Wednesday am ur guy came out couldn't replace faucet till Friday. No parts on truck sd it would b $1500.00. Had my renter change it took 30 minutes to dig out and replace. Ur disgrace to plumbers.

I don't recommend Ortega's Plumbing. I feel violated today for being charged $251.68 for the Plumber only spending 45 minutes in my bathroom to diagnose my leaky toilet and then We both unanimously decided the best thing was to just buy a new toilet. The initial charge is $98 to come to your home, then being charged additional fees for doing nothing. I don't mind paying $98 but $251.68 is unethical, I honestly feel like I've been robbed.... Ripped off!

Once again, a very capable gentleman from Ortega came out and handled that only the problem we had asked about, but an additional problem at a very reasonable cost.

I had a problem on a Friday afternoon with my drains. They sent out Micheal. He solved the problem quickly. Thank you.

Got fixed quick and fair price for the speed that a few different issues were resolved.

Had my elderly parents call this place on speaker phone so I could also hear the price and help them out...was quoted $99 an hour plus a 10% discount...after a 45 min service was charged close to $200 with no doscount...then when my mom called them to ask why it coated so much the lady lied saying she quoted more...this company is not honest find a better company

NOT customer centric. If you like chasing quotes and an HVAC company that won't work with you...then go right ahead. A misunderstanding occurred with an evap cooler install, when asked how much it would be to swap to a better unit the price came back as more than the original install for less work and less equipment....just for swapping the cooler body. They want more than $4k to install a $1.3k unit on a single story home. No conversation, no attempt to work with me, no attempt to save the other work scheduled with them. They don't want your business, but they will take it and more. Shop around folks.

Cortez was so professional and patient with me while I asked too many questions! He installed our water heater, checked everything before he left, and made the whole experience pleasant and worthwhile.

Ortega’s helped me clear a clogged drain. They arrived when they said they would, were very quick, and very professional. It didn’t take long to get someone out and they communicated well.

Plumber came to eval a leaky faucet. A few min in my house. 30 min in his truck to make an estimate. Total bill $244. Doesn’t seem reasonable to me. Was anticipating the $89 eval charge.

Heater was repaired. Very nice attitude of service person. Not his fault, it took couple more days that he was told, to order parts.

Easily booked an appointment. Very polite staff. Cortez was respectful and prompt. I would definitely recommend this company..

They were Reliable, fast, friendly and James took care of the issue with no problem! Give them a call. Lots of value bang for your buck if time is important to you these are the people to call.

The guy was here for less than 2 hours and did 3 very easy repairs. The young man was very nice and friendly. I think I the price for the repairs was way over priced, the total was right at $900 which included a a$170 service fee. Way over priced for 2 hours of work and some simple parts.
