Conner showed up in the morning to do my A/C startup and install a new copper line. He was very professional, courteous and friendly. Did a great job! I would definitely recommend Enchanted Mechanical!

If we could give a lower rating we would. Had to pay 137.14 up front for a young man to come push some buttons and tell me hot water would be faster to faucets and to call in morning if it wasn’t getting hot quicker. It was taking 15 minutes to even get warm with tankless water heater. So I called the next morning and was told there was nothing more they could do and that they emailed me rest of bill which was 300.83$ so that’s a total of 437.97$ . I called back to question a bill when nothing was fixed. The owner told me I was not a STAND UP GUY AND HE KNEW I WAS NEVER GONNA PAY BILL! This gentleman never met me before ever and became very rude when I questioned bill. Tried twice to talk respectfully with him but nothing but rude behavior and language . Threatened to put a lean on my house for his company’s bad never completed work. And yes this was the owner I was trying to reason with. Called FREEFLOW MECHANICAL, came one day to look at house, FIXED IT THE NEXT DAY. Great veteran owned company very satisfied!

I recommend this company to anyone needing good service. The work was done quickly and professionally.

Aj and Ron came to service my swamp cooler and turn on my furnace For the winter switch over. Their the only technician to ever do a carbon monoxide test, in the 7 years I have lived here very pleased with these technicians ,highly recommend this company

AJ came out to my dads rental house to do a furnace inspection and I couldn’t be happier with the service. They called ahead to let us know they were on the way, arrived even earlier than expected, and got started right away. From the start, AJ was professional, polite, and clearly knew what they were doing. They walked me through what they’d be checking, explained things in simple terms, and worked efficiently without wasting any time.

The inspection was very thorough they made sure everything was running safely and even tested for carbon monoxide, which no other technician had done. which gave us real peace of mind heading into winter. It’s clear they take pride in their work and genuinely care about keeping customers safe and comfortable.

AJ and Ron came out for a furnace inspection today. Called before they arrived, arrived early, promptly got to work, and had everything wrapped up in short order. Tested for carbon monoxide and made sure we were safe for winter. A very good HVAC experience! Many thanks!

Honest work at an Honest price...

GC Services takes care of the hvac in both of my salons. They are extremely dependable. Great service and courteous employees. Highly recommend. Do not hesitate to call them.

I really want to like this company, but they make it hard. If the owner comes out, you've got it made. Super knowledgeable, personable, competent, and follows through. Unfortunately most of his other service techs don't have the same commitment. Several times I had to call them back because the work was not completed correctly. The scheduler that answers the phone seems to help cover for them and is sometimes argumentative. The last time they did not make the requested repair and the furnace will not stay on, I can't even get a call back. I'm giving up and will try TLC.

Will rip you off. I had a mini-split failure, got an estimate from them for a "Mainboard replacement" at $1750 with no breakdown for parts/labor (red flag). I was able to get a brand-new factory mainboard delivered for $275. As a non-repair person was able to remove and replace in less than an hour. I'm all for paying a technician for their skill/time but ~$1500 for an hour labor is downright shameful.
