Had some trouble with our drain we didn’t have the professional tools to deal with. Called number one and Mitch showed up soon after and cleared it out and was very knowledgeable about the whole process as I watched out of curiosity. Great guy. Big relief.

Cory is an artist! He installed a new tankless water heater in a limited space where our old 18 year old unit was located. He did what others said was impossible. He did it going through our TPO roof without disturbing the existing flashings. The old unit had metal vents and code now calls for PVC. Cory said he loves solving problems and each job gives him new challenges. And he handled all the new codes with competence and confidence. We marvel at the beauty of all the repiping work. He did this without disturbing our workshop sink which sits below the new Navien unit. Remarkable! He explained everything he was doing clearly to us and he was making sure his assistant, Ethan, was involved in the whole process. It was clear that Ethan was learning from a master craftsman. He had to cut a small square in the ceiling but the next day Gil, another Number 1 Plumbing craftsman showed up and spent a couple of hours working out of the back of his pickup in blustery winds creating a flawless patch of the ceiling. You would think this new unit was always there! And our hot water heating has never been better. We can't recommend this company any higher than to say the do phenomenally great work.

Luis showed up on time, was thorough in his analysis. (Our house was built fifty yrs ago so by current standard needed another ground rod.) They gave us a reasonable quote and I asked if they could work us in today, which they did. All the conduit and fittings were installed clean and tight, like artwork. Luis is a very knowledgeable professional. Couldn't be more pleased with the outcome!

Later the same day I had a plumbing issue and Julian took excellent care of me. He was efficient, knowledgeable, and thorough.

Called on #1 after seeing their great reviews online. We called for an estimate to replace our failed 1962 Sears Ten furnace after it caught on fire. Kurston showed up quickly and was surprised to see this old furnace had still been in use. We found him to be very knowledgeable, thorough in asking questions, all so he could clearly understood our concerns before he offered the best furnace applications for our needs. He truly made us feel as if our interests were part of the solution! Definitely recommend having him be part of any estimates you may have for HVAC work. Thank you, Kurston!

These guys are pros. They scheduled a visit (next day! after my call) and Chance arrived on time, displayed strong domain knowledge on solar power, explained what was going on, called vendors looking for warranty coverage, etc. Then Vincent swung by and they looked at my solar arrays and explained options that would get my system back on line sooner and more efficiently. I am very impressed with this outfit compared to my experience with other outfits. 100% recommended. FOLLOW-UP: Chance, Shone, Vinny, and Louese arrived and did 90% of the install in one day. When they left, my solar arrays were producing power. They’ll return in a day or two to finish the ground rods for safety. Still five stars! FINAL (9/13/24): They arrived early in the morning and had the job 100% within 2.5 hours. Cables look nice and tidy, ground rods are installed, Solar arrays are producing power. Recommended.

Chase and Jahir completed my Autumn "switchover" this morning. Both were very professional (knowledgeable, skilled, informative, courteous & thorough). Overall, a very positive experience!

Chance and Vinny came out separately each giving a solar system inspection on a home I was buying. Both offering unique perspectives on the system. Vinny was keen on supplying exactly the information that met goals I had regarding of buying a 12 year old system. Chance met my expectations then Vinny came along and exceeded them. I strongly recommend Number One Plumbing, AC, Solar & Electric for your solar inspections and possibly future upgrades. Have your systems before buying! It will easily pay for itself.

Excellent, prompt service and repairs! We had a furnace that shut itself down and a damaged shower value. Nate is great!

Cory and his team was very thorough and efficient on the installation and completion of my new evaporator cooler. He made sure the motor was drawing the correct amperage and testing for flow. Explained in detail on how everything was done and brought up to code. Would highly recommend Cory for any of my or your heating, A/C or plumbing concerns. Very professional!

Update: I've now used them for electrical and HVAC maintenance and both teams that came out were EXCELLENT!! On time, professional, considerate, conscientious and excellent service. They left our garage cleaner than it was when they started the work. All drywall dust was vacuumed and they even replaced the drywall they had to cut out for the job. Exceeded my expectations again!

Our expansion tank developed a pinhole leak which sprayed water onto and made a hole in our drywall, which hit the 2x4 behind it and guided the water up behind the ceiling drywall.

I turned off the water to the house and called a few plumbers the next day. Number One Plumbing responded right away and I scheduled someone to come out the next day. I sent the picture of our expansion tank and he said the plumbers would come out with the correct tank to replace ours with.

The plumbers, Scott and Scottie (no relation) came out on time and I received a text about 30 min before their arrival, just as I asked. They were courteous and professional. They took one look at our tank and said they didn't have the correct size. What they had was about half the size of what I needed. There was no mention of getting any picture from the scheduler. They ended up driving back to their supplier and came back with the correct size. This took about 50 min. Once they had the correct tank, the replacement was quick.

They turned the water back on and made sure there were no leaks before leaving.

Overall, the plumbers were excellent, made me feel at ease (I was home alone and live in a rural area) and were efficient. The only reason I gave them four stars instead of five is that the scheduler did not forward the picture of our tank to them so they could have brought the correct sized tank. I would definitely use them again, but will double check that whatever the scheduler says is actually done.

We got Chance R. to come and check an outlet we were having issues with. He was on time, brought shoe covers to enter our home, was delicate with our appliances, was methodical, and rigorous with the execution. He took his time to make sure he identified the problem and fixed it, and was very polite.

I always feel like I’m a priority with Number 1 plumbing and A/C. Nathan called and said he could come over early. He Investigated and discovered that the toilet upstairs was leaking. Fixed it, cleaned up and was done! Thanks #1! Five stars.

Number 1 Plumbing came out to clear the dryer vent at my son’s house. David, the technician who completed the job did a terrific job. I was very pleased with their service.

A lot of scamming Plumbing Companies out there. For sure Number One Plumbing scamming .
Called out for a Hydro Jet Service, Technician that was sent out seemed like he didn't have a clue of what to do. Quoted me $858 Each Service For either Hydro Jet or Snake Job. When I denied service Tech tried to say he “brought it down to $480 for me “ he then tried to charge me $102 for “Dispatch Fee” after denying all services . He didnt even look at anything, I told him what was wrong.
Called TLC plumbing and Payed $150 for what Number One Plumbing Was Quoting me $400- $858 for . How do you go from $858 to $400??
Seems Like These Guys Are Just Money Hungry Don't even care about taking care of the issue all they want is money .

TLC plumbing did a camera, a snake and a bag . Took care of the issue, diagnostic and everything for $150. Dont waist time in Number 1 Plumbing.
