I have been more than happy with Ortega Plumbing and Heating. I had a clogged toilet that has roots growing into the pipe. David worked hard to clear the stubborn clog. Unfortunately, it clogged up again the next day. They called a few days later to check on the problem. They came back out free of charge to clear it agan! It appears that the roots are more substantial and needs a more extensive clearing. David gave me a fair estimate to do the job more completely. He was able to clear away more of the obstruction, so it is working again. When the issue inevitably reoccurres. I now have a local company knows how to take very good care of their customers. Ortega Plumbing is top notch in my book!

So I was scheduled on March 30 th to have a new furnace and refrigerated air installed, I first spoke to the salesman Eric I believe his name was and he showed me what they had to offer and I decided to go with Ortega's so I called and scheduled with the lady at the office don't remember her name but we scheduled it for March 30 th a week from when I talked to her for between 8am and 9 for arrival,I did specify that they had to be there no later than 9 am because the person that was letting them in had to be somewhere at 9:30 am,so the lady that scheduled me said that wouldn't be a problem and she would be sure let the workers know that,well that didn't happen,the workers arrived at 9:30am to start and not only that I also specifically told the salesman guy Eric and the lady I scheduled with that I wanted the condenser up on the roof and not on the side,so again there was a lack of communication with office people and workers to know these things so no crane or piece to cap the old swamp cooler were not ordered anyway the crane did show up and they got the cap and all 4 workers got after it,they made up the lost time and kicked it in the butt and did an amazing job with the installation Luis and his helper not sure his name maybe Anthony or Alex something like that were very good workers and respectful and explained anything I asked about awesome job guys and same for the electrician guys too,so they did finish the job that evening with a good clean up about 6 pm, Luis explained everything I needed to know about operating everything and they left,so the next day I went up on the roof to see the work that was done up there and it was a nice installation also but I did see a couple of things that I wasn't to happy with which was where the old swamp cooler was located and where the legs were screwed into the roof whenever they removed the old cooler they never did fill in the holes with caulking or anything and not only that there was scratch marks across the shingles where you can see the swamp cooler was drug across the roof to throw off the roof so wasn't happy with them issues either,so I rated a 4 star, would I go with them again? Yes would I recommend them ? Yes but there needs to be more communication between the office and workers and guys be more careful and seal the old holes next time please,and by the way it was going to rain the next day so I myself went and got caulking and filled the holes where needed even though I was sick and not feeling well, But thanks for the great installation time to enjoy the nice air this summer , here's a few pictures of the holes that I had to fill and the scratches on the shingles where cooler was drug across

I was completely pleased and happy with the swamp cooler and mini-split service that I received. I had never used this company before. They came out in a day, got the work done and charged me a fair price. Their employee Travis was polite and pleasant to have working in the house. Overall I would give them a perfect score.

They have an add 175.00 dollars to flush my tankless water heater. The girl called me back and said it's 375.00 plus tax. That's false advertising as far as I'm concerned.. My friends and especially my neighbors won't be calling this Albuquerque NM company again.
