Let me start by saying that I've never personally done business with this company. After what I experienced, I never will. I called them after one of their vehicles was tailgating me to the point of almost rear-ending me. I spoke with Lori and voiced my concerns. Her response was seriously, "okay". I don't know what kind of business is so nonchalant about one of their employees(in a work truck) almost hitting someone, but it's certainly not a company I'd recommend to anyone.

I called Ron for an estimate on heating and cooling.  Ron and ISHC helped me so much with my conversion from swamp cooling to refrigerated air.  I am extremely happy with my new York refrigerated air unit.  The power upgrade and work on my home was easy and I love my new cooled home.  Thank you ISHC.

Ron and his team were amazing to me and my family. Professional, prompt, patient, and ready to answer any and all questions we had. They were able to demo and install our new cooler in just a few hours. I would recommend them to anybody and everybody. Thank you to the Technicians that came out to do the work!! You all were great!

Alex and Caesar installed two new wall units at our house. Both units are working great. The guys were professional and prompt. We had one issue a couple of days later, called Alex and he had someone out the same day to fix it.

Luis was my technician that came to take out my old swamp cooler and upgraded us to a master cool. He was extremely professional and quick about hooking up our new AC and even went above and beyond teaching me things about our cooler that I didn't know. I would highly recommend this company as they are kind, courteous, and professional.

did an upgrade from a very old furnace and swamp cooler to a refrigerated air/furnace system from home depot using MCS as the contractors and they installed the system quickly and very professionally. brought water heater up to code as part of the process. took 2 days to install only because the condenser coils were back ordered but had system heating within a few hours. City inspectors were impressed with the installation said was one of the best they have seen. did not have to come back to fix code issues

Needed a new swamp cooler(HVAC) installed due to our other being very old, and way over due for a new one. Miguel and Daniel came out to do the install and we’re extremely professional as well as fast :) Our old one was apparently barley hanging on for dear life, so when they installed the new one they went above and beyond. Very affordable and was able to get a senior discount as well, per my mother living in the home. Would definitely recommend their services and will use them again in the future if needed!

My husband and I decided to switch from a swamp cooler to an HVAC system. It was the best decision we have ever made!! We are glad we made the team at Mechanical Control solutions a part of it. While at searching for a replacement Toilet at Home Depot we were greeted by Bill with a big smile and friendly invitation to talk about installations. Bill went above and beyond to help us out after noticing that we were becoming impatient waiting for a Home Depot representative. He even offered to help load the Toilet on our cart. Thanks Bill for helping and for going out of your way to help those in need.

I would like to Thank Robert T for an outstanding job with the installation of our new Toilet. One of my main concerns was the Toilet installation in our second floor restroom, however after watching Robert and seeing how focused and attentive he is to his job I realized he is the professional I wanted for the installation. Robert is a true professional and a trust worthy person. He is a man of true faith and welcomed my discussion.

Jeremy and Jesus were very professional. They did a wonderful job installing our furnace and air-conditioner. Jeremy explained and showed the finish product. Very nicely done! They also cleaned up the work area. Would highly recommend to my family and friends.

Kenneth and Jeremy were very helpful and professional. They walked us through the installation and how to properly work our new thermostat. They were neat and left everything looking great.They were both very friendly and my wife and I are very happy with their work.

Just had a brand new water heater installed by Miguel and Daniel. They were very quick with the installation as not to inconvenience my household of water while making the replacement. They replaced gas lines and piping into the hot water heater so it was all fresh new equipment coming into the water heater. Miguel went over everything about the water heater and it now has an alarm so if it starts leaking it will notify me before it becomes a hot mess. These guys were very professional and quick with their installation and cleaned everything up like they hadn't even been here.

The entire experience of my furnace install was great. From Randy as the initial salesman, to Emmanuel and Paul who did the install itself. They were courteous and pleasant, but more importantly, thorough and did not rush the job. They ended up staying late the first day to get the heat on and back in first thing the next to finish the job that involved complicated ductwork. Managers also stopped by several times to check that everything was coming along smoothly. Scheduling was easy and they accommodated my schedule without any problems.

MCS installed a water heater in my home through Home Depot. Although there was a bit of confusion initially (no big deal, confirmation text mistakenly sent to the wrong number), and a bit of a delay in arriving for the scheduled install (understandable--it's not always possible to predict exactly how long a project scheduled before yours will take), once the guys (Emmanuel and Kenneth) arrived they did a great job. They were efficient, thorough, courteous, and capable, and the electrician who followed (Alex) was also solid. All in all, I was pleased with the experience.

We had a new furnace and AC installed.
Curtis,the salesman, was very professional and knowledgeable.
Any question we had he was able to answer.
The gentlemen that installed the furnace and AC were also very professional. They helped us set up the thermostat with Alexia.
They removed our old swap coolers disposed of them and the old furnace. They put cloth down on the floor to ensure our floors would not be damaged and left the work area clean. We were very happy with our experience dealing with this company.

Very professional installation of my replacement Mastercool. All attachments to the ceiling where covered to avoid water seepage. They also installed a drainage line so I don’t have to use a hose. All items were secured since we are in a high gust wind area. Installers were Luis, Jose, electrician Preston and quality reassurance Jeremy. Would highly recommend. Don’t want to forget the ladies on the phone scheduling the job, very nice and a pleasure to deal with the phone schedulers. Also want to mention the estimator Jeffrey very professional and courteous. Answered every question to my satisfaction.

Joseph was awesome. Very professional and knowledgeable. Got my AC unit tuned up and got me set for some other work around the house, replacing the water heater. I definitely recommend MCS. They did my AC install a few years ago.

New Toilets. MCS did a great job installing new toilets in my home, they look great and no leaks. Santiago and Everett did a great job!
