow the gas to dissipate safely and shut down all the work done by Redline. The entire job done by Redline has to be completely redone and redone correctly! It is a miracle the gas leak did not catch a spark and become volatile and have an explosion.
I strongly recommend anyone thinking about using Redline for their plumbing needs to use another company. Their quality of work is terrible. The company cannot be trusted to do the work correctly and safely. This is the worst plumbing company ever! -
I send a request on the web page after hours for failed tank less water heater. They called me back immediately that next morning. The office was great in providing me options. Casey, the service tech showed up to my house on a Friday at 6pm at the time I was told. He was extremely helpful, knowledgeable and very professional. NOTE, I had called Wagner Mechanical on the previous day and they came out and said my water heater needed replacement for $5200.00! Knowing the estimated cost of the water heater I knew Wagner was trying to take advantage of me. I then asked around for a reference to a different contractor. Redline was recommended as a great contractor. Redline gave me a cost 1/2 the cost of Wagner and I agreed to have Redline replace the heater. Before replacement Casey took the time to diagnose my tank less water heater, flush the unit, clear the error code and got the unit back on line. I know the unit will eventually fail in time due to aging. I also know I will be calling Redline to come replace the unit. I recommend this contractor for your plumbing needs. Do not hesitate to call them.

Besides them leaving a NON-flushable plastic in the toilet bowl. The work was okay. The guys were respectful.

Be very aware of what this company does while at your home or business. I was working at a commercial location and one of their employees backed their company truck in to one of my employees vehicles and drove off. Witness’s came in and told us what happened. Contacted Redline, and was told they would take care of it. Spoke to two women, one who I’m assuming was an owner(Kala). She said she’d take care of it. Never heard back. She’s very lucky it wasn’t my company truck they hit. She’d be getting served by the Sheriff’s department. I’d be willing to bet the work they were doing(warranty work on a newer package unit) wasn’t permitted. Do your diligence with this company(Redline Mechanical).
Note: We have a video of the incident and wintess statements. And a police report was filed. -
This company is terrible, I STRONGLY ENCOURAGE you to find someone else to do your work.
I purchased a home that this company installed the a/c units and plumbing. Within 1 year one of my A/C units went out and it took them months to repair and they damaged my driveway in the process.
18 months after purchasing this home the valves began to fail, impeding my ability to repair my toilet flappers. Kristen was extremely rude and refused to warranty their valve work. This company is not interested in quality work, they are only interested in fast money. Terrible investment -
We had some adversity in our family recently,
Redline took it upon themselves to help our daughters without a second thought. We were so impressed with what they did for us we went ahead and had them swap our entire hvac system at another location. They came out and swapped everything in one day (80% blower heater and heat exchanger - pretty big job). Literally not one hiccup or mixup and ONE DAY. This company and their staff are on it! Thank you Redline Mechanical Team for your generosity and focused workmanship. Redline Mechanical is an easy yes for anyone who wants quality work and to be treated well!
Thanks Again! -
The blower went out on my old heater. I decided to replace the old furnace and was very happy with the job and the price. The new heater works great. The guys that did the install had to rebuild all the metal ducting. they did an awesome job and everything works and looks great.
Real customer here with a photo for proof. -
Had a whole home filter and water softener (customer supplied) installed last week. The two man crew was quite unorganized and didn't show up prepared to do the work. Showed up in the morning and had to immediately leave and didn't come back until the afternoon because they come with any supplies. So what should have been a half day waiting around at home turned into a full day. The work was completed and the system works fine with no leaks. However, it looks like it was installed by a couple of fourth graders. These plumbers certainly didn't give any thought or effort to making the install look clean and professional. Probably would go with a different company if I had to do it over again.

They helped us so much with our renovations. Installing all our plumbing and heating systems. We live a few hours away and they came out twice! Very friendly and professional.

Had redline come out to our home to fix issues with the Heater. Three time working with this company and the issue has only gotten worse. They sent out technicians who I wasn’t able to even speak with because of the language barrier. They then told me the only problem was changing the filters inside the home. (It’s a new build) The filter was not the problem. Had PNM come out to swap out the thermostat and PNM had advised me the heater is still not working and they had unplugged the heat completely and there are sensors unplugged and wires just left out from their last job. So instead of fixing things they just unplugged stuff and called it a day. Called them to see if they can come out to fix the messes they have made and correct their service and they now say I’m out of warranty and will charge me extra for them to even come back. We are happily going with another company now to correct their lack of services done to our heater. And they indeed do not warranty the work nor standing behind the service they provide.

After being out of hot water for almost a week and working with another company, I decided to call Redline for a 2nd opinion. They were prompt and eager to help us restore our hot water. Within 24 hours of contacting them I had hot water again. The price was reasonable and everyone I spoke to was great, especially Krysten. She went above and beyond to get us taken care of. I will be calling them for all future pluming needs.

Seriously the best Plumbing and HVAC company in NM hands down!! They installed a new air conditioner this last summer and then we had them back to install a water heater and then a garage sink. Very kind, on time and most of all honest and no other company could beat their prices. They DO NOT take advantage of their customers. The guys were so respectful when coming to my home as well. This is the company I will go with always. I can’t thank them enough.

Horrible

Hands down the absolute best experience I've ever had with a heating and plumbing company. Went above and beyond to get the job done. Will definitely use them in the future. 100%, 5 stars

Thirmo installed three systems for me, one was a ductless system in a home I built, and 2 package units (roof top) for two other homes I have owned in the past. I am a buys realtor so I know which vendors to go to and which to avoid.
-
Punctual, courteous, and high quality. Nobody could get me a better high efficiency refrigerated system at that price, and they also installed a new 50 gallon water heater at not extra cost.
I’d recommend Thirmo Mech. to anybody!!
