Hate this place everytime I go in you really got to give the girls there attention in order to get service. If you ask them question they are like I don't know. If you dont know then point me in the right direction, hello. In my opinion overpriced for the service they provide.

I've been in the HVAC/R for years and 9 times otta 10 the usually have my part I came for, I understand it's hard now with the CV-19 but they always seem to make it somewhat easy for me, and the have a great staff as well.

Monopoly! Why would you limit your sales to contractors. Not everyone has the money to hire people! To all of the people out there who are struggling, I feel for you! I just need a part "that I can install", but this place is the only Carrier supply store. Guess I'm just gonna give my money to Amazon. It's cheaper anyway!

Helpful employees but their business model is archaic. They'll only sell to licensed contractors. That includes basic parts like thermistors and capacitors. Give the informed public a waiver to sign in order to release liability. People want to buy local and keep their money local but can't because of old-fashioned state laws and businesses that won't bring up the issue to lawmakers. I can go online and buy the same parts so why not give people a local option?

This is the absolute worst company, that I have ever dealt with. They sold me a $8500 lemon and refuse to deal with it. The territory manager, Brandon Miera lied to my face and told me he was going to take care of me, but sure enough, he stopped taking my phone calls and returning my emails. The unit is less than 3 years old and has burnt through 4 blower wheels and 4 motors. Garbage company who doesn't stand by the products they sell. Avoid at all costs.

Extremely rude employees. I loathe having to go into the building. Which is why we only give them business when it’s absolutely necessary. Corporate needs to have a talk with the employees in the front desk and answering phones. Super rude to the point they make you feel like you’re ruining their day. Abq NM

Don is always great! He and his assistant tried to fix our swamp cooler issue but had to call in electrical staff instead. Fast, professional, friendly service, as always! We've been using Number One for 6+ years and we wouldn't go with anyone else 👍

Our experience with Cory at Number One Plumbing was excellent. Cory and his team installed two minisplits and worked on our boiler to fix a leak that another company wouldn't. Cory is skilled, communicates well, and cares about the quality of his work. We highly appreciate this and have already recommended him to others.

We hired this company to upgrade our electrical panel and put in an AC unit back in May. Everyone is great, very professional. We had a small hiccup and were sure if it was related. It turned out to be a different issue but our house is sort of like a puzzle with all the work it had done from previous owners. Luis answered so quick, scheduled, and kept us informed the whole way. I’m so relieved he found the issue, and fixed it, no problem. We’ll always come to these guys.
