They came late for both appointments. They were grumpy with me and blamed my children for the problem when it was not their fault. We paid $700, and a week and two appointments later, the problem was still not fixed (approaching $1000 total cost). We asked them to honor their service warranty, and they DID NOT DO IT!!!! Do not go here! Call someone else.

Update: They were willing to work with me and come back for free after the second appointment. They wanted to establish a good relationship, and I'm willing to give them a second chance.

Second update: After our THIRD time to have them over in three weeks, even having them come back for free, they still could not solve the problem. I called TLC plumbing, and they solved the problem in 3 days for $130 with two visits.

Dismal experience. I scheduled with them after a family member had recommended them thinking that was a good sign. Scheduling went ok but then the techs arrived an hour after the three-hour window I had been promised and told me the weather was too bad to do my swamp cooler and they would “try to get to me in the next couple of days.” I hate having to use one of the “big guys” but I’m probably headed that direction.

We set up an appointment one week ago. The first day they never called nor showed up. We had to keep calling them. The second day (silly us) we waited once again and within 20 minutes of the time they said they would be here, all of a sudden the van breaks down. I would strongly dissuade people from dealing with this company.

I've worked with Carroll Plumbing as a general contractor for several years. They always do excellent work for us and our clients. They are prompt, detail oriented, competitively priced, and just all around great guys. I recommend Carroll Plumbing to all my clients.

Helped me out of a pinch when previous plumbing company left me hanging. Owner came out and gave me a price the same day, came back the next and got the job done. Passed inspection immediately and was able to move into my home. Price was more than fair 10/10 will use again and strongly recommend.

They claim they have some sort of system that can't look things up from a few months back, never heard of that before but I'll take their word for it. Also, just because you're paying them doesn't mean you're the customer, they prefer to communicate w whatever man is standing closest by. I wondered why they told someone to tell me we would need new appliances but then I saw that that's their real business, installing appliances.

I was new in town and needed a plumber. Carroll Plumbing was recommended to me by my realtor and I called them. They have been top notch. They took care of everything that was identified in the home inspection and came up with a solution to a surprising and challenging issue with the extended warranty of my new hvac system. The crew at Carroll plumbing helped me deal with some plumbing issues at my dad’s old house. They replaced two toilets and fixed a kitchen sink problem that has been an issue for months. Cathy in the office scheduled work promptly and Jacob who did the work came when scheduled and stuck to the quotes we were given. Quality work and reasonably priced, I would use them again.

Carroll’s plumbing has been my vendor for all services for over 15 years. From replaces out dated pipes, replacing the cooler, replacing my hot water heater, annual maintenance of my cooler to faucet replacements . My landlord called Carroll out to deal with a clogged toilet at my office. Before he even identified the issue, the plumber lectured me about paper towels being a common problem. We absolutely do not flush paper towels. When they finished the job, they left a huge mess, mostly from rinsing their equipment in our office shower. I would not recommend this contractor or use them myself.

He’s Amiable, Friendly and accessible for questions! It’s a bit taxing in this day & age to secure a Reputable Company to remedy a problem! He’s Knowledgable, Fair Priced & Understanding! Joe, The Journeyman Plumber, who came out, was Punctual, Hard Working & Focused! Call Roger 1st, before seeking out other quotes, then make your decision!

I Went to Winair Today to pick up a swamp cooler and Mike was very helpful and took initiative to pull my order on the computer and grab the forklift and load it into my truck! The guys at Winair are great! Nothing but great experiences for me!
