Called number 1 over for a free estimate on a clogged sink that was beyond my scope. Nathan was quick with the estimate and able to clear the clog on the spot. He was nice, knowledgeable, thorough, quick, and cleaned up well. Service was a little pricey, but it was last minute, and such is the state of things. 10/10 recommend.

Don’t get ripped off like I did! This company has zero integrity. They charged us $45k to replace our HVAC system and recommended a product that doesn’t meet our #1 need (which we explicitly laid out for them in all of our interactions leading up to the install). When we asked them to come back and make it work correctly they said they’d be happy to - for an additional $7500. What?? And when I asked for the owner to follow up and stand behind his work, he ghosted me. That’s the kind of company this is.

I had another AC company out who let me know that Number One could easily have chosen a system with remote sensing capabilities, and we’d have been fine. But they didn’t, which means that either they are incompetent or don’t care about their customers, or both. Either way, this is not a company you should work with. Their own Service Tech told me that he pushed back on the owner and told him that this was the wrong system for us, but the owner told him to keep quiet and just get the thing installed. Infuriating - now we are stuck with this hunk of junk for years and it doesn’t even heat or cool the house properly.

My experience with this plumbing company was extremely disappointing and stressful. I hired them to install a water softener system, and the entire process was handled poorly from start to finish.

After the initial installation, I noticed a small leak that quickly turned into a larger one, leaving me with a water cleanup and a growing sense of urgency. I contacted the plumber directly, but he didn’t seem concerned about my emergency. I then called the company’s 24-hour line to have someone come out and fix the issue. Because of the delay in getting an emergency plumber to my home, I ended up missing a scheduled flight.

The company later scheduled another plumber to reinstall the system correctly. However, he arrived nearly two hours late, which caused me to miss an important appointment I had planned that day. After that second installation, I began having water pressure issues that required another visit from the same company to make additional adjustments.

I spoke with the manager about everything — the leaks, cleanup, missed flight, missed appointment, and all the added stress. He told me he would speak with the owner about reducing my cost to offset my losses, but weeks have passed and I still haven’t received any follow-up or resolution.

This company has shown a serious lack of professionalism, reliability, and accountability. Between the poor communication, repeated issues, and total disregard for the inconvenience and expense they caused, I would not recommend them to anyone.

If I could give negative stars, I would. Ben, the owner of the company was extremely rude and did not stand by his work. The guys he sent out however, were very nice and tried to help as best they could. I literally moved into the house where he had done the work the day before the hot water heater that he installed went out. Without even looking at it, he told me that it wasn't his fault. I had a basement full of water and all he wanted to do was be rude to us and deflect responsibility. Please choose someone else for your plumbing work as this man was very rude and nasty to us both times we called him. He does not appear to have confidence in his work and he does not stand by the job he does.

My sewer line was backed up and I called two other companies that I had previously worked with. After wating most of the day for the other companies, I got impatient because of the smell of the sewage and got a hold of these guys. They came out the same day within an hour of contacting them and were reasonably priced. Very impressed!

We've used this company multiple times for seasonal ac & heating and they do not charge an arm & leg. Whenever we've had an emergency plumbing issue they come to the rescue sooner than other companies. This local company will always be my go-to!

Carroll plumbing has done several jobs for us. Sink replacement , water heater , ac and heater service. They are always on time and do great work . Ben the owner is always friendly. I highly recommend them .

Toilet replacement 10/30/19. Brian and Jacob arrived as expected (Brian called ahead to give me an estimated time), were very pleasant, did a great job, including breaking down and disposing of the old items and all the new packing materials, and left the worksite spotlessly clean. We'll have them come back for a few smaller jobs that there wasn't enough time for on this visit.

1. Came out same day on Saturday & replaced water heater that flooded that day.
2. Came out quickly to repair heating unit and prevented us from a cold night.
3. Repaired leaking sprinkler system & indicated there may be an additional water leak underground determined by city water meter gage that continued to show usages even after all water spouts, facets, showers, bath, etc were shut off. They recommended another company that specializes in locating undetermined leaks.

Carroll Plumbing has done a lot of work for us. They give us estimates which are fair and follow up on their work. They are prompt and courteous and most importantly take pride in their work. I recommend Carroll Plumbing and Heating and will continue to use them!
